I have been a customer of this dealerships service department since 2018. I’ve had nothing but good experiences until my last visit when everything that could be wrong, was wrong. I was quoted the same price by both service and parts for a replacement key (I had lost the only key that I had). I was told I didn’t need to tow my vehicle in for this service. It would be in within 7 days. Three weeks later the key had finally arrived. I was told to bring my car in and that it would be $250 more than the originally quoted price. When I asked why the huge price difference, I was told that it was because that was the price of the key and a shrugging of shoulders. I asked again why the price was so much more than I was quoted and they said again, that was how much it cost. The parts person said that the reason was because I was getting a different design key. I had to tow my car in, and the key turned out to be the exact same kind of key I had already had. Wow, Mercedes of West Chester. Do better… You used to…

Excellent sales team. I had been preparing to turn in my lease and purchase a new GLE350. With inventories extremely low, I was concerned that I would not be able to find the style that I wanted. My Sales person (Rijon Simon) was awesome. By chance, the dealership had a fresh delivery of a few unclaimed GLEs. Rijon called me immediately. The car was exactly what I wanted and Rijon worked tediously to me sure the car was delivered in a timely manner - thanks for all your hard work!

Great experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle. Sales consultant Juan & sales manager Frank were very professional & courteous. I was given plenty of time to go over vehicle without no pressure to purchase. All financials were disclosed & no surprises at signing. Also put me in contact with a transporter which worked out well, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of West Chester.
Double check your bill if you go here for service, they like to charge 50-100 percent more then was discussed & if the service is faulty theyll refuse to fix it unless you pay again. Also left a large scratch on the quarter panel of my S-class and then tried to cover it with touch up. Looks like someone went at it with a crayon. Should have known not to come here since the exterior of the building looks like it was last renovated in 1975. Several of the staff are rude & incompetent
The transaction went well, after l found where it was to take place! The location of sale was at a different location from where I originally viewed and test driven the vehicle. I wasn’t told until I arrived at the previous location that I had to go to another location. Better communication is the key, maybe use a checklist to make sure the customer is aware of everything to take place. Over all l am happy with my purchase.
I had to go back to have air conditioning repaired under warranty. After having my vehicle for a week with no call I had to call them to find out what was going on. They tried telling me my vehicle was fixed and done, said they had to add Freon and replace a sensor. When I asked where the Freon leaked out from they said they didnt find a leak and was just going to give it back to me this way. When I insisted they find the leak before returning it back to me, they seemed confused and said they would get it back in and look further. Upon doing so they found a leak in my evaporator core and they will replace it under warranty. If I had not known better I would have had the same issue next year when I would no longer be under warranty and the job would have cost thousands to fix. Not very ethical or thorough!! I was shocked at the lack of caring and lack of thoroughness. If my vehicle wasnt under warranty I would never go back!

I couldnt have been happier with the service I received last week. Matt Valitski was one of the friendliest and most conscientous salesman I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything and even followed up with me by phone after a week just to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and didnt have any questions. Due to security protocol, my car is required to be towed to dealer for key replacement, as my car sits in the dealer lot for a few days until new keys arrive. MB West Chester refuses to provide a loaner, instead they suggest car rental nearby or Uber. I have called Mercedes of Devon, they have said a service is a service, a loaner car is always provided during service if customers request. Despite a 8-year fairly good experience with MB West Chester, Im going to travel further and give my business to Eurocar MB of Devon from now on.

My sales rep was great (Jen). When I went to pick up the car I was told that they had not looked at it before I saw it. As a result, the bumper front and back needed to be repainted. I was told they had not looked at the car once it was sent to them from another dealership. I received a loaner when they did the bumper work. The loaner car was a 2021. It was dirty. The sticky from the sticker looked like dirt marks on the white loaner going down driver side door and that same door had dents. The window car sticker was ripped off with a piece of it still in the window. After 10 days I picked up my purchase again and I love my car!!

