Deng was fantastic, the best service ive ever had at ATT, he was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Im not as young as i used to be and dread coming to the phone store he made the experience fast and painless and greatly appreciate it.10/10 will recommend to everyone i know

I want to recognize the employees of this location, during these hard times they are risking there health by remaining open and interacting with people. That however isn’t stoping these guys from providing exceptional customer service. Such a pleasure coming to this store knowing they will go above and beyond when I need help with any question I have.

I want to give some recognition to the employees at this store especially the Store manager Dago for not only risking there health by remaining open but by having such a positiver attitude during this pandemic. He welcomed me in and took his time and answered all my questions. both me and my wife are elderly and just not good with tech but it was time to ge a new phone. Dago walked us through every app and helped us get everything transfered from my old phone. He went above and beyond and i cant express how thankfull me and my wife are.such a nice person i could not of asked for a better service. Keep up the great service gentlemen and stay safe.

Such a positive and helpful store, not once did i feel presured to buy something. they arent your typical salesmen they actually take the time to listen to your needs and offer the product that best fits your needs. I have been so frustrated with AT&T this year. Their customer phone system is a nightmare. I spent so many hours talking to numerous people, none of whom could help me, and would only transfer me to someone else. Today I walked into the West Chicago store. Jewel, their manager, was there helping several customers. She was calm, friendly, efficient and a good listener. She heard my problem, took my phone number so I didnt have to wait while she figured things out (and neither did the other customers who were behind me). She called me back in an hour and had everything resolved. I highly recommend going in to visit Jewel if you are looking for phone/internet/tv service. She made my day by resolving my issue in a quick and painless way. She is hands down the best AT&T/comcast/internet service employee I have ever talked to! She deserves your business!

The manager of this West Chicago store is the most effective ATT store manager Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. We came in near closing and she made the time to help my wife move data to her new iphone, answer questions, and educate her on certain caveats. She was extremely knowledgable, kind, and extremely professional. I dont live in the immeadiate area but the trip to this store is worth it for the excellent customer service.

Does anyone work here? Was walking around this tiny place for almost 15 minutes and no one even said hi or tried to help me. Walked out, went to Best Buy and got a Verizon phone,

Came last Thursday, a very helpful young man helped me with all the questions I had about my phone service 👍🏻Pretty busy but he paid attention to the customers that were there.

Friendly and professional staff new manager in charge and i can already see the difference, he was one of the original staff members from years ago and i could not be happier hes back.
