Since the pandemic, I do curbside pick up with them. The last online / curbside was not pleasant. I called to inform them about a mistaken and forgotten items. The guys said he would tell his manager and just do a refund. I called twice to follow up and said he told his manager already. Its been almost a month but no action has been done. It may be a minimal amount but this is just so disappointing.
This store does not adhere to COVID 19 standard. This store does not clean nor provides antiseptic wipes or sprays.
Im gonna give you guys 5 stars to support our kababayans and the businesses but...when the line gets long get more cashiers!!! Mabuhay
The best place I go for ethnic food products. Always fresh and good value for money.
A Clean market, some grilled food very good
I loved this Filipino grocery store. Theyre just very real people no fakeness in their blood. I love the different choices of their seafood, such as fish, shellfish and etc. Great place.
I absolutely love this place and their wide variety of seafood especially the fish options that are provided. The oysters are amazing.
Pros: good selection of filipino stuff. They have fresh decent Pacific Oysters which is a plus.Cons: the fish department at times lack the attention of the requests to prepare the fish which is frustrating because the line gets long and you spend a bit of time waiting for something you asked for and they forget easily. The cashiers have poor customer service probably due to the manager.
Good food, lots if ethnically specific and diverse products. A variety atypical of fruits and vegetables.
I like to come to buy here for the great selection of fish and seafood. Vegetables and fruits always fresh. Customer service is very good.
Its ramens galore here! They have numerous brands and flavors. It does have that seafood smell to it though. Be warned.
You cant go wrong st Seafood city. Great selection. Stuff you cant find anywhere else
Loads of fish and veggies, good fish servicing and friendly staff. Restroom needs updating, just sayin.
They should learn customer service, no manner at all. Staffs members are very disrespectful
Dino the butcher from the meat department was absolutely 💯 👌 super kind and awesome! 😁 It was my first time there and I loved how organized the market is, and how friendly the employees are. I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend them 100 percent 👌 👏 👍
One stop shop for Asian groceries, seafood, meat & vegetables.Theres a food court Grill City,Red Ribbon Bake Shop,Valerios Hot Pandisal,Atlas Freight & money transfer services,MLhuillier to send money to the Philippines and of course they have halo halo all year long. You can order on line for your groceries & curbside pick up.
I called them before I arrived and she said for me yes we are open and we are buying a fish than when I arrive at 8 pm after 25 minutes drive she said for me we are close since 5 pm then why she said come and they are close?
The Mackerel fish was really good.
This place specializes in Philippino foods its alittle pricy but lots of good stuff
Great place to shop for Filipino food.
Big and people are helpful
Long lines outside sometimes because of the pande. Lot of imported asian foods. Good selection of frozen and fresh fish
Great I went to chow King and got meat buns
Best place yo get ingredients if you are cooking a filipino dish
The fish market is worth a visit. The super market has an interesting feel.I like it.
Prices have gone up. Filipino grocery with most items youll need for your special recipes.
All good place for Filipino products, and food you need, close by other cheap stores too!
Great Filipino food selection with great prices and awesome customer service. Five stars all around
Their quality is outstanding. Great fried chicken in the deli section, and they make great restaurant style tortilla chips and salsa which is very good! Staff are amazing and will even help take your groceries to your car and load them up!! Where else can you get that kind of quality in service!? Only stater bros!
Asian / Filipino vibe; one can find hard to get merchandise unique to the culture.
Ugly and low IQ cashiers who developed big heads and think theyre so good looking. Ugly inside and out - bar none. Big time liars, not true to self, then they have this tiny supervisor who never smiles at all - maybe shes got a problem with the world and would believe right away to all complaints out thereOh, the food, theyre okay.
Customer service needs improvement. The lines were long, one cashier, poor management. I asked one of the workers to open another lane and he said their was only one cashier.
Its seafood city. The selections are great and what you would expect from a pinoy market.
I really didnt went inside the supermart but to Red Ribbon bake shop to buy b-day cake and other pastries but ive been shopping at Seafood City Supermart few years ago and prices are good.
👍
Im a Filipino and always go to this store whenever I have a chance. Its always good to buy something that I enjoy back home in my country. Though yeah, sometimes stuff are bit pricey.
One of the best Seafood branches in California. It has Chowing and Red ribbon
Excellent! They have delicious grilled fish too.
Great selections on filipino foods you. Ant find anywhere else.
Always busy. All Philippine product you can find it, though quite expensive
Always packed, sometimes you have to wait outside to go in.
Need fresh seafood? I mean seriously fresh caught and you dont have time to go to the downtown or portside fish markets or catch it yourself? Well, this place has you covered. For cooking stove top, grill, or ceviche and sashimi...theyve got the seafood you need. Oh and theres a whole fully stocked Filipino market on top of all that. Worth the stop. Go explore!
I always go to market here their clean nice customer service. If ur craving for fish as the seafood dept. U can select a fish of ur desire have clean and they can even fry & seasoned upon request and its free frying. And if u are interested in filipino dish, try the Grill City fast food their good & reasonable prices. When i come in here for my groceries for 20 yrs .
Miss home? Come shop here!
They sell expired items.
Its not typical grocer it has fresh produce and fish section to fry some item you dont do at home. At the same time they have small stall like red ribbon; Valeria; grill city; jollies; cable box some Filipino channel and some salon plus door to door package.
Great place for seafood and deep fried smelt is a great drinking snack.
Donalds. Love going to any seafood city. The place is clean and they have meats, fish, veggies and fruits. They clean and fry you fish. Thats a big thing not to clean and fry fish. Nobody has the time to do those anymore. I like it here bec the fish tastes better than other asian places.
