Deals on new phones are better for new customers only ! Old customers get only a small discount. Its time to switch to a better phone company!!! For those that would like to know. They asked for my email so they could make things right and help me out. I gave it to them and never heard back. Theyre try to act like they care but all they want is your money and once they have it good luck getting help from them. I will buy a new phone but not here.

Went in to get my husband a new phone and I had a great experience. The employee had great communication and was able to answer all of my questions i asked about the phone. Will definitely recommend to others!! 🙂

I was here on Monday and Yvonne the manager was very helpful. She took the time to help me with questions I had on my new phone and she even helped me create a gmail account. The other girl that was in there with her even gave my son a toy and a balloon he was really happy about that. Great customer service!

Horrible service. This is my first time here and I wont recommended. The staff is very unprofessional. The manager Yvonne and Ryan poor customer service skills. I brought a phone to have service as well to have it activated. So before I starting I had to pay the service, second I had to pay for activation not knowing if it will work or not. But to my knowledge the ohoen had service before and I cancelled it with a different number. But she keep telltelling me that I need to to keep the service for 3 months which is b.s. So of course the phone did not get activated. So I told her well refund me the money, she reply to me is not refundable. So I told her you did not specify what was not refundable so of course she did not give me my money. So she said to call the customer service number which I did for 3 times and no luck. So the last person in the customer service number was pretty helpful so he was the one that refund it me the activation money. So I went back to this place and told them check the phone to see why it did not work. But she was so lazy she did not try until I told her again. So because I out my old SIM card in yesterday night somehow when it got switched it finally work. I was going to fight until I was going to get my money back by not getting any service. I would not go there anymore or recomend the place to no one. Be aware of the schmes regarding activation or service. I said and told them I will report it to the BBB agency as well as the consumer affairs. You never demand money before services are rendered. Felt rip off.

The manager Emily is very helpful, she gave my husband a very good deal on a new phone. I prefer this metro pcs location to the one that is closer to my house.

The price is great and we love metro.

I love this Metro they have such great customer service although theyre not located in the best area I only came in on Monday due to other metro stores being lazy and all the employees at this one always take their time to help me out.

The girl that is always There she is so rude.i had went to go pay my phone bill she asked me for my name and number so I have it to her and she said that my phone bill is payed so I went back home and I realized I didnt get a text saying thank you for paying this amount of money and I looked at my paper she gave me and it had the wrong name and number I went in I tolled her what happen and she said well that was the number you gave in a additude and she was just rude I didnt give any additude for her to talk to me like that I will not go Thier again so people check to see if they did the right thing before you leave if you go to this metro
