We were looking for a specific fridge and this location had it. I called and spoke to Debbie and she was very kind and helpful. She was able to hold the fridge for us while we arrived. Upon arrival she greeted us and showed the fridge. It was exactly what we wanted! She helped us out and we purchased our fridge. She wrapped it up for us real nice and helped us load it onto our truck. The whole experience was amazing! Thank you Debbie so very much for your help and kindness!

Quick and friendly service! Debbie was very helpful and straight to the point. No upselling, no pressure, no trickeries. She even helped me load my new refrigerator onto my trunk because they were short-staffed on male loaders. Amazing service!As for the store itself, very nice selection of appliances. I found a Frigidaire fridge, new, in box for a price thats $115 cheaper than Home Depot! Sadly everything is final sale (prob. why the price is lower than their competitors) so be sure to check your merch! Heres a tip: if you choose to finance, make sure you understand the terms and conditions and payment options. American Freight uses a third party to manage financing instead of issuing their own credit. It gets confusing so make sure you know what youre signing up for.

First time visit, I was given a comfortable amount of space before being asked to help. Associate Debbie was well informed and managed my expectations with a fridge purchase. Since the item was not available until the next day, I was able to call to collect information on pricing the next day before returning to pick up. Bottom line Debbie was awesome and I’m big on customer service that is hard to come by.Debbie, thanks for making our purchase as smooth as it could be.

We came to American freight in West Covina, after waiting at Home Depot for an hour for someone to help us look for a dishwasher. Only to be told he didn’t know how to look it up. Upon walking into AF we were immediately greeted at the door. Never once did the associate leave our side. She answered every question we had and took the time to find the answer’s she did not know. In today’s world it is difficult to find quality service, not to mention items available for same day pickup. Serena was our sales associate and went above and beyond to help us out. We are not only happy with our purchase of a monogram dishwasher and fridge, we were blessed to have someone that was professional. I wished I would have gotten the managers name as well, a shout out to her too. She was also very pleasant. If you want an appliance affordable and without waiting months to even get in stock, go to this store and ask for Serena, she’s the best!!! I hope her cooperate office views this review and appreciate’s her as an associate. Also the guys that loaded were great!!

Great experience with Debbie and her team. Super helpful on the floor. Some of the refrigerators seemed overprotective cede but prices are going to be higher because their inventory is available now and trying to buy new jeans dealing with back orders. The team was creative about how to deal with cosmetic damage and got me a delivery appointment two days later rather than the 6 weeks I’d have to wait for something out-of-the-box new at Home Depot.

For months I have been looking for a Cafe dishwasher in the matte white finish. I was so happy to finally find one at the West Covina store. Serena attended to the purchase, she was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product. She made the shopping experience pleasant and hassle free!

Placed an order in-store for a refrigerator on 6/6/21 and scheduled a delivery for 6/12/21. Only to find out on the day of delivery, after calling into the store, to find out the associate Omar who helped us forgot to schedule our delivery. Called corporate they were no help. Called the store asking for the manager and asked for compensation on the delivery fee due to their mistake. And all she could say was Im going to talk to my associate and Ill call you back in a day or two. Will update this review if anything changes.Called the regional manager, left a message about the incident. Got a call back from the store manager saying they will refund us the full delivery fee. And the soonest delivery date is Wednesday the 16th. Thank You American Freight.

I went to this location with my parents looking for a fridge. In comparison to the other two locations we checked out, this was by far the best. They have a large selection and they’re very welcoming! Yezdan helped us out and he was just the best! He answered all of our questions, made suggestions, and helped us figure out what fridge was best for our lifestyle. Daniel was another employee who helped and went above and beyond. When we asked for assistance he literally dropped what he was doing to help us. There were 2 salespersons (ladies) who were very attentive as soon as we walked in. Asked what we were looking for. Then one showed us where the gas dryers were. Chose one, then the purchase was easy. Since we were to take the our purchase home were directed to the back of the buildings. A young man loaded the dryer to our truck . He was also very courteous. The personnel were great from start to finish. A great team at this store. As for the dryer it’s being installed as I write this review. Hopefully it’s as great as your employees.

This is my 2nd time shopping at this store for appliances and Debbie has been outstanding in customer service she always is very informative of the products in very Helpful in making share we understand and are satisfied with our purchase. The dishwasher I purchased was open box and in great condition as advertised. Paul was the sales associate that assisted me and he was great. I called ahead to make sure it was still in stock. Paul had pulled the tag and already had it waiting for me at thr register before my arrival.

Great appliances at discount prices

I ordered a Refrigerator 22 days ago and was told I would be contacted within 10 days to set my delivery date.....after 10 days I called them and was told it would be leaving the store the next day and I would be contacted......today, still I have not been contacted by anyone.. not even to offer some sort of reasoning or an apology......I will update the review once I receive my order and if they make it right. Now it is two weeks later and the refrigerator still has not arrived. They told me it was on its way 10 days ago but it has not arrived and the tracking # they gave me just gives an error......buyer beware.9/28/20 - update. It has now been two months and I still do not have the fridge I ordered. They finally sent me a fridge a few days ago but was a completely different one from what I ordered. I have called and spoken to managers and they said they would look into it and get back to me but no one has. I had to call the shipping company and they told me they told me they found the fridge I ordered and it was delivered to another state. Hopefully some day it will show up. No compensation has been offered to me.

I went to the Floor&Decor next door. They have a vast assortment of high end tile. If you are into home improvement starting at the floor,this is your go to place.
