DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. WORST BODY SHOP EVER. KEVIN THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MISSED SOME DAMAGE IN THE FRAME OF OUR CAR AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BLAME US THAT WE HIT A POTHOLE. AND THEN WHEN WE WENT AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON MY GIRLFRIEND. CALLED CORPORATE AND SPEAK WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER RICK AND DIDNT EVEN CARE.

PLEASE BE WARNED! Do NOT Take Your car here if you have any concern with quality and professionalism! I learned my lesson the hard way and shouldve read the reviews but I was not patience, didnt do my research, and took my car here anyway. If you have the slightest temper, I advise you not to deal with the unprofessionalism, bullying, terrible quality work, and unethical practices here(or have someone with bail money ready). My experience at this place was so terrible it required me to get the VP of Service King Operations involved to get my car to a mediocre level of satisfaction. Being that I have a strong stance on not accepting terrible for what I am paying for, the manager literally tried to bullying me into accepting unfinished work! From the initial moment, I came to get my car only to find that half the bumper was about to fall off. And the manager has the audacity to think I brought it in like that! Im sure more have experienced this moment here. Secondly, the interior of my car was damaged with paint on the inside, seatbelts not working, headliner drooping, and automatic fasteners not operable at all. But yet they claim to have a quality inspection program. This is quite laughable. Thirdly, the paint job looked as if it was done by an apprentice learning to paint and NOT a professional. My paint job is waving, smattered, and not even close to quality expectations. Fourthly, the manager of this location threatened to reposes my car for lack of payment although it was literally sitting in their shop for over 3 months to get repaired. It became quite laughable at this moment. Then demanding i bring in a certified check to pay my deductible even though there is no requirement to do so. The manager will they to get you to do this and when i confronted hime I was told that the VP of Service King told him to release my car with my choosing of payment as it should have been from the start. The work is terrible. If you love you car, take it else where. If you want to argue with these people, do so on your own accord. You have been informed. Terrible business practices here and everyone should know about it! My car looks worst now than it did before I took it in.

Everyone at this Service King was so polite and professional and the work on my car was done well and was finished by the date they had promised. They made sure to keep me in the loop about the progress of the repairs which was great- If I ever need any other car repairs I would definitely choose them again!
Took my car here to get the back bumper fixed after a fender bender and the entire experience was great! Friendly people, timely service, high quality repair. My car looks as good as new! I hope I don’t have to use the company again (because I don’t want anymore accidents) but I would definitely recommend Service King for anyone who needs a good honest body shop!

Customer service people are nice. About the only good thing about them. Took a month to fix our car after being rear ended and made us wait a half an hour just to come out and give us our keys when it was done.

Used them to get my truck fixed due to a minor fender bender. The quality of the work was amazing. The process was pretty quick considering the work. And the office was professional. Hope I wont have to use again but I wont hesitate if I do.
Do not bring your Tesla here. Absolutely miserable service experience.I initially brought the car over on a Tuesday (Mar 19) for a damaged passenger side mirror assembly. They ordered the part, and told me they would contact me next week and let me know when the part came in. The plan was to paint the part, and then have me bring the car in. Next week came and went, and the week after that as well. At three weeks, I finally contacted them again (on Apr 11), and they said Oh, the status has been updated to Shipped, it should be here shortly. Well call you when its in. I asked why I wasnt called, they didnt acknowledge or answer the question. I waited another week, no phone call. I called them back, and asked if the part was in. They said Yes, its here now, well paint it up now. You can bring the car in once its painted and well install it. I asked them when I should bring the car in, and they said drop it off Tuesday of that next week in the evening for a Wednesday install and pick-up.I dropped the car off in the evening Tuesday (with no signage saying where you should leave keys, or envelopes to put them in, or anything). The next day I get a text message saying the car will be ready in three days. Keep in mind I was told I could pick it up Wednesday evening. I contact them, and they say Oh, sorry, system is off, let me get John the Tesla guy to tell you what the real deal is. John tells me that theyre going to paint the mirror now, and that I can pick it up Thursday. I asked him again Hey, you told me the mirror would already be painted, and it would just be a simple install, and he says Well the mirror is being painted now, so youll get it tomorrow. I asked what time tomorrow can I pick it up, and he said he would call me back.So for anyone playing the home game...1. I was told twice I was going to get phone calls, and didnt receive them. No apologies for not calling, no even acknowledgement that they didnt.2. They also told me they were going to paint the mirror prior to me bringing the car in, and didnt do it.... Which led to the repair taking extra time and denying me use of my car.3. A simple mirror replacement has taken 5+ weeks.... and if I hadnt been continuously calling them, Im sure it would have taken longer.4. The entire time, their attitude was essentially screw yourself, itll happen whenever it happens. While they never actively said it, the impression I continued to get was that they really didnt care that they werent doing what they said they were doing, they didnt care about how long it took, and they didnt care that they continuously failed to let me know what was going on. The absolute lack of courtesy was apparent from the moment I walked in, and that should have been the cue to take my car elsewhere. They really acted like it was an inconvenience to deal with me.I eventually got my car, and the mirror, but I would absolutely not use these folks again, and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone who had other options. I waited a while to post this, just to make sure there werent any other obvious problems with the mirror after use, because based on the professionalism of the service interactions, it would not have surprised me to have had additional problems.

