Well this place is OK, would I go back or recommend?NO!. Jay and Luis had great customer service helpful and actually explained parts to me and had a great attitude. Why I wouldn’t go back?. The took all day just to install a certain part they called me right before they closed literally. As much as I wanted to deal with Luis or jay they we were always busy (not there fault) so I dealt with Tim. His customer service is not the best and I would recommend some people skills training or just have a better attitude. The overall atmosphere of the place is blah.... I didn’t spend millions there but hey I spent some money.

Extremely friendly, hands on help and assistance. Definitely the type of people you hope for at a place like this.

I went in this morning I wanted to buy a lift kit for my truck, a 2006 Chevy Colorado. I dont know anything about lift kits, but I asked the difference between a lift kit and a kit that makes the truck even. The person helping me looked into his computer and told me they dont make kit for my kind of truck. All the computer showed was some prackets that go on the front and back. He said thats all they make but didnt want to take the time to even explain what those brackets were. I go home went on line and found four different lift kits or my truck and also those bracket he showed me. I dont know why he had the attitude like I was wasting his time. Maybe he doesnt care for Hispanics because he sure took the time to help the customer before me and he was white.

I wish the customer service was more helpful, I had called before going in to purchase parts for my dodge the person told me to go in so they can look at my truck and tell me the correct parts that I would need. So I made time to go and was ready to spend some money. The guy who helped me didnt even bother asking if I had my truck only asked what I needed and did no we dont have it. One star was disappointed and more than likely go elsewhere for parts and service

Never returns calls. Always pulls calls and places them on 30 minute holds. Trash customer service as far as I can tell

Ordered a bakflip cover for my son’s new truck. Associate in the store said it would take 4 weeks and that if it came in early, they would call me. My son called on 4/19, two weeks early, and spoke with an associate who said it had arrived days prior on the 16th. No phone call. My son then made an appointment for installation. Waited 2.5 hours for the installation. I told him to check the work bay to ensure it was being worked on. Of course, it was already done an hour earlier. My son waited an extra 60 minutes and had to ask if it was done.The bottom line is that these associates can give two s$&&? about you or your time. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

Well walked in and was looking into adding running boards to my Ranger 2020, and the salesman said that they dont have anything for that truck.I wonder if they didnt like my truck Ranger, all that was parked outside was jeeps and Chevy light trucks.Anyways took my business somewhere else and I dropped $1600 for my boards.

A bit high priced for there tires! And very expensive to get your truck worked on, but they do provide great work and customer service!

Bad customer service I went had to pay 75 bucks to inspect it was fine with that they call me throwing a crazy number your fix it’s gona be 2000 thousand let me se what I can do they went down to 1500 go’s some axle repair kit itch cost 150 each then I odder parts and they charge me work done parts Ike 200 plus 140 work done witch they did not do any work and I had paid 75 already for the inspection just bad

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. The manager Ryan is useless. I ordered a part online to pick up at the West Covina location. I emailed Ryan (manager) the next day to get an expected arrival date. he said he hadnt received the order yet, but to give him the part number so he could pull it, so I did. about 3-4 days later, I got a call from the store. He said my part would be ready in about 5 days and hung up on me.. A week later, I called back and asked the status and they said the order didnt exist, and denied ever calling me. I checked my order status on the site and it said payment declined...??? I had the money sitting in my checking account for almost 2 weeks at that point. I called the store, and he said to call corporate, and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I called corporate, and they said to call the store. This company is embarrassing. I put the money that was STILL IN MY ACCOUNT and bought it from a huge well known online retailer and received the part about 2 days later.4Wheel Parts should not be in business. They dont know their own inventory and just dont care.

Online ordering for store pickup with in stock items take an extra day. If you need it today, dont order online for pickup.They were very helpful. Taught me that the pictures on the website do not represent the products. Many are generic images. The other thing they taught me was that ET extended thread on this side of the industry refers to the seat of the lug nut and not that its designed for extended lugs bolts. I recommend these guys for their knowledge and service.

I walked into this place looking for wheel adapters to change my bolt pattern I found so many things. Now I have a full new second edition list of things that I would like to do to my truck with just adding things changing shocks bumpers fenders rims tires and lights the store has it all all your 4x4 off-road needs should start here.

I can only speak for my experience, it was very pleasant, the salesman Jay was very helpful and he showed me which parts to get, and he even came outside and looked at my truck I, placed an order and Im currently waiting for my parts to come in. The store is clean and they carry alot of Offroad parts for various models.

