I love that they have a wide variety of teas. Also, the produce dept has so many vegetables and fruit at reasonable price, and roots such as fresh ginger and tumeric. Their seafood dept has just about every fish you can think of on ice, some Ive never even heard of. Live lobsters too in tanks. Their meat dept has much lower prices than the commercial name brand grocery stores. The frozen food section has lots to choose from in Asian foods. And an isle full of sauces and marinades. They also sell small kitchen appliances such as rice cookers. And they sell the largest sacks of rice Ive ever seen! I really like shopping here. The cashiers are very friendly. Even if there are long lines, they move quickly. The store is always clean. You dont have to go to look for someone to help you. Store associates are always restocking or straightening up the store to have it looking nice. And they are nice to help you out if you cant find an item. you need. They give you a store card to use whenever youre at checkout. Points add up every time you shop towards money credited towards future purchases. There is a big lottery machine there that you can use. There is also one cash register that has a lottery machine beside the register where you can buy draw tickets as youre checking out or turn in your winning tickets there. I like shopping here. I always see something that I want to try next in a recipe.
Dont offer curbside pick up if no one will answer the phone.
I have been in other Asians / Islander markets and this one has to rank at the bottom. It had a cute Ambiance thats all I can say good about it. The prices were quite High compared to other places and not a real good selection. And definitely not any Island products. I realize that fish markets are pretty smelly but the area where the fresh fish on Ice was was almost nauseating. I wont return to this store which is sad because I had planned on going there for a couple months and finally made it.
Complete variety of Filipino products and I was surprised by the amount of food breakfast combo at their food to go. Will definitely come back!!!
I never saw so much Filipino food under one place! I would like to try it though. I wish I had a Filipino friend that would share his recommendations to me. Im willing to try it. It smelled so good!
Cooked food is okay. The BBQs (kebabs) are generally the reason to come in here fo. Once in a while youre gonna get some that are not cooked properly. Their breakfast deals are also great.
I gave it a 3 star because although they have some good cooked food and I like there salmon steaks and Ive noticed they have a wide variety of fresh seafood. Im just not always satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of there fresh seafood. Yes I do like my salmon but there have been times I was a little grossed out by the blood still left on my fish or the handling of the product to me from the people behind the counter. Especially the times Ive watched them clean up late at night and never wash or sanitize there hands or change there gloves when they come in contact with the product, although I know they dont directly touch it. Its the fact that they just dont practice extra sanitary precautions. And last night I bought a bag of frozen mixed mexican blend vegetables and the entire bag was frost bitten to a degree that I could not even use it at all.
Good grocery store, always got what you need
Incredible seafood market. Unlike anything I have ever seen before. I can not say enough good things about this place.
Dozen of HOT! Pan De Sal 4.50 great price. Also great selection of fresh fish.
Amazing variety of canned goods. Love how close to residential areas this is, its my go-to grocery store for Asian and pacific islander goods
Always go on a Tues theres seniors discounts!
The fish and seafood are so good! The people, the cashiers are very polite and courteous, the security., and they have the rules to protect everyone.
Where you can shop Filipino food and all the workers are all helpful and friendly! Thumbs up
I got the corned beef and eggs breakfast from them earlier, this grocery store has a really good hot buffet/grill area - 4 stars
Another great place 8f your in search of Filipino ingredients. They do have a Service Deli with hot food.
Not crowded. But they never talk English only there language and is rude. They take to long at cashier and not friendly with other customers, dont speak their language
More fresh fish, produce, lots of grocery options, a food court with lots hot items, and a bakery with freshly baked hot pan-de-sal all day to die for. Most of the older cashiers were too snoty, hope they were not influenced by the (Barrio Fiesta cashier)...
OMGG the Food here wass DELICIOUS!!!100% RECOMMEND!! 👍👍👍💯
Lots of people but atkeast they open all checkstands so lines go quick! I prefer this store over nearby competitors in cleanliness, food quality and freshness and staff customer service.
Great selection of Filipino food and products, nice seafood products in the back 👍
Love the chicken empanadas (Josephines) by the food court. You should get the pan de sal (plain, with chicken or pork adobo) at the bakery (Tasty)... Food court has some delish Filipino food choices like their lechon, pancit(rice noodles with veggies/meat, pork or chicken bbq, spanish menudo(not Mexican style), kare-kare(with peanut sauce), chicken afritada. You can order your combo like half rice and half pancit noodles and with either one or two entree. Happy eating 😍😍😍
Great market with a great selection of asian products, restaurant and bakery inside the market
Very accomodating cashiers, good for business mr.IPS
Clean. Great seafood andmeat selection. The cashiers and fish section staff could be friendlier and act they like theyre work.
I only stopped on their deli and was much impressed and all dishes was a food fest of flavors mainly Filipino dishes. Oh my its probably worth the price but Im sure one can save on these delicious and awesome smelling dishes.
Fresh fish a day good service
You can find all your Filipino ingredients at a good price
Not a good selection too expensive and it smells of fish throughout the whole store

The 2 Spanish guys in the fish department are awesome. They did an awesome job.
