The hidden fee of $800 was a huge disappointment. This fee should be upfront and on your ad online. But after I said Yes then the manager came out to tell me of this fee. This car was for my teenager and we had been looking for long while. The trunk wasnt opening. The headlights were not balanced. No mats. You would think these things would be fixed considering the fee I had to pay. So watch out!!!
Had a very bad experience ! Ive called several times to speak with the manager to resolve all the issues Ive had since day one and for some reason I can never speak to him, and when told I will get a call back, I never do. The battery to my car was no good and had to purchase a new one not even a month after I got my car. It had no mats, needed an alignment that was also supposed to get done but they were always to “busy” to do it. I later found out by another dealership that the car had structural damage so they couldnt accept it, and that was only because I was trying to trade in my car. They dont care about good customer service, all they care about is making a sale and say a whole bunch of b.s.
The trade-in deal given to get us to buy the car was not the same offer we were given once it was time to sign the papers. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to friends or family for that reason.