Good service, staff was friendly and efficient. Had my bed cover place within the same day.

Very disappointed, liar!!! BEWEAR & KEEP AWAY!!!Placed order online for 3 BFG KO2 tires on July 5th, wait for 2 weeks got no answer. Went to store myself today, guy there told me he can not find my order in the system, then I gave the order confirmation number to him, he told me the that order didn’t go through and must be my credit card problem. Then I try to place order again face to face, that guy told me those BFG KO2 tire is on the NATIONAL BACKORDER and I have to wait 3 months!!! And he also told me NO ONE HAS THESE TIRES!!!Left this pathetic 4WP store, went to American Tire and placed order with them, scheduled installation on next week.

If you need a part and theyre the only place to get it then sure... But dont expect them to know anything about older makes and models. Chances are your Jeep or truck is older than their sales department. They apparently only know new makes and models for the past two years. Dont trust them unless you know what you want already.

Found the one guy behind the counter to be short with me, and near rude when asking about my rims. Prior visit with the other gentleman he was very helpful in discussing nerf bars.

Very awful experience. Went in for lights and never got my conformation courtesy call so they cancelled my appointment with out telling me. When I showed up at 10 opening they said they would fit me in but my truck wouldn’t be ready till 6pm and they’d call me when ready. I left my truck there the WHOLE day to receive a call 10 min before closing to come pick up my vehicle that had no work done to it because they ordered the wrong lights. They never called to tell me the wrong parts had been ordered and to come pick up my vehicle, but instead had it sitting there and even told me to hurry up because they closed in 10 min. Very unorganized and unprofessional place of business.

Customer service is terrible. I called to get price and availability on snow chains. Over the phone the national service agent confirmed stock (100+) at the Compton, CA locations price of $130. So I drove to the Compton location. Agent at the counter looked up and completely did a 180 from the other agent 45 minutes earlier. No stock and only cables for $300+. This place needs better agents to support the public.

I couldnt help but notice all the bad reviews about this place, I had some work done on my jeep wrangler about a week ago and Im very satisfied with the price and the work, the manager Ryan is an awesome guy always willing to take the extra time and answer any questions you may have, in addition their service manager JR is also always willing to take time and explain any questions or concerns that a customer may have. Give these guys a chance and they will deliver a good product and quality work.

One of the worst experience ever! Took my truck to get 4.10 gears and eaton differential. Told me would get my truck in 2 days didn’t get it back for 2 weeks, to make it worse the rear ended gave out with in 3k miles and had to get it replaced. another 4 days with out my truck. To make the situation worse the rear end gave out in another 4k miles and they didn’t want to replace saying warranty was voided. The rear end gave out twice with in a 6 month span and truck only would be being driven on weekends was not an everyday driver. After speaking to an District Manager came to an agreement he would replace I pay labor 500!!!!! And then whatever happens after that it’s not covered. Unfortunately I sold the truck due to the fact I was scared it would give out and I would have to pay all over again. Oh and forgot to mention truck was a 2016 only had 15k miles on it I bought the truck brand new with 0 miles, the original differential never gave an issue but it was open differential and wanted limited slip differential for both back tires to spin not just one. So by the time I traded in the truck for a different one it only have 26k miles

What a coincidence!!!!!!I patronized the West Covina store location to have 2 front tires that i already had, mounted and balanced on my 2016 Chevy Silverado. Went there on a Tuesday and was told I had to make an appointment and the earliest date would be Saturday. No problem, paid for the labor upfront took off work on Saturday. I get there Saturday 9am, sign paperwork and turn in my keys. Got a weird stare from the store manager whom I later spoke too by the name of Ryan but paid it no mind. Later that day around noon, I received a phone call from him saying that their balance machine had broke right before my truck was up for repairs. He offered to reschedule me for another appointment but was unsure on when the machine would be fixed. I LOL has he explained. He ended the conversation with you can pick up your truck its all ready to go. When i went to pick up my truck he was nowhere to be found and the guy who checked me in acted super suspicious and disappeared to the back and another guy emerged asking whats the issue. I just said Id like to pick up my truck and that I would not be returning. I took my truck to Audio City in La Puente 15 minutes away. I was honored to be there. Gilbert was the guy who helped me and the customer service was A1. I was taken care of and treated with respect within 1hour with no appointment needed. I will never go to 4wheelparts ever again.

