My car got hit so I took it here. They took their time and corrected all the mishaps from the accident. They did amazing. The whole way through they kept me updated which was nice, and to my surprise, when I picked up my car, they cleaned the whole inside too!!! Awesome experience and I would highly recommend.

They did a beautiful job. Only thing is when they took down what needed fixing, it was mentioned my side view mirror was scraped bad and needed painting. This was not included on the work order. Otherwise, I am proud to drive my car again.

I had the pleasure of working with Clay a wonderful professional that said what he meant and he did exactly that. I was promised a day for completion and I had my car on that very day. No worries, no games, no Hassel. This is the way to do business with people. He was up front and personable and A true joy to work with. He told me about all aspects of the repair and the parts that they were going to use. To be honest he even came back into the shop after hours to work around my schedule. This all took place during this pandemic. Really put my mind at ease. I felt that he enjoyed his job and he enjoyed people and truly felt like he cared about me his customer. Clay Ridings and the Service King West Chester team are some of the best in the business. Estimates are quick, accurate, and affordable. The work is always done within the time frame or sooner, and my car always leaves looking better than before (and Im not simply referring to repair of collision damage). I can say all this confidently after having my Camaro hit three times in the past 9 months.. and taking it to Clay each time. I highly reccomend Service King West Chester if youre local and searching for the best collision repair in the area.

I recently had to have my front windshield replaced and chose Grand Sport because of their excellent prices. I was a little nervous that I would be getting cheap workmanship because of this, but was extremely surprised at how well the work was done. Everything is perfect and I couldnt be happier. As a college student on a budget having good, affordable work done is hard and they made life so much easier for me.

Worked with a person named Gerry, and i received two updates the two weeks my car was in their shop. Today marks the 2nd week my car has been in their shop and Ive been given three different times that my car was going to be ready, and it still isnt ready. It was a very minor repair, slight dent over a wheel, not significant body damage. Ive also been told multiple times Ill call you right back which apparently actually means several hours later when you havent heard from me, call back, and I might be able to tell you something, but probably not. Both times I was given an update, the service person left a message with an estimated day the car would be ready, and didnt call back until two days after the date had passed, and Im still waiting on my car. I cant even comment on the work they have done, but after all this time, if my car doesnt look amazing, Ill be sure to update this review. This was all after nearly a week of trying to get them to find the authorization from my insurance company, which they were sent three times from the insurance company. They have seemed rather shady this whole time, or just the service person i was unlucky enough to get saddled with during this process has been.Updated to add, miraculously after posting this review my car was completed in 24hrs. The work is fine, but then again it wasnt a complicated fix, seriously a dent that happened at less than 10mi an hour. Anyway, they swore up and down that this is not typical of their service, and my husband went here four months ago for someone rear ending him, and it wasnt that bad. However, I probably wont use them again if with our bad luck we need to (knock on wood we dont!)

A few months back my Lexus IS 250 had been in an accident, and I took it to West Chester Service King to be repaired. While in the shop there was an issue with my rims.Todd Miller the regional manager reach out to me, addressed my issue and took care of it in a timely fashion. I went there because the entire passenger side mirror needed to be replaced. The woman who did the estimate ordered the wrong mirror even though she could clearly see on the car what type of mirror was needed ( I was standing next to her while she looked at the car). I never received a detailed printout of the purchase or the charges involved until I asked for it numerous times. When I noticed the wrong mirror was ordered, the woman’s response was “oh, you wanted the same mirror?” I previously explained it was a lease so the exact replacement was needed. It took FIVE days to get the car back for only a mirror replacement. And, I was later charged an additional fee because the cap to mirror wasn’t allegedly included in the original $8xx.xx amount I paid. This was told to me when I picked it up. I looked up the code listed on the receipt and the mirror cap was included in the original order. Obviously, this is a scam and it will be reported to the PA Attorney General’s Consumer Affairs office.Beware of their unethical services.

Dishonest and bad service. Delivering the car 2 month later, charging 25% mark up on a sublet invoice without an approval from insurance, and when failing to get the inflated amount from insurance, charges the customer that gave them $17K business.Got them to the court and Service King was ruled to return the money to the customer.Was it worth it? The business lost its reputation (if it had any to begin with), one day at the court for two associates, now has to return the money it extorted from its customer.Your business practices dont belong here. Happy new year.

Repair on the bumper of my car was done in a timely matter and the paint matches well. The downside is that the car must have been washed improperly and now has new deep swirl marks and scratches in the clear coat. This type of thing should be common sense for a body shop. Now Ill be paying someone else hundreds to do a paint correction and remove the scratches and swirls. Frustrating.