Nice store!!! Fresh seafood and Filipino food products for all your cooking needs.. Paula is very friendly!!!!
Friendly staff, filthy bathrooms for customers sad.
West covina branch replace to fix tiles that are missing, also need cleaning.
Primarily caters to the Filipino community. But what is impressive is that they have a wide selection of seafood, mainly fish that you dont normally find in other supermarkets. The bigger sized fish will be cleaned for you.
Good for asian food.Many selections.
This island Pacific is an amazing store. Much better than the one we have in Oxnard.
The Island Pacific supermarket is very good to shop at for Filipino and Asian food. It is clean and nicely stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will be definitely be going back there for more shopping.
First time there. Restaurant had great food especially if your going to drink
Good coffee. New to island coffee. Sanmig is the bomb
Affordable prices. Dirty bathroom!
I adore this venue very much. there is a very special atmosphere. The food is marvelous. the service is effective and the personel is trained. The cost is reasonable. truly recommend.
Love their house brand Sweet Garlic Longanisa (Pampanga style).
They got my faves, fresh seafood, clean and well-organized!
Less crowded than Seafood City and has Tasty Bakery w best pandesal imo. Plus they sell Josephines chicken empanadas. Delish!
Love this place. They have several things, it could improve on the quality of the meat products.
It a Philippino market with a restaurant and so much more. I LOVE IT!!!!
Crowded aisles. Staff needs more genuine thank yous .
Its almost the same as seafood city. Filipino products. Just more brands. If you miss it, you can buy it here
We went and had dinner at Barrio Fiesta the food were great very tasty! Our wait staff was so nice and always has a smile!
Love the pork and chicken barbecue 😋
Awesome Filipino supermarket. Some items are cheaper than seafood city. You take ur pick...
All filipino goodness.
Came here for asian rice crackers and meat for the tamales, was in and out
Great selection of Filipino food and groceries. Especially the seafood!
I love this place! Good for Filipinos! Their aisles are always clean!
Asian go to market. Prices are decent, lots of parking. Convenient location. Clean isles. Asian fruits are always available at this place.
Sea food is always fresh and good, pork ribs are very delicious there, they always cut them at my preference. Thanks guys.
Great for fresh fish. They have a,wide variety to choose from. I really like their dinosize beef ribs.
Didnt go there. Went to 99 cents only store
Terrible service, long lines no cashier, fishmonger is by himself helping a line of ten people, slow service.
New to the area.. great store for my peeps 😉
Surprisingly clean and more organized than seafood market.
Should have more open cashier
I always come here for my groceries for FILIPINO food pastries juices, their Meat & Fish dept are fresh . On the meat u can ask the attendant to slice it for u. And the fish they clean it for u & request them to FRY IT & SPICED UP TOO. And while waiting they have fast u can sit down & eat, Oh I love their bbq pork or chicken Kabob try it. And their bakery love their pastries, my favorite is the What we call HOT PANDESAL HOPIA(YELLOW OR RED BUN). Their place is reasonable prices, friendly & very clean.
Great Filipino food my first time there. Awesome experience.
Great place to get togo Filipino food
I like it...but for the checkout inefficiency...not good
All Filipino Americans come here to buy goodies. Try the to go food beef steak and 911 the best
I love this place simply because it has things I cant find at other Filipino supermarkets like Seafood City. Its very clean and organized and employees are friendly. And the empanadas at Josephines are amazing! Will gladly drive 60 miles roundtrip to get a dozen!
Awesome service
Place to go for fresh fish if you want to fry it!
Staff is nice and the place is clean
It was OK kabob was cold
Beside the whiff of fish when walking in which I dont mind, it is a very clean supermarket very organized and clean and the staff are super friendly my kids and I love coming here to find items we cant find anywhere else.
Good place to shop
Got some fish to eat for lunch. It was pretty good tasting fish. I had it fried to a medium well done. It was good.
Decent alternative if Seafood City across the street is too packed. Seems like they sell very similar items if not the same product mix.
Like this place good food . I bought chicharon there its really good . Also they have hard to find things there.
Good place but smell like fish all the time
Like seafood city island pacific carries all i need and like.
They have raw sea food or could ask the employees that work in the seafood area they could fry or chop . Good service and good sales .
My wife and kids love shopping here
Very nice store✌🥑
Friendly and courteous staff
Great fresh fish, good helpful employees
Good selection of Pacific Islander & Asian foods. Some of their prices are more expensive than Seafood City but some are actually better. Decent sale items. Less crowded during the holidays than seafood city. Good location right next to Shakeys pizza & Pinoy Pinay. A little bit run down looking.
Not focused on social distancing, people dont seem to care much.
Great deal and very convenient to do your groceries. Plus they also have good food and bakery inside. What more ask for.
Squid was fresh at $3.99 / lb
If you are looking for Filipino market, this is one of them. Also the one here in Puente has a atore within that sells Pan de Sal.
All in one place 👍
The frozen section is pretty gross here... freezer burn and just in general old products. this supermarket is as close to the philippines as youll ever see, including having guys hanging out in front selling balut. all in all, Id recommend going to seafood city across the street