My 2007 E350 with 69,000 miles transmission was going crazy. Called West Chester MB and Paul took care of it. I told him my husband normally took care of this but he died in January. Had an appt. same day, which was wonderful. Paul contacted me and told me the news wasnt as bad as expected. Got a few other things done. Was in contact with them the whole time. They picked me up at my house to get my car. Was wonderful. Check engine light is still on so Im a little perplexd by that. Did let them know via text. Car was washed and beautiful when picked up. I will always use this dealer as my service. Everyone treated me with respect. First time I had to do this and they made it easy.

This is the 3rd Mercedes I bought from Mercedes Benz of West Chester.I would say this time I would say is the best hassle free transaction I have ever had buying a car from a dealer.No bargaining or playing around with price. Pay the price which I would say is fair, taxes & documents. Other options were discussed but I was not forced to buy anything else.Maybe the Pandemic changed how dealer sell their cars now.What makes the difference is the people I interacted with at the dealership. They were all nice and very professional. Ed Belland (salesman) did an excellent job, he was honest and very helpful. I will be looking for him in the future when I buy the next MB.Miguel Flores who did the paper works was also nice and very professional.Toward the end before we were going to leave, there was a young person who did an excellent job explaining and showing my wife how to operate and setup all the electronics on the car, like Carplay.They did not have somebody like that when I bought the 2nd car.I gave MB of WC 5 stars for doing a good job, for hassle free transaction and excellent customer service.

I picked up my new leased GLS 450 today and I couldn’t be happier. The car was exactly as I ordered and it was spotless. I worked with Mohsen and Tristen today and they were great. The paper signing went quickly and then Tristen went through the vehicle with me. The car I returned off of lease was the same model but this car does things that I never thought a car would do. The technology in the controls and dashboard has changed dramatically in the 3 years since I leased my last car and Tristen knew it cold and and made it look easy. It will take me a little time to get familiar with everything but I had a great start today. I’ve been leasing cars through this dealership for a long time and their sales and service departments always meet or exceed my expectations.

I have driven Mercedes for years and have worked with other dealers (Mercedes of Wilmington, DE, Mercedes of Lancaster, PA, and this location Mercedes of West Chester, PA). This location is definitely the worst of all locations. The service at this location has declined over the years. I find the service agents are not as mechanically informed as they were in the past. You will also find the service agents can be borderline rude and condescending. They dont listen or take the time to do what is in the best interest of the customers. Its more like an inventory line of shuffle them in and shuffle them out. The only time I get the Mercedes experience is when I escalate my issue to the service manager, Mike Strickland or the General Manager. I am finding every time I visit there is an issue with the service advisor either failing to make proper recommendations, or ensuring the technicians have provided a definitive solution. I recommend making that travel to Mercedes Benz of Wilmington if you want the true Mercedes experience.
Great selection of vehicles and fantastic service department. Craig is always on top of the status of our vehicles while work is being done. The best part is the cost of routine work is reasonable, not SHOCKING as the Porsche service center.We have an E500 and a S550 that we love both from MB of West Chester. Consumers BEWARE!I Was extremely disappointed with a recent experience. My 23 yr old daughter (whose automotive knowledge other than driving the car is ZERO) brought in her 2008 350C that had the airbag light come on. Having had the airbag recently replaced from a recall, I assumed it had something to do with that.When she brought it in, the service person put her in a loaner telling her they would need to run a diagnostic test, without telling her that the test alone would cost $206 and had her sign nothing). Had she been told of this initial charge, (which once the diagnosis came back as a faulty seat belt sensor, the overall cost with diagnosis came to around $550 - $115 for the part and $195/hour labor + the test) she would have called me to confirm if I wanted to move forward. This and Im sure other dealerships, often take advantage of customers by not giving them upfront costs for item like a simple diagnostic test, which one could get at Advanced Auto for example, either for free or other automotive centers for half the cost.I found the part on ebay for 1/2 the dealer price and a mechanic for 1/2 their labor. Take a little time to do your homework and you can save a ton of $$, especially for minor issues. I also had a light bulb out and I believe that would have been around $40-50 installed when a bulb can be purchased for around $20. Additionally when I asked the service dept person what the risk factor was, as it related to the light being on and deployment of the airbag in an accident, he couldnt answer that question.My point is that we need to be intelligent consumers and realize that if we arent made of $$ ( For my daughter in her 1st job, this is a huge amount of money), going to the dealer service dept. is often unnecessaryunless you have a truly significant issue and even then, many other Service Centers cost much less with very competent mechanics familiar with Mercedes, BMW etc. .Be safe out there and be a smart consumer...

