15 minutes waiting in line to check out because callers have priority. They need to get their priorities straight. Plus moving ever so slowly doesnt help either. Needless to say, I left without buying anything, I just didnt want to wait any longer that could last another 15 minutes.

They are never open at 7:30am. They tend to get here late every time around 8:15. Yet they tell you to come the next day at 7:30am to get your parts and they makes people wait for about 45 minutes. My favorite place for my auto needs is this Auto Zone in West Covina on Amar. People super cool, and helpful (as long as you know about cars, not all are mechanically knowledgeable), but is not a requirement in any auto parts store.

Broke a 45^ degree needle noise tool that I bought from a auto zone back in 2014 and they honored their warranty and exchange it with their new updated ^ 45!degree needle noise.I only rated at 4 stars for the new update ^ 45 degree needle noise they have now looks cheaper than the first original one I bought before but it’s not the stores employees fault on their products they selling. The employees here are great and well knowledgeable with answering any car problem questions.

Its been awhile since Ive had to purchase oil. I miss going to AutoZone. Staff was great and greeted as I walked Im the door. Thats something thats so simple yet missing from many establishments.

Came In to return battery that I purchased 3 days ago I didn’t even use it ! Thomas refuse to believe me, he was rude and very unprofessional, I normally go to the autozone on gale they’re more helpful there. I wouldn’t recommend this autozone to anyone.

Went for oil recycling program is was easy peasy!

I bought some bearings for my car, which they had to order. That was easy, great service, everything I could ask for. But the. The bearings get here, and I had found some other ones, so I didn’t need them anymore. I go to pick them up, already paid for, and try to get my money back for them. In mind, they have never left the store. The cashier must have been having a bad day, kinda ornery. They refused to refund me my purchase, since the item was not under warranty. It never even left the store!!! I was and am a little upset about it.

I live in west covina so the 4006 store had been my store for years.The staff there are nice but the manager shes rude & unprofessional, Ive been a customer there for the last 10years until today that Ive something to return & end up arguing with the manager, she treats people with no respect & does whatever she can like creating her own rules just to make imposible for you to return your items. I done with autozone. OReilly & Pepboys had better customer service, managers there are professional & treat you with respect.

Horrible customer service I needed a battery exchange and this guy named Raul Z. Was so rude cut me off and said well if you really got a problem with me you can argue with the manager when i asked him certian questions about the battery he didnt know and got upset and became disrespectful i swear i autzone hires people with no knowledge of automobiles and horrible service. I will be contacting corporate.

Not sure what his name was. Looked kinda like, Edward James Almos. Was pretty rude. Came in for a battery, for my mother. My fiance had already taken out the battery. When we mentioned we wanted a battery. Asking, if we could bring it in. He said, well, if i can get it out. Its already removed. Oh, okay was very rush-y. Only reason I came here, was it was cheaper then pepboys. Next time Ill just go to pepboys. Good job Edward James Jerk face.

Very, very too bad The manager is taking nothing I wait around 15 min. And he never attended to me was another with a gray shirt and just as there was no one there until I vacated, a person said his name was Rubén but he had no badge, he blessed me the brakes that he wanted I spoke first and I megarantised the product I wanted on the internet that was in stock, he sold me another for $ 50.00 at least he attended me on another occasion the same manager took away my $ 25 dollars of accumulated points for purchases and according to him he gave me $ 5.00 of discount unfortunately people do not want to work and those who work like these people think they are doing you a good favor if the company does something about it, the only thing I have left will be from my house for accessibility I keep buying what I need in that store
