Euro pro has been the greatest car repair experience I have ever had. My 98 jaguar XK8 had no air-conditioning and Steve figured out the problem was a hose. The problem was the hose was no longer made by jaguar and there was not a single one available anywhere in the United States. Steve did all the research and found someone who working with Steve fabricated a new one. This level of service is unheard of. He put it in and the car has air-conditioning again.

I bought a used Mini Cooper 18 months ago for my daughter from an individual in Batavia who said he uses Euro-Pro for his other Minis and his Audi. Euro-Pro has not disappointed. Steve does quality work at a very fair price. I also have an Audi A6...while haveing some warranty work at the dealer in Naperville, they said I needed new breaks and a new battery (both obviously not covered under warranty). I decided to take my car to Euro-pro for a second opinion and quote...Steve replaced the breaks for 1/2 the price of the dealer, and turns out I didn’t need a new battery.

Steve has been servicing my two Volvos for a few years. His work is always extremely thorough and well thought out. Hell work with you to come up with options that best match your goal. His personal pride goes into every job. If he doesnt pick up the phone when you call, leave a message; hes more than likely doing all he can to resolve a customers car woes. Hell call you back.

Worked on my Land Rover did a great job, will be bringing my VW Passat and future cars! Great job and I didn’t get scammed or ripped off. Place is really clean and private off the road in a wealthy area. Felt safe with my car here for sure. I have paid so much at dealers and this was refreshing. I met the nicest guy with knowledge and passion for the job. just go here you will not get ripped off and that’s what scares people the most about a mechanics. Very honest shop. Great job guys thanks

Steve is knowledgeable and straight forward every time I have brought my VW there. His repairs are fast, his work is excellent and I can trust him when he says things are wrong. I would recommend his services to anyone and will continue to take my cars to Euro-Pro Plus. Thank you for all you do Steve!

Just bought my first BMW this year (yes, there will be more), and my fiancée gave me Steves business card immediately. I was about to schedule the oil change, but my car made an emergency trip for a water pump.Steves price for both, along with misc stuff was $600. Quite reasonable. This guy hustles all day. He walked me around my vehicle, pointing out future items that needed to be addressed. (Yes, I bought a used car.)I love my car. I love it even more knowing I have a reliable, honest, skilled professional looking out for me and my car. They had my little convertible ready in one day, and I was happy to pay such a reasonable charge.Ive passed his name and number to a few others. I will continue to do so with confidence.Steve makes other mechanics look really bad. He is not the normal mechanic! I look forward to future maintenance visits. Outstanding!!!!!

I drive a BMW and Ive been searching for a new shop to get my repair done.. A friend referred me to Euro-Pro, where I met Steve and Michael.. First I want to say, WOW what a clean shop and I when I met them I instantly got a good vibe from them. I needed front brakes and my transmission checked out. Steve explained everything to me in detail before starting and allowed me to make my own decisions. The work was done right and on time. 2 Thumbs up for these guys. I will continue going here although I live in Lombard (kinda a drive, but not bad) and I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends.

Cant say enough about this place. I had a really difficult issue that Steve spent time diagnosing for me. In the end, I had to involve the dealership (cringe) but I was happy that Euro-Pro was honest about what work they could and couldnt tackle. Ill definitely be back to have them work on other issues that my car has. Ive been going here for 2+ yrs after my extended maintenance contract ran out and will continue to for as long as I own the car.

Stay clear folks. Took my car here for a timing belt replacement and long story short he didnt replace anything. Had my car at the dealer 2 weeks later for oil change and they advised that I replace my timing belt. Why in the world would that be if I just had it done you might wonder? The mechanic at the dealer took me back and showed me and I could clearly tell it hadnt been touched. It was cracked and definitely looked original to the car. Steve charged me 1800 dollars and didnt touch my timing belt. Confronted him about it and he blamed it on a pulley and said he would have to replace that and charge me. Had the pulley checked by dealer and all pulleys are fine. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

Ill start by saying...this place is great. I cant say enough good things about it. I have 2 Mercedes that I currently own and was previously servicing at the dealer. I have a 2010 ML and an older 99 E300. My 99 recently did not start at home and I called the dealer for help. Had it towed there and was told it needed a fuel pump...1200.00! I decided to call around because 1200 was a lot to sink into a 1999. I found Steve on the internet and gave a call. I was please with his manner and professionalism. He explained the process of replacing the pump and said he could do it for almost half the cost. I had it towed to him and in 1 day, it was complete. I had such a good experience I made an appointment for my 2010 to have its regular service done there. I wish I found them sooner, im sure I would have saved a lot of money.

I had my 2003 Saab 93 convertible top fixed. They were one of the only shops in the area with the computer needed to be able to do the reprogramming that was required .Also, it was done in a good amount of time . I picked it up after hours. working good, no problems.

They programmed a spare keyfob transmitter to my Saab 9-5. The price was much better than the dealership.I got the key blade cut at McMaster Lock & Key who were also very reasonable, and were able to copy the Internal Laser Cut key used by my Saab.Im a DIYer when it comes to my cars maintenance, but I will probably take my Saab to these guys if I ever need some work that I cant do by myself.

I have been taking various cars to EuroPro Automotive for over ten years, and am quite pleased with the service they have provided me and my vehicles over this time... As a former small engine mechanic (a long time ago) and automotive shade tree mechanic with some mechanical aptitude, I try to work on as many things as I can to not only save $$$, but also for the satisfaction. I have had SAABs, Volvos, BMWs, and a Mercedes (between my wife and I over the last 18 years)... But inevitably there are problems that are beyond my scope of capability, that I dont have time to tackle, or am simply not motivated enough to do. For those (and there have been more than a few...) I go to EuroPro.Steve is the owner, and with all of my dealings he has been straightforward and honest. Hes even provided advice on occasion so that I could fix the car on my own. And I have never had a repair done by the shop go bad on me - they are very good at diagnosing what the real issue/problem is. In fact, I am now so loyal that even though we live over an hour away (one way) I still drive up to the shop to have him assess and repair the car (now a Volvo XC90). Dont get me wrong - sometimes its difficult to schedule time to make it up there, and I have tried a couple of times to find a shop down here that is knowledgeable and trustworthy regarding our Swedish and (formerly) German cars, but nobodys knowledge or service quite impressed me like Steve and Euro-Pro Plus. All too often people rush home to post a negative review - theyre not happy, and need to let the world know. Really - who thinks twice after their car is repaired successfully? They go on about their days and forget about it until the next issue comes up. Im guilty of that, too. So I just want to say thanks to Steve and everybody at the shop for their work and reliable service. Between all the cars weve owned, Ive probably been to Euro-Pro Plus 30+ times (timing chain, water pumps, an alternator, control arms, fuel pump, struts/mounts, specialty exhaust, CV joints, etc - all necessary and fixed right), and Im sure Ill see you guys again in the future.Again, many thanks! I cant recommend you guys enough.
