I just drove my new Acura MDX home today and I must say the experience was the easiest car buying I’ve ever done! Sarah Fuller was awesome and super attentive and helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed, asked all the right questions, and was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. She took time to walk me through the features of the MDX and even connected my phone for me! The trade and finance process was great too - I was out in about half an hour! The car is beautiful and drives so smoothly. Can’t say enough about how positive this experience was!
I am on my 4th Acura vehicle since 2000. I have had them all serviced and maintained at Piazza Acura of West Chester. The service team has been together along time and it shows. Excellent service from the Valet team to the management team. I am never disappointed. Thank you.
Moved to the PA/DE area last year from Florida. Had bought a 2018 used Acura while living in Florida, so once in the local area, was happy to find this dealership close to me to go get my oil change. Bob, service advisor, asked me if the fuel injection had been cleaned, given that at the time the car was at 37k miles. Unfortunately, given the recent move, didnt have the car paperwork with me, so wasnt sure, and asked Bob if it was in their database, given that I got it in Acura dealership in Florida. Bob said he didnt have access. I went ahead and got the service anyway.A few months later, was visiting family down in South Carolina and was due for an oil change. The service advisor at this location, without even me asking, read the past services I had done for the car, which included Florida and PA locations. Mind you, we are in South Carolina, so I asked the advisor if all states had access to this database, and he said, sure, as long as they are Acura Authorized dealer and your car was service there. So either Bob at Piazza is inept in doing a database search, or this dealership is only there to squeeze your money. Although is very close to me, will have to find a new Acura dealership, since employees only practice what their management allows. If you like getting squeezed, Piazza is your place.
I am very unhappy with the service at Piazza, from not returning phone calls to changing their policy for scheduling appointments. I will not be going back.
I want to like this place because it does have some nice people that work here. Unfortunately my experience has been completely marred by a level of unprofessionalism that I just felt needed to be told so that other people can avoid the issues Ive had. My 2018 MDX has been in for service a lot. Different issues but honestly some that just shouldnt be. My first major issue was a drivers side strut that failed around 30-35,000 miles. Afterwards my car never felt the same. Then my passenger wheel bering. And the car still wasnt driving well. 8-10 trips later and multiple alignments and the car was close. Still not 100%. And then the noise came back. I tell them its a random clunk from the drivers side. And its getting worse. It was in 9+ times for this noise over 2 months. Nothing ever found. So last week I need my oil changed and try to make an appointment. Called 2 times and no answer no call. Called again and got some scheduling service that told me I needed to call since I needed a loaner. Stopped in right before closing and was told they had no cars but theyd call me in the morning. So after I didnt get a call I called another dealer. Made an appointment for Monday. 2 hours after I made my new dealer appointment someone calls to tell me they wont have a loaner for 2 weeks. I said Im taking my car to another dealer. Well guess what the same Drivers strut and bearing are bad again. That strut has been bad for 10,000+ miles and they couldnt figure this out? I called the store manager and the service manager to discuss this and guess what no return call yet. Ill update if they do but Im not holding my breath. Beyond disappointed here. I even bought 4 new tires at one point because they told me the drift was the tires. I told them its the suspension or the rack. One of us was right and the other are these guys that dont return calls in a timely manner.So I said I would update if I heard back from anyone. Robert the store manager reached out and had a nice conversation with me. I felt like he understood my frustration and was will to help me in any way he could. It was a nice exchange and I hope he is genuine in his response. Time will tell.
I jad great experience at dealership. I was looking at car online and vehicle was exactly as described. I was at a different dealership prior and had complete opposite results. The staff was very outgoing but not pushy. They took great detail going over vehicle mechanically which cant be said for all dealers. Angela was sales person and did a great job. Id recommend anyone looking for vehicle to check out their inventory.
Our sales person Sal was extremely helpful during our buying process. He made sure we was comfortable, had what we need and most importantly he knew his cars. He was able to show us around and got us the right vehicle for the right price. He explained everything in details and if he did not know he reached out to management so he would not give us false information. One word, trust worthy. The rest of the staff here was very nice and helpful as well. Appreciate everyone there