Dont get into the fish and meat section. For some reason the stinky smell is absorb into your clothes. If they can improve that section ot will be better.
Great bargain for quality ingredients. Grandma approved. 👵
It was a good place to find new kinds of food. I really like going here
People dont keep distance, is careless I never will come back. I dont have fotos I dont care for the store im not near people are very rude.
Excellent food, very nice employees, always awesome atmosphere. They charge affordable pricing and the food quality is good. 5 stars.
Clean. Employees not too informed of products sold.
Great choices, brings back good memories of home.
I buy fried fish only I try to buy any of other products but their Prices kind of higher than other stores
Good market
I really love this place. They clean and fry your fish for free. This is the only really reason I go to this store.
Pinoys only go for the fish & other own foods....the rest are high prices....ex: bean sprout is $229 while only $1 in Superstore / Garlic is $2.99 while in ElSuper it is 2 for $1.50...Just observing..🙋♂️
This Asian/Pacific Islander grocery store has lots of very unique items that you cant get at regular grocery stores. This makes shopping here fun. Love the table full of desserts they offer Friday through Sunday! Well stocked and clean looking store. Huge seafood selection. Prices are mostly a bit higher than regular grocery stores, but they have good sales.Excellent location with loads of great places to eat at/shop at in the same shoppijg center. Island Pacific, Shakeys Pizza, Rite Aid and 99 cents store are across the street. Target is nearby too.
They have a very good seafood . Raw and cooked seafood its good. I recommend this place
Long line only 2 cashier open
One of my preferred places to grab some food. great location, neat, and awesome service. Highly recommended!
Lots of stuff!! Quite similar to the other seafood cities Ive been in. Good food 👍. The jollibee is not inside this time but it is close by
Very limited merchandise with mostly Pamana brand which is the store’s generic brand. Unfortunately, it’s not the best tasting ones.
The tilapia is delicious and very big great with some oysters rice and cold beer🤣😭🍻
Love their variety of seafood selection
Very disappointed, was at the quick area where the medicine are. The short lady looks like Chinese so sarcastic.I ask her the price of aciete Dr manzanilla, she just look at me sarcastically and pointed telling me to get in line. Customer service terrible. This was around 12:00 today. She could just tell me the price of the item.
If youre looking for Filipino ingredients, this is one place you need to shop.
Fairly clean place with plenty of Filipino groceries and cooked food. They fry fish which is nice on a bind as fish here is fairly priced I think. There are restaurants also attached if you didnt want the fried fish for that quick dinner/baked goods needs. They also have quite the groceries, all your typical Filipino needs to make most dishes. Fresh veggies, a nice selection of meats, and canned foods such as corned beef. Reason for the 4 stars is that staff might not be as friendly as a typical grocery store, kinda of seem like a menace for you to ask something or to pay at the register, but it could have just been a bad day the times I went so I wouldnt dock it too much. Still a great place to get those Filipino needs.
Clean..good customer service..
Hi, this my favorite Filipino Grocery Store coz they have everything I need. Price of their products are fair, aisle R clean but not wide enough. Products that I need is easy to Finsbury if I do not know where things R I ask the employees and they R quick to help. I went here on Weekdays and I found a good parking spot. I wish they would have a on line grocery shopping method for Filipinos who lived in a rural area or have disabilities and can not reach or unable to go to the stores. I mostly bought items that We used all the time like noodles, spices, coconut candy, ready made soup, sardines and rice in bags.
Workers at the register are rude
Store is clean. This is the best place to find your Filipino food ingredients and cravings. They also have a grill if you need some Fil BBQ and their food is great and good portions.
My Wife gets all of her cooking needs here and is very pleased.
Enjoy shopping your store always
There were only 3 cashiers today. ☹️
My go to place for Filipino grocery items/food
Good for seafoods, but other items are mostly cost more than other stores. Very little room for movement around the store. Had to push hard the cart through the checkout line...
If you miss Filipino food, or just seeking a unique and delicious experience. The restaurants around this market is the place to get it. This market has all the ingredients if you want to make it by yourself.
Went there to just buy a astringent and I ended buying canned sardines and dried herring in oil for rice ..the lady cashier was so thoughtful and cares about her customers ...I like her ..she gave me a good customer service ...next time I pass by Ill tell the Manager about her
The fried fish was great.
Seafood and meat section need cleaning. Raw pork rib has slight bad smell..too far to go back for return. Health department must inspect meat showcase temperatures.
Place is clean, employees are fast but you dont feel rushed. Theyre clean looking, neat, very, very helpful, respectful, friendly.
This for Grill City inside of Seafood City:Four HUGE sticks of Pork BBQ for $9 plus an order of rice for $1. The portions were so big that had to share it with my girl just to finish. The meat was tender and moist and covered with a sweet marinate and just the right amount of char. It had the perfect balance of meat and fat.It would be very nice if they can sell a BBQ Mix with different sticks of the different meats and garlic rice. Too bad thats not the case.Credit cards are accepted. The ambience isnt the nice since its located inside a supermarket. But, it is what it is and I enjoy how it satisfies my cravings for bbq without having to fire up a grill.
Good oysters 😋
Great place to be! Love the food variations.
Took forever on a prepaid order... Service was terrible
Good buy local food
My wife is Filipino Seafood City has a large selection of good Filipino and Asian foods and spices to choose from
Always feeling the nostalgia of being in the Philippines when I’m shopping here :)
