This is Johnny Pappas using Ronas google account to write a review. Our double garage buckled and was damaged when we tried to close it. I thought for sure we would need a new garage door but after calling Nask (whom we used for years) and having Henry come out, the garage door is better than new! Henry has over 30 years of experience and is honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable about anything pertaining to garage doors. He bolted struts across the door which at first I didnt think would work to straighten out the buckled panels. On a separate visit, Henry calculated the weight of the door and installed two new torsion springs because the one old torsion spring might have broken due to the added struts weight. Repairing the garage door instead of replacing it saved us thousands of dollars. Henry is a rarity among service repairmen and if every company had a Henry, there would be far fewer complaints. I highly recommend Nask door for ANY garage door problems.
I had NASK install 2 garage doors with motors in 2016. Its almost 4 years later and I can tell you I havent had one problem since. I dealt with multiple people from their office including, Joey the sales rep, before finalizing the make, model, trim, color and motors. Everyone was pleasant and professional to deal with. The two men that installed the doors were awesome. Prompt, clean and professional. You can tell they did it for a living, and had it installed in one day. The picture attached was taken today 2/5/20. They still look great !
I signed a proposal with Nask on July 30 to replace one garage door. Prior to that, scheduling a time for an estimate was problematic. After multiple calls to Nask sales rep “Joey”, he supposedly responded to the property to measure the door without notifying me as agreed. A three week installation estimate was provided. The door was installed in mid September. Evidently the measurements were incorrect. The door would not close completely or lock. Multiple calls to “Joey” were made with messages left. Eventually “Joey” left a message stating a new door panel would be ordered to correct the problem with a three week estimate for installation. It is now mid November and I was just advised by another Nask employee that it would be another three weeks for the panel to be shipped. I understand that this is not a significantly large order for a company like Nask however three and a half months for one garage door which is still not installed and completed properly is ridiculous. I have just placed a call to the business owner and am awaiting a call back. It will be interesting to see if he is any more responsive than his sales rep.
Great prices and good doors
I had a new garage door installed two days ago by Nask Door. Mike was the installer. He worked professionally and efficiently. The door looks wonderful but the best part is that it is so quiet. Mike gave me all the instructions on use. The best part, the price was the best out of three contractors and I feel I got the most for my money. Thank you.
Builder used them to install 2 doors on a new house. Doors never worked right, they came out at least 6 times and never fixed the problem. The last time it took them 2 months to come to my house to look at the broken chain.Told me I wasnt under warranty charged me $300 and proceeded to tell me the doors could be fixed under warranty but he wont do anything to help me.Stay away! We are looking to replace the whole system since the doors are unsafe and continue to break.
We had such a great experience with Nask. Tonya in the office is really nice and efficient, and Dan, the technician, was super polite, punctual and knowledgeable. When Dan came out, I was prepared to spend lots of money to replace both of my LiftMaster Garage Door Openers. But Dan showed me that the guys who wired the job previously failed to perform maintenance. So Dan got everything working great and I paid only $150 to make a longstanding problem go away. HIGHLY recommend!
Awesome service. The garage door is working better than ever. Before Nask began working on the garage door, I knew the price. There was no pressure to repair the garage door. But I knew it needed to be fixed. Will definitely call Nask again for my garage door needs.
Very helpful! We just moved into our new house, and the existing garage door was not working properly (auto reversing the close command). Their schedule was quite busy so the Rep helped me on phone to fix the issue and voila it worked!

I had a great experience with Nask Door. Because I forgot to open the garage door, I accidently backed my car into it. My husband found Nask online. When he called, Nask scheduled a technician to come out to give us a free estimate for a new garage door. When the tech looked at the door, he was able to fix it. And he fixed it right there on the spot. My garage door looks brand new. You would never know it was damaged. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you Nask Door.

I needed service on a garage door opener. The manufacturer referred me to Nask Door as they are the local authorized dealer. I called after hours and left a voicemail mail message for a return call. I called the next day, spoke to a representative, who took a message and said she would pass it on to a service tech. I never received a return call. Needless to say I called another company and received an immediate response.I dont know what the quality of Nasks work is but if you cant get them to respond for service what good are they.
Fran, the serviceman, was not an employee and was a very congenial and competent individual.A communication problem occurred and the work was done without explicit authorization while I was away from the property.An attempt to resolve this issue with the owner was a most unpleasant experience. The man would not listen, had his facts wrong and threatened to trespass on the property to get his way. Wowza! Then threatened court and other convoluted scenarios as well. Need I say more?
All I can say in this honest as can be review, is that you HAVE to call Nask. You have to!!! Had a problem with my garage door, was impatient as I usually am, grabbed whoever could come out the quickest and was told by ******** that my door was unable to be fixed, needed all new parts, wasnt gonna be done for a good two weeks and that my door was basically done for and was gonna cost me alot of money . Me being unable to accept that waited for Nask ( only a day, they were super quick ) to come and look at it . Much to my surprise after feeling sick to my stomach after hearing a huge quote of money I didnt want to spend on a door, a gentleman from nask who I now believe should wear a super hero cape, took a look at the door, after about 10mins fixed it, informing me it was just a matter of adjusting a few spots. What ????? Seriously ???? So a whole lot of money still in my pocket later, my door is fixed and my stress is gone. Im telling you, use Nask !! I think we all tend to use a company, put it out of our minds until the next time and then go scrambling searching to get something fixed. Let them give u a sticker, pop it on your door and you will always remember to use nask !!!! I am so thankful I was smart enough to call them, so relieved and so thankful for their honesty, knowledge of what they are doing and price. #naskgaragedoor.

I am very happy to say Nask Door is such a company!I moved into my home 12 years ago in Lionville. The garage door worked like a charm for many years. Finally after 5 years I needed help in programming a new remote control unit. After contacting the builder and learning that Nask Door had installed the units in my development, I contacted Nask Door.I was connected with a very knowledgeable & helpful person on the phone – Joe Nask (Jr). Joe took time with me to explain what had to be done in so in a very professional & knowledgeable manner. He said he was fairly certain he would be able to complete the task by noon.True to his word Fran called as promised & explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He fixed it then called at 11:50 to tell me that everything was completed and working fine.Nask Door knew very well that I was in a tight bind and they could have really “Raked me over the Coals” with charges. I called in a panic I was stuck....the service tech was prompt fixed the door and i was on my way to work. Look no further call Nask Garage Door for all service work very HONEST AND RELIABLE.
Dont expect prompt service if your garage door opener breaks. Its Friday, I cant get my garage door open and they best they can do is tell me someone will be out on Monday. In the meantime I am stuck with a fire hazard and a car stuck in the garage. Seriously lousy service.
