Very nice Home Depot. Very clean and the store layout was similar to others but for some reason seemed more functional. Best of all they had some spring loaded bessey clamps that iv been wanting for some time now that no other store iv been to actually carries.

This Home Depot is located @ Heights in West Covina. It is probably among one of the largest Home Depot stores Ive been into & a really good thing about it? Is that even during its busiest rush, I have gotten in & out pretty quickly! Mainly, due to their employees (at least the ones Ive had any interaction with) were quick to answer my questions &/or respond to my requests ie; locating items I couldnt find, etc.., thereby expediting my visit, to my satisfaction!:^)

Have come to this home depot for years and always the employees have been I will get someone for you or yeah aisle 12 but is really aisle 20, so why even bother the employees I would just find it myself or for making a key also thats not my department I will get someone and it would take that someone an eternity to show up. Today September 3rd 2021 it was a whole new experience and is why the 5 stars for this two employees RENE in painting that actually knew the correct aisle the product was... and NICK K. that actually knew how to make a key for us without calling someone else... RENE and NICK K. thanks for the professional and amazing customer service.

I have always had a good experience here. They have more and a better diversity of products in stock. I generally find the staff nice and helpful - better than the City of Industry store. I have been coming here for some time now, even though it is further than the other store.

Waited in the tool section for 20 min after I asked someone for help.. Employee said they would get someone for me.. No body showed up.. Ill take my money somewhere else..

Way behind Target, Best Buy and some other companies with curbside pick up built into their apps with location. You have to call and wait a while for them to take order number and come to car. Note the small number on top of sign because they ask for that instead of vehicle description. For the life of me, I couldn’t find it and when I asked where it was they said it was on the ground. I looked under my truck to no avail. Anyway, the really friendly kid who brought my item out finally pointed it out to me. Next time. If there is a next time. My bbq looks great and all pre-assembled so have to be happy about that.Product price, assembly, and delivery to car - 5 starsTime spent and experience calling in - 0 stars

Expensive as no other, all the prices are mixed at the end you are counting numbers for 100 dollars and upS... wrong prices $300 BEFORE TAXES as always,nobody helps you with wood or heavy stuff no matter if are you a handicap or an old lady.The cashiers the scan and charge, they dont have time to explain the reason for the high total, if they are nice they can give you a huge discount if they are going wrong with their work day they dont want you to get more time than they think is enough for you. 👎

This store is conveniently located right off the Azusa Avenue in West Covina. The parking is easy and plenty. They have some helpful staff and offer to help before you even ask, so I feel more comfortable to shop here. They also have an extended catalog of special orders and you can pick up in the store or it can be delivered to your home. I did my unique shopping of a bath tub here, and I still enjoy it.

My friends moved near this store so Ive been going here a lot now. This Store is great I can usually find what I need and someone to help when I either cant find what I need or need some advice.Recently build patio string light holders and it came out so nice.

My mom and I came in for light bulbs and a washer and dryer set. Yadi, Claudia and Chris were able to help us get in and out quickly. Thanks everyone!

Love home Depot just dont get any work done by them its a good place to buy stuff but not to get tradesman that come from them into your home they dont know what theyre doing

Overall positive experiences at this Home Depot location. Friendly and helpful staff make this a great place to pickup home repair and improvement supplies. They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus!!😁👍

This was a fairly clean, well stocked and well maintained Home Depot. Service was slow but polite. (This alone is worth a special commendation) I purchased a gazebo, and noticed damage while it is was being loaded in my vehicle. The workers tried to play it off as superficial, but without any other argument, they switched out to an undamaged one and helped load it in to my vehicle with the forklift.

It’s convenient, but the store inventory need time to keep up. This place has some helpful knowledgeable employees to help your projects. Also someone who works like they don’t really care.

