Nice spot, picked up some toy figures for my grandson, Master Chief and Captain America.

Pretty nice and compact but still has mostly everything a gamestop needs.

Was standing there waiting for someone to help me and I was just ignored . Not sure why ...wont shop there again .

Safe, clean, and quick. I was able to get what I needed promptly. They had signs visible to all that they only carried limited supplies, and they even gave which store location had what items.Employees were wiping things down constantly too.

This GameStop is the best. The store manager Chris and his workers are amazing here. They always have amazing attitudes and always knowledgeable. I have a GameStop closer to my house but Ill rather drive the distance to come to this one. Thanks for the work you guys do.

I stopped for games

Im 13 year old and I went to GameStop on 7/15/17 and I had four games to sell and so and so said that I need an Adult and gave the games rudely back into my hands. Kids 13+ should be able to sell games to GameStop without an adult.

This GameStop is the closest to my house so I stopped by to grab a game for my friend. Not a big gamer, but had something specific in mind that we could get some use out of. While the staff was clearly knowledgeable, it took a significant amount of time to try and get through what should have been a simple transaction. Also, their card reader was not properly functioning so that caused me to have leave, go to the bank, return with cash and finally I was able to purchase the game I wanted. All of this only to get home, my friend pops the game in and it doesnt even work. Tried multiple times and doesnt make it past initial start up and loading screens. Maybe, this was just a wrong time wrong place type of thing but as a casual gamer I am completely dissatisfied with my experience here. Will be going back in to get my money back, will not return for any reason after that.

The best customer service Ive seen in my life!!! I picked out 2 games for ps4 today. I did not know but one of them was only online and did not have all the missions. Most stores would not say anything and hope you wont return it. Not this store! They made sure I know what Im buying. They were honest. 10 minutes after my purchase I realized Im missing my phone! So I ran back to see if it was there and it was! They had found it, so I got it back:)) best gamestop Ive been to

The customer service is the best in the world, aside from having the latest and best games for a low price and a ton of cool collectables and merch, their is little wrong with the place except for the 1 problem of being a bit small.

My review is a couple of days late but nonetheless well deserved. I pre ordered a xbox one x project scorpio edition in the website a few months ago and 2 weeks prior to the release date I attempted to make sure my payment was okay and ready to be accepted.well for somereason gamestop online processing payment was not working for me i called about 12 times waiting about an hr each time to speak with someone about my issue but every single time they would say the exact same thing the say before over and over again. After about 2 weeks and on the day of the release i still have yet to have my payment accepted or anything else to help my situation so i call my local gamestop asking if i can pay In store so i wouldnt have to deal with the online processing and the manager there, Chris, let me know it wasnt possible. I explained to him my situation and he felt for me understoof my issue and my frustration so he told me if for any reason they get abother one in store or someone flakes hed give me a call. Can you guess what happened a few days later? Chris called me i believe 2 days after the launch of the xbox one x letting me know hed be getting one more project scorpio in the store and i was the first and only person he called. This really made me felt i was important and that i mattered and honestly he went above and beyong for me i couldnt believe my ears i was so escatic! Went in a few days later paid for it and came home one happy and appreciative customer! Again thank you so much chris for helping me out i can say thank you enough i love my console!

Helpful staff. I always stop in from time to time. No complaints!Update 8/4/2018:I went in for my sons bday. Wanted to purchases far cry 5 for ps4 and a headset for the ps4 as well. I previously purchased the same thing but for his Xbox one during Christmas and received great help. Not the case this last Saturday. Kevin walked past me and my gf and even asked us to move twice as he stocked used games but never once asked me if I wanted assistance. I grabbed the game myself and then asked him about the 9 sets of headphones they have for the ps4 up on the right side of the wall. I asked if there were any differences or if they were all the same. He looked at me and nodded his head up and down. Didnt even use words like a damn child. The I asked for the $50 set. Some customer comes in and he went to say whats up to the customer all happy and dropped the damn headset. he started ringing me up for the headset and didnt ask if we needed anything else. He didnt even noticed the game in my hand. Terrible service. Ill go somewhere else next time. Survey will also be completed from there website using my receipt as well.