Greedy scam artists. I purchased 2 other Acura from Piazza Reading so I assumed Westchester had the same customer service. I drove 2 hours to purchase a TLX and when I got there the vehicle was in rough condition. Being a loyal third time customer, they wouldnt even budge $1. Stay away from salesman Rob. He is a classic car salesman. Highway robbery. I will never buy from this place again.
Wow, what a disappointing experience!! My wife called and spoke with Moe, asking about a lease promotion that was on Acuras site but we could not find it on Piazzas site. She was told all cars that fit that promotion were sold out. I knew that was wrong, so I said watch this...I grabbed her phone, called right back and asked the same questions verbatim. I was then told they HAD cars that fit the promotion. I have never witnessed/experienced such blatant sexism in my young adult life. When at the car dealership later that night, I addressed Moe to express my disappointment and he made ABSOLUTELY NO effort to take accountability or apologize. All I got was Youre wrong and you dont know facts. I gave him a simple You need to be better and walked out.I leased the Acura the following day...NOT from Piazza, but I went to a different Acura dealership(Hertrich Acura) out of my way where my wife received AMAZING service. If looking for an Acura in the future...Myself, my family, and friends are aware of this and will no longer go to Piazza Acura.
If you like getting squeezed, Piazza is your place.Bad experience, Bad communication and extremely bad costumer service with complete lack of personal attention! I placed a order and for no reason they decided to canceled without explaining why, after 3 e-mail and 3 calls without any response, finally I understand what happened it. Problem solved? Did I get my order? No.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Piazza Acura of West Chester. the Sales Consultant was excellent. All of the personnel at the dealership I interacted with were professional and helpful, and answered all of my questions.
Robert had the certified pre owned MDX we were interested in seeing ready to go for before we even got to the dealership. He didnt waste a moment of our time, everything he did was quick, easy and helpful. While we took the MDX for a test drive, he had our trade in assessed and was ready to talk about the numbers when we got back. Ultimately we felt the vehicle itself was small for what we need but it was in as close to new condition as we could hope for and otherwise would have walked away with that one. Though we didnt buy anything that day, the service will bring us back for sure. I wish all dealerships operated this way.

I have leased two cars from this dealer. Both experiences were good with shopping and delivery. Service is a little over priced but typical dealer pricing and decent work. The reason I give the dealership such a poor review is that 6 months prior to the end of my lease on my latest car the new salesman (mine must have left) start emailing me to take my car back early or to have we trade out. I said I was not interested. I got 6 months worth of emails and messages which turned into requests for what I was going to do at lease end. I reply yet again that I had the car for several more months and requested to not be further contacted and advised I would let them know closer to my lease end my decision. The emails continued till I finally got more rude about it. I was advised that the dealership has had numerous managers over the last 2.5 years and new managers are making them email more people per day. I complained to Acura and asked them to forgive some of my mileage overage and I would decide later since I had a bad taste in my mouth. They said decide now or no forgiveness we cant control dealers behavior. I own two Honda vehicles in addition to the leased Acura as well as other cars and have referred people to this dealership. Based on the dealer and Acuras response I will never do business with Honda or Acura and surely not this dealership.

Our salesperson, Brett Green, was an excellent, no pressure, salesperson. Faisal Qabbani, our finance person, was very personable and efficient in the paper process. Overall, the staff was friendly and very professional. The 4 out of 5 instead of a 5, was the price that we ended up with for our trade in. Even the Piazza website gave us a higher value than the sale manager, who we never met, gave us. We were very disappointed in that one aspect.
You know when by small details you can feel what kind of business you dealing with. Same goes for this dealer. I called to confirm the car viewing for 8:30pm. I was told that dealership closes at 9:00pm and 30 minutes might be not enough to see the car. I arrived to see the closed doors at 6:50pm. At 6:50pm the phone answering service told me that dealership closes at 7:00pm. Ok, I understand its COVID-19 short hours. But salesperson wrote down my name and number and could have called me to warn that they do not feel like working today and better not drive there for 50 minutes. Sad, sad, relaxed business model.
I have purchased new 2008,2010, and a 2016 Acuras. I have always had them serviced at Piazza Acura. I found the employees to be friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. The best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 75 years. I have lived in five states plus Canada, and have owned quite a few different makes and models. I am a very satisfied customer since 2008 when I started doing business with Acura.
Dealer handled a RDX performance issue quite effectively, and addressed my wife’s headlamp illumination problem by replacement of defective parts. I was quite pleased with the quick in-and-out service I received and loaner to keep the service interruption to a minimum.

I drive into the service area and my vehicle is taken to the service bay. No having to go out in the weather. The dealership is further from my home but it is worth the trip!
Came in 20 mins before closing (before 5). Saw a RDX I wanted to purchase. Was willing to put down 30% however the salesman told me they were closing so he couldn’t make the sale. It felt unusual seeing that there was a much younger sales man still dealing with another couple. He didn’t offer to even let me test drive. So I went down to CONCORDVILLE NISSAN and purchase a vehicle instead. They were glad to help. Whatever happen to serving the customer. If you want to quit work 20 mins early than make that the closed time. I’m never been denied a purchase before closing time. Thanks For going the extra yard!