Very cool and big store, has everything you would look for as in fixing, building or any project really. Very friendly customer service from staff around and up front as well.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot location. The store seems to have everything in stock. If I didnt know any better, I thought I was at Lowes. The place is well maintained, organized, and very clean from outside parking lot to every aisle inside the store. My only gripe is that West Covina pays high sale tax at 10.5%. When you are doing a big project, it adds up.

Kind of hard to get customer assistance or find things as well, but other than that its a good place.

Its home depot, what can I really say? The place speaks for itself.

Would have been nice if there were more customer service employees around who were able to tend to questions, but it was busy and that might be asking for a little too much under the current circumstances. The last female employee that tried to help really knew her product placement. Put the fans back down on the sales floor, its still too hot for heaters.

Home Depot is an extremely large hardware store with very little selection. They frequently run out of all the things that you need. Its like going to buy a pair of shoes and then having to hunt down the laces and they never have the laces. At Home Depot you could never find anybody to help you either. I believe they just have to employees for the whole store LOL!

Checkout lines are confusing as there are no lines. You make them up as people confuse each other as to whos next.

There return policy is if youre unhappy with whatever you bought they take it back with a receipt ! Great! Love it!

I was exchanging an item and my experience was simply great. I spoke to customer service and then I did self check out. The staff that I spoke to were nice.

The experience was decent and the price was whatever.

Website says products in stock in store. I went to the correct aisle and bay, but the products are out of stock, as confirmed by the associates there.This happened to me many times and for many products.Waste of my time.

I purchased a large number of items from this location. A few major appliances. I purchased additional warranty and when it came time to use the warranty for repairs Asurion denied the claim. They damaged the item even more and now are refusing to repair anything. Never had this issue at Best Buy. Will buy all my items there and Lowes from now on. Should have never believed sales associates that Asurion would cover everything. Asurion is the worst company for repairs. They subcontract to low budget repair companies. Unlike Best Buy that has its own repair techs.

Empty. Went to get some seeds for my son to plant for science. COVID-19 has everyone still hybernating. This isnt a valid review, times are different. Lets talk post pandemic.

The Covina Home Depot Tool department is poor and the store manager Fernando is less then professional towards female pro customers. He doesnt put customer satisfaction 1st. He had the audacity to look up my pro account and examine every transaction to ensure I was a pro customer. He held me up 30 minutes examining my account, why? Also it is a poorly stocked store.I went to the West Covina HD on Amar & Azusa great customer care and service and well stocked. zero star for Covina HD 5 for West Covina HD

I am a regular costume in this store, and it was nice to see the good atmosphere that looked, regardless of the crisis we are going through. Especially Nena,. She made us forget about it, with her different costumes every day. last Monday and today. I went to the store and I didnt look at her anymore. I hope Home Depot continues to allow costumes, personally I liked it. Thanks Nena for your effort to make people smile.

Tried renting sander. The sander was missing parts.

Staff was friendly and was able to point me in the right direction to go in and out quickly.

Left my bag at register. Called and was told that they put it away and Id have to rebuy everything. Couldnt just reprint my receipt and put it aside. Could have even called me. My HD card was tied to the purchase. No effort at all. I guess its oh well to the little man.

We were shopping for a washer and drying. We found a brand and model we liked which was less expensive than Sears. We got the extended warranty for both which was one third the cost of the warranty at Sears; couldnt believe how much we saved! Delivery is free and should be here within the week. Great service too. I would recommend this Home Depot for appliances.

Great day in and out of Home Depot and picked up every thing needed

Been here multiple times & have been helped by Cleo twice in the paint department, both times have been pleasant, hes very friendly & matches the paint up on point. If it doesnt match up he does whatever it takes to get it to match up. Definitely look forward to coming back for my paint needs when needed.

Bought most of my materials to completely redo bathroom. Floor tiles,walls,vanity and medicine cabinet,lighting fixtures and tub!

They only partially follow the recommendations in regards to covid-19.They dont let you in without a mask even if you have a medical issue, which is a violation of the ADA.As a disabled veteran, I currently dont recommend this store for people with medical issues that are exasperated by a mask.