I won’t bore you guys with my story, just know that the sales team are incompetent and lazy, and they have no desire to keep in touch with their customers after a deal is made. At least to make sure that the customer is still happy with product. Ryan, the manager, won’t return phone calls, I don’t care how busy you are. I only write this review because I had a bad experience, by the way, this is the first time I ever written a review and I will continue to write a bad review until someone from corporate gets ahold of me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, THEY WILL SELL YOU THE WRONG ITEM.

Ordered my parts and they never let me know the parts were in to pick up. They couldnt even find the parts that were there ready for me to pick up. But they did get me the correct parts.

Do not go to this store !!!!!! They have horrible customer service and they give you the run around !!!! . I was told to wait to buy my lift kit and wheels and tire at their Ontario show that was this June 8-9 -2019 in order to get the best price . And it was completely untrue !! They discounted somethings but it was the same as their internet prices . Finding out this and trying to let them know they didn’t budge so I canceled my order !. That was on June 10 . It is now June 24 and they still have not refunded my fu_en credit card of $2100 deposit !!!!!! That is complete bull!!!!!! Now I’m going to have to get legal with them!!!!

Call the store to purchase wheels and tires, someone answers the phone and tells me to please hold. Waited over 10 min listing to their music then the their phone disconnects the call. I called again, only to be put on hold again... Im thinking to ether go to another store of just forget this company.

Service is not bad, but I get charged a shipping fee to get material to their store? Why would I drive to their location, buy a part thats not a stock item, pay to ship it there then go back to pick it up? And to top it off get called 3 weeks later that part is in, go to pick it up & Part is NOT THERE! Oh what a waste of time & money. I wont be going to this store. Compton is MUCH better. I really did not want to share this, but it was literally one thing after another that it left such a negative experience for me.1. Called to request to pick up jeep shock adapters, advised it was not in stock and had to get sent in from another store. I get it, supply and demand, and having parts sitting as monies in storage. However to have me wait another business day because you wont have a decent par stock to hold your multiple branches accountable is disappointing.2. Upon entering the store to pick up said items, the staff blatantly ignored me and answered two phone calls before tending to me. I get it, phones get backed up, people are asking a litany of questions. However, cater to the guest who is standing in person with money in hand. Instead of catering to inquiries-o-not-actually-going-to buy-anything, tend to the person in front of you who is willing and able to spend.3. Finally, time for install. Proceed to get the Jeep wheels dismounted and lifted. Once the mechanic opened the completely sealed box. He advised me an important washer is missing from the item list. I called the store to inquire on this transgression. Instead of rectifying the situation, they told me to get to another store to see if I can get a replacement???? I then had to take an Uber 11 miles away to a bolt/but store to get a $0.37 washer. Am I in the wrong for being so upset with this? I mean I know they are very industrious people, but sheer human decency is aloof.Anyways, I hope you guys have a better experience than I.

Horrible experience!!!!! They are over price. My product was not deliver on time and they dont keep their word. The quote me 230 dollars for a mesh cover and after 4 days they wanted 280 dollars I ask why the difference and they replied if you dont like the price go somewhere else. Do not recommend this place😒😠

I called today to see if my suspension had came in, but the guy who picked up sounded like he had just woken up and barely even wanted to talk on the phone just to find out my item was back ordered for the next 3 months

I started by calling the west covina store for a price and availability on a lift, the gentlemen that answered the phone said he was with a customer and asked me to call back tomorrow. I asked him to take my number and call me back, he said he needed thirty minutes to finish with that customer, he never called back!!!! So i called compton store to ask for a manager, they gave me the run around and put me on hold and never picked up the phone. i called again and asked for a regional manager and the employ that answered started questioning me about why i wanted to talk to him, i hung up and called accessory house, in montclair, i was helped in a matter of minutes, i was happy to give them my sale of $1835.33( (very pleased with there help and service!!!!!) I will never shop at 4 wheel parts again, time before this i sold the wrong parts,

The workers were grate and also a set of five offroad wheels for my jeep from Bfgoodrich was worth the money when I got free installation.

Man these guys have poor customer service skills, they say they have parts ready for pick up so i drive down there and when i get there they say the parts were here for months and now all of a suddend theyre not. While im asking questions as to why they are not here another cashier gets involved and insults me. By this time i am pissed off and offended. Dont order parts from these guys theyll take your money and wont communicate to you when they get there in a timely fashion. I bet i can get better customer service from a rock.