With the pandemic, the process for getting a new RDX lease was different. My old lease ended in May but due to the pandemic I was unable to turn the car in and get a new one. I contacted Piazza Acura through Bob Ruhno, and he recommended I extend the old lease, and actually helped me to accomplish that. Now that things have settled down a little bit, I worked with Bob to secure a new 2020 RDX lease and turn in my 2017 RDX. I was able to work with Bob virtually and he was able to answer all my questions promptly, and was able to secure the vehicle I wanted. I can’t thank Bob and everyone at Piazza Acura enough for making this such a pleasant experience, through this difficult time. The new RDX is great, and everything went smoothly.
Only giving 2 stars because they did not fix my rattling window for the 3rd time. The manager told me it was because of the technology in the window, really??? When I asked him if his windows rattle, he said, Uh, I dont think so. Then he said he was going to reach out to the Acura engineering team and then call me. That was 3 weeks ago.
I dont typically review dealerships, but I have a lot of experience with different ones over the years. I buy a car every 3 or 4 years. Hands down, this was one of my best experiences ever.I started the process of communication with them through their online chat to ask about their inventory. The chat was very pleasant and quick. They took my information to be contacted and I said text or email is best. Shortly, I received a text from sales with them putting their best foot forward on the price of a car.Normally, the first thing is come on in, lets negotiate. Not here, it was I can meet your budget. Very refreshing! Of course I wasnt willing to just agree like that, so I gave my trade information and what I wanted for it. That did take some time, but overall they were extremely forthcoming and honest about the deal. I never once felt like I was being haggled with or belittled as I am a female buying a car (most dealerships immediately ask if my husband is coming to the appt as well). It was just straight talk and what they could do for me to get me in the car I wanted.Needless to say, I am the proud owner of a beautiful new Sport Hybrid MDX! Thank you Moe and everyone else at Piazza!I have finally found my forever dealership! Only took 20 years but I am a customer for life!
I was an hour late for the appointment, due to a dead battery. I called to let them know. I was told they would push appt back and hold my loaner. A very pleasant experience!I made a special arrangements to be around for the appointment that day, so the flexibility was greatly appreciated!
Managed to pick up a screw in one of my wifes tires. She brought the car (our 21st Acura purchase, by the way) to Piazza service to have it checked. In a matter of minutes the screw was removed and the tech reported that it was just embedded in the tread and caused no damage to the tire. The best part was there was no charge for the service. Thanks to all of the service folks at Piazza. They go above and beyond with customer service every time we visit.
I was very pleased with the fact they made it so easy to enter into my new lease. Staff was responsive and communicated clearly and we were able to get some of the administrative stuff out of the way in advance. Based on past experience, I had budgeted two hours to complete the transaction at the dealership and it wound up being around a half hour including the orientation and training. The finance, sales and Internet sales teams were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

I have had my Acura serviced at Piazza (formerly West Chester) Acura since I bought my first Acura - a 1992 Legend which I bought used in 1993. I first met Darren Griffith, the Service Manager, when I brought my new to me car in for an evaluation of its condition. He was very accommodating during that first visit, and has remained so since. I have since owned another Legend and an Acura TL Type S. All cars have been manual transmission. Piazza Acura has been very reliable throughout that entire time. I have been informed when I needed anything minor or major (e.g. transmission) fixed/replaced. I have always been given options/recommendations of what needed repair, and what could wait. I have been charged fairly, with discounts cheerfully applied. Stuart, my current Service Advisor, presents options & needs very clearly, and leaves the decisions to me for what to do at a particular service visit. The waiting area is clean, and serves Starbucks coffee along with other beverages. Free wireless connection is offered. I have been able to arrange for loaner cars for many service visits. I have been very happy with the service they have offered, and trust Piazza Acura to properly service my vehicle.

Just needed to get my battery checked. All was okay but they checked everything else too. The service representative explained it all. There were no problems and I was on my way in less than an hour.Its now a year later and I went to have my TLX serviced again and ended up getting a new RDX while they were servicing it. I certainly wouldnt be doing this if I didnt like the way this dealership treated their customers and their vehicles.

Stopped by without an appointment for an oil change and a couple if recall fixes, on a Saturday morning. Was done in a couple of hours. The service team was extremely courteous and helpful, the Wi-Fi works great, and the waiting area is well stocked. They did try and up-sell a few services which I declined. Didnt get too annoyed with this.
I loved the fact that I could coordinate the meeting online, and when I arrived the salesperson was ready for me, and I was able to test drive the car and discuss options in a very timely fashion. I also loved the fact that this was not a high pressure sales meeting.

Have been a customer since 1990, can I say more.... Acura, in my opinion, is the finest automobile on the road today, I have owned 12. West Chester Acura is text book perfect. Customer service is as good as it gets, and the service department is, by far, the best in the industry. You keep buying the same car because you like the car but you keep doing business with the same dealership for 23 years because of the people.
Excellent service! I brought in my MDX for a regular service, state inspection and two recalls and was told the wait time would be around 3 hours when I made the appointment. Guess what my surprise was when I was told the car is ready after about 1 hour and half :) Well I was told they put two guys on my car.Highly recommended! Have been dealing with West Chester Acura for over 10 years and have been very happy with the facility and the people there. Just bought my latest TL and they were very willing to negotiate a good deal and were accommodating of my schedule. They were very thorough in going over all of the wonderful features on the car, but forgot to show show me that I could change the navigation map to display North Up. Also have been very happy with their service department that has very flexible scheduling as well as loaner cars when necessary. Would recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used Acura.