I recently had my car repaired at Service King on 1 Reservoir Road in West Chester, Pa. I couldn t be happier with the result. They did an excellent job, the car was beautiful. Mr. Lee Goldblatt was my service advisor, he is extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He guided me through the process, and is a true professional, a credit to Service King. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest, I give Service King all tens! Thank You Lee, and everyone who worked on my car. Its greatly appreciated!
The staff there were very helpful when my spouse asked questions how to go about how things work for insurance coverageMy spouse was hit from behind by someone else while driving to work. The only negative comment is we dont understand why they took the car there even thou there was a closer location to where accident took placeStaff was quick getting things going and solved.
They had my car so long that they went over the rental limit. Lee seems to be the person in charge here and he said they would cover the cost of the rental for that time and they never did. Since getting my car back, Ive left multiple messages for him with no responses. It has been weeks. When I called back to speak to Kristen, the secretary, she sounded unsurprised that he had not returned my calls, as if he normally dodges people for money. The service here is absolute garbage. I only used them because they were recommended by my insurance company. Ill be letting Allstate know how bad they are.
Quite possibly the worst service/customer service I’ve had ever. In retrospect I should have questioned why they went above and beyond in trying to convince me they were the only shop I should take my car to. My experience was a mixture of horrendous customer service, unethical behaviors, complete lack of responsiveness, lack of automotive skills and capabilities, and theft. This attempt to fix my car ended up taking 3 1/2 months, and the new shop once I finally demanded my car be taken off site, took 2 weeks. Service King lied and said they needed to order a new part which they supposedly couldn’t get in for several months. The new shop said the part was unnecessary (but of course would drive the total amount up significantly), and even if it were necessary, they were able to quickly find the part with ability to receive it within 2 days. Service King tried to blame it on me and gave me a major attitude, did not respond to my inquiries for 3 weeks (yes while my car was at their shop), lied to me and my insurance co., and then finally stole my expensive sunglasses out of the car as a parting ways gift. I STRONGLY URGE anyone with automotive repair needs to stay as far away from this place as possible. Chadds Ford Collision is who made things right and where I recommend taking your car.Update 4/15 - I have not received any follow up. I’m not surprised. I’m willing to accept that there are some places where you receive REALLY BAD SERVICE and even WORSE INTEGRITY, but not when it comes to an expensive personal possession with sentimental value that were stolen. There are so many details to my experience that I could have added which would have accentuated the extreme level of how poorly I was treated. I am mostly concerned now with the question, where are my sunglasses?? Based on the horrendous level of professionalism, It is a 100% certainty that either Lee himself took them or someone who he allowed to, possibly a Tech. THIS IS THEFT. I WANT MY SUNGLASSES BACK.
Lee handled a door repair on my sons car. He was friendly and professional and the repairs were done quickly and for less money than I was expecting. Very pleased and would definitely use this location again.
After being sent it to other body shops from the dispatch office of Service King I finally found myself at this location for an estimate on a Tesla. After already receiving another estament from another body shop yeah, I was pretty set on using this certified repair facility. But they were more interested in the interest of Allstate, the company who would be paying for the repair, the person who hit me. Anyhow the other body shop was looking at the stress cracks and the giant bulge and the rear bumper and did not feel comfortable repairing it however this body shop wanted to repair it bye using a cookie cutter to smooth down the Bulge and body filler. Having done body work in my earlier life this is not a repair that Im comfortable with but they were not willing to write the estimate with a replacement bumper. Needless to say Im not going to they consider their estimate or their services if they do not care about the concerns that I have
Awful. Went to get a door repaired and ended up having to go back 5 times because of mistakes they made during the initial repair. Also had to call countless times because I never received any calls with updates. Super nice people but horrible service. I will be going somewhere else to FINALLY get my car fixed. Don’t recommend.
John provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He took charge of the situation and fixed my mess. I needed my Mercedes Sprinter Van for work and he accommodated my work situation. He keep me updated on the repair. My van looks like new. Thank you John 5 stars to you .. He is a keeper.

