Horrible service, went in for a warranty exchange after my phone had already been checked by an employee days before and had been approved for my warranty exchange. Went in after my phone arrived and the employee working that day decided my phone wasnt in shape to get an exchange. She could have called corporate after one of her colleagues had told her to but since she didnt know the number she decided to just cancel my warranty exchange. Even her approach when I walked in wasnt welcoming. I have been to so many other t-mobile stores and this has been by far the worst customer service.

Lazy workers!Took my galaxy s9+ to trade in for the new preorder galaxy 21 deal and they said it does not qualify only s9 witch makes absolutely no sense since the s9+ is a more expensive modelSo I went to a different T mobile store and they immediately accepted and said all s9 series phones qualify.Dont waste your time in this store

Cielo and a couple of the other girls were very helpful when I went in 2 days ago. I was interested in buying an iPad and they offered to drive and go get it from another store. I declined because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted but very good employees in the store.

Worst experience of my entire life that woman was rude to me very rude and Acts like money is nothing

Used to be Good Customer service. The new people are terrible with so much attitude! They never want to accept a leased phone return, and will always make up random excuse on why I would have to go to another Tmobile store to return my JOD device.

Amazing experience best store ever

I HATE THIS PLACE. They were very accommodating when I was switching over providers- now they refuse to help with anything other than selling you a piece of equipment.When I switched to TMobile I was very specifically told that I could choose a phone cover free of charge as a bonus for switching; and I come to see that it was bundled into my bill the following cycle. I went to the store to ask about this and was told there was nothing that could be done- I would just have to pay it in full if I wanted it off of my statement. My husband wanted to add his insurance plan back on his phone (work phone) and he went to the store. He was told because the account was on my name I would have to go to the store to add it. I also received a text that stated I could do this. I just left the store because they refused to add the insurance there, they said I had to call customer service- even AFTER showing them the text message from TMobile. The supervisor was REALLY quick to dismiss me and went right back on to trying to sell an iPhone to another customer. HORRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE. Im switching providers ASAP.