Not competitive ! looked a a CLA250 lease and was ready to pull the trigger...then was I surprised ! leases on the competitions offerings of cars in the same class were 30-50 cheaper for monthly payment. Same MSRP, same lease terms. Why ? Maybe they think I should be willing to pay up for the MB nameplate...Arrogance ? wont be back...and I was a two time prior customer.

I had originally posted a 5 star review as the initial service was fantastic.They continue to charge my card for gas THEY used in THEIR vehicle THEY DROVE while repairing my vehicle as part of the purchase agreement. Ive been told theyll have it fixed asap and call me back as soon as its done. That never happens. They havent responded to our inquiries about our tags, either.No issues with the car, this is purely mishandled business.

You may deserve better than one star, but let me explain. I was heading to a funeral in PA and was 150 miles into a 200 mile trip when my tire blew and I was towed to your dealership. The amount of time waiting for the tow has nothing to do with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. However, I started off well with a service manager that I recently emailed regarding my experience. She gave excellent service and went above and beyond to help me get my tire repaired before everyone went home for the day. However she left and I was being helped by another service manager who didnt approach me after finding out I had a cracked rim. I had to approach him. I asked if it could be replaced along with the blown tire. He said yes and let me know the cost. I asked him to go ahead and make the repair. When I asked the service manager if there was a defect in the car since I had experienced the same cracked rim without hitting anything that could justify the break, he nonchalantly told me that low profile tires blow very often and that you get 2-3 of those types of repairs daily.I was annoyed that the same front right rim cracked for the 2nd time. I asked to speak to a finance manager so that I could purchase the tire maintenance plan (which I knew could not be used for this particular event). No one came to speak with me for the 45 minutes I waited while the tire and rim were replaced. Needless to say I wasnt happy with being ignored, though I understood it was late on a Friday and your people wanted to go home. Ive been there. I get it, but the only person to apologize to me was the cashier who clearly made the call in front of me nearly an hour before.After receiving the bill for the repair, I asked if Mercedes-Benz of West Chester gave a discount to veterans. The cashier recalled the 2nd service manager who told me that all possible discounts were already built into my bill. This didnt sound right to me. It would mean that you give discounts meant for veterans to all of your customers. I went back to find him, but he had left for the day. I spoke to the service manager after requesting a private conversation and he gave me a 10% discount and told me thank you for your service.The 1 star rating is because my expectations of service from Mercedes is considerably higher than that for non luxury cars. After great service from the initial service manager, the cashier and the overall service department manager, I had mixed feelings on the whole thing. I want to give a higher rating based on the excellent customer service and communication that I received, but I have a hard time doing it after feeling ignored for 45 minutes and feeling dismissed as a customer and undervalued as a veteran. You had 5 star service mixed in with 1 star service, but if you would like me to change this, then please respond to my email and Ill update accordingly.

Brought car in after poor experience at another dealer. Had the same issues here. Didn’t return phone calls and wouldn’t even diagnose the issue with my car. Claimed it was neglected when I have all the service records. They don’t honor warranties. Now I have to get my lawyer involved.

I purchased GLA from dealership. The car had smoke smell and “connect me“ application was a problem.Dealership was extremely unresponsive.The smoke smell was mitigated to certain degree. The response to the app problem was you need to life with it, Mercedes corporate did the app. We went to another dealer ~ he found that latch was broken. So, this is all about the horrible service.

Been here twice. Well maintained during Covid times. Sanitizers are available at almost every door.Got an E-class. Employees were respectful and very helpful.I have never seen such a huge, massive dealership. We really liked the place and its beauty.We took a mile walk in and around the place while our car is getting services done. Pretty good area.They have a very big parking lot on one side.Will recommend for sure.