Absolutely excellent work and they stand by it. My Cadillac CTS has a special triple coat paint job. They matched it perfectly. That was over 2 years ago and I still cant see a difference. After 2 years a manufacturers part failed. It was out of warranty by 1 year. Service King stood by what they had done 2 years early. They just handed me my keys. No charge. Also, when I picked up my car they had dusted and vacuumed and washed it. Flat out excellent!
I was hesitant when Allstate recommended Service King as their 5-star shop, fearing they only chose it because its the cheapest option. But now I believe them. They were fantastic. John M. gave me almost daily email updates on the progress of my repair. They couldnt have made it easier.
Wow, do many issues. Progressive used them as their preferred shop. I sincerely regret but going to a reputable shop who could fix the issues the first time without hassle. On top of all the return issues the vehicle was given to me missing the antenna. Apparently their detailer took it it and laid it on the dash. It buried itself between the dash and the firewall. Lack of attention to detail seems par for the course here. Find a local shop to work with, quality of their work is suspect at best.

Robbers!! They gave me some estimate but charged me double of that. Seems like they wanted to consume the max out of pocket from my insurance deductible!!! Unresponsive customer service too. Lesson learned the hard way.
Took my Tesla to Service King in West Chester PA at the recommendation of the local Tesla dealer. Big mistake. My car was taken there on January 6th. By May 1st it was still sitting outside in the back of their lot next to a dumpster...untouched, in spite of calls 2 to 3 times a week asking for progress. I was told that they were waiting for parts from the Tesla factory. Finally I called Tesla directly. Turns out that they did not order the parts all at the same time. According to Tesla, all parts that were ordered had been delivered. After months of frustration with no answers, I finally had it taken to another shop. To add insult to injury, they charged a storage fee. I would never go there again and fair warning to any other Tesla owners who happen to have an accident.
I had a terrible experience with service king. They would not let me talk to the car mechanic, they told me my car was fixed when it was still dented, poorly painted, and not even fully out back together. When I brought the car in a second time they left it outside to run out of power and I had to take it home just to charge it. Would definitely not recommend!
Absolutely horrible service! held my car for over a month, did not update me at all as to when my car would be finished or anything through the process. my car had to go to a speciality shop for an alignment and when I received the car back the alignment and suspension was still messed up and the tpms sensors were never checked which they gave me my vehicle with lights still on my dash, still currently dealing with issues over a month later!!! absolutely worst experience of my life in dealing with car repairs.
I took my Nissan Altima there and had great service and a great repair. They even touched some stuff up for me for free. A way better experience than I would have expected from a car repair!

I went back to the Service King because they didnt fix it properly. However, I dont like sales persons attitude when I back to the shop. He was nice when I drop my car, but he wasnt when I back to the shop. Im not recommend this body shop to anyone.

I had my 2010 camaro repaired here through my insurance company. Car came back great.. Just a couple things needed to be addressed still.Now today I had an unfortunate incident whereas I have to go there tomorrow to see if they can align my front facia.... But in further inspection of the bottom of the facia.... I see no screws?..... So what?... Was it always like this.., or was this after the repair and they forgot the screws...... Will find out tomorrow
