From outside looked cousy but once stepped in,was a bit disappointing.The music is loud & choices of drinks & snacks r limited.I requested a hot chocolate & the person replied that might not have enough 2 make 1,even thou I saw more than half a gallon full of chocolate milk🙄.Great to use milk 4 hot chocolate but usually its made w/ simple hot milk or water & add powder.He lost 5 customers due to his lack of supplies.As maller size cup was provided(12oz instead of 16 oz I had requested).After that 2 costumers came in & also requested hot chocolate & service was denied 4 it, due 2 milk shortage.While on the phone 3 customers came in & ignore until he ended his call while music still playing loud.1 customer left w/o service.As 4 bathroom,the location is downstairs so if u have issues walking up/downstairs like myself due to surgery,u will have to go someplace else that is handicapped accessable.Other costumers came in 4 ice cream & left bc was not available. As 4 the rest, while we were waiting the guy behind the bar didnt even bothered 2 make any small talk w/ us. Having such a small business it is key to have customer service skills and friendlyness as well supplies 2 serve costumers.

I had a delicious strawberry shake from here today. Minimal flavors to choose from, but the shake was so good! The cashier was very nice. Its a nicely decorated spot. They serve lattes, coffee, and small breakfast items. Give it a try, youll like it!

This small ice cream and coffee shop has wonderful treats for all. They offer delicious flavors, including vegan and lactose free options, along with various toppings. While the shop is relatively small, there is a restroom and places to sit here. My usual - a peanut butter ice cream with chocolate and peanut butter sauce on it, along with peanuts, is one of many wonderful options. They also sell some other treats, such as cookies and gourmet cupcakes.Note: This shop sells peanut products, so if you have an allergy, take note of this.

I love this place. You can get the best of two worlds here. Coffee and ice cream, either separate or together. I love the milk shakes.

What a great little place! Jeff was most knowledgeable about the products and so very friendly. He clearly is passionate about the business. Great coffee and yummy ice cream. Even took home some sodas and a gluten free cookie. We will most definitely be back!

This place has such a high ceiling...not physically, but its potential. However, I have been disappointed by it numerous times. First, I went in yesterday to meet with a friend and the woman behind the counter was very unfriendly. I asked her several questions, some of which warranted more than a one word response, but most of which she only gave me one word. Aesthetically, this place needs more seating. They have two or three long tables, so it feels uncomfortable to sit down in a seat next to someone because it feels like you are a part of their conversation. I would probably go to this place and do work all the time if the seating was better. And finally, the prices, specifically with the ice cream, is ridiculous. Its like 4 dollars for one scoop...crazy. I hope this place sticks around and gets better, but its not one of my go-tos.Update: I went in yesterday to do work, and there were literally no seats open besides one of the large tables, which had one seat open. If I sat there I wouldve been surrounded by a family eating ice cream. I want this place to be good, but it keeps failing me!

Stopped in with my parents and sister for some ice cream randomly, and we were all happy that we did. Interesting and delicious flavors, and had some goodies to purchase for take-out, too! I got a red velvet cupcake.

I love the ice cream here but it is really annoying that 90% of the time that I go, the flavors I like are not there. On top of that, the menu will say that there is whipped cream and cherries but when you ask for it, they are out as well. Someone needs to do better inventory. Im going to hit up some other ice cream places in town because Im not going to waste my time walking into the shop if most of the time what I like isnt there.

The ice cream and coffee are locally sourced which is really cool. They recently changed up their house blend and I like it so much better than the old one. As long as you can get a seat, its a great place to study, chat, or cool down on a hot day.

Love the cookies and cream flavor ice cream and the vanilla birch beer. Portions are small and its on the pricier side. Not a place to grab a seat because there are only a couple of tables and they are always full, expect to eat your ice cream as you walk. Bathroom is down a weird flight of steps in the basement.

Great spot for coffee & ice cream. Espresso to sundaes to hot chocolate to milkshakes - they got it.They have three to four different creameries which all offer different flavors so the ice cream menu is great. Coffee comes in from local [Philly] places.Design is simple, clean, and open. Not so many tables, but great environment and friendly staff.

The ice cream is amazing, some of my favorite... But the sizes have gotten so small its ridiculous. A size small looks like a kids size, maybe 1/2 C. total? Its been like this the past couple times we went so we may not go back bc its so Chintzy!

Any place that sells Reanimator Coffee gets high marks from me. I havent even tried the ice cream! The atmosphere is nice and local feeling. Definitely worth a stop.

Product is good but staff is not! Have been in multiple times over the past few months and the staff lack customer service skills. Today, I waited 5 minutes to be served because no one was behind the counter, only for the girl texting at a table to finally get up and ask if I needed something. Also, everytime I get a pint it is never full all the way?! I do love the ice cream and coffee but I wish the staff was more adequately trained.

I didnt actually purchase anything so its not fair for me to leave a bar review, but I deducted a star because they were out of all flavors of the vegan ice cream. If youre headed there specifically looking for vegan/ dairy free, Id recommend calling ahead to make sure they have it.

My husband and I went here because Im a huge Graeters fan and when we arrived we were disappointed!!! Not only were they out of my favorite flavor, they couldnt even make an ice cream sundae because they didnt have whipped cream or nuts. How do you run out of such things? Not to mention, they didnt have many options. If I decide to return, I will call first to see if they have these items. We decided to enjoy dinner at Iron Hill and then go to Margos Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor in Downingtown instead.

Great coffee and ice cream. It has become my 4-year-old daughters go-to request for an outing and treat. I do wish they had more tables.

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere quite pleasant. The iced coffee I had was not at all good. I cannot speak for the espresso drinks or the ice cream but if your just looking for a regular cup of coffee maybe try elsewhere

The ice cream is excellent! The coffee used to be... They recently switched from Reanimator, which was phenomenal, to la Colomb, which is just ok. They have a loyalty program where you get a free coffee or ice cream after every 10 purchases, but about half the time the cashier cant figure out how to credit my purchase to my account. Ive had a few less than stellar customer service experiences, but overall, its one of my favorite dessert places in the area. I really wish theyd go back to the Reanimator coffee. There is nothing else comparable locally.
