The West Covina store provides great customer service every time I come in. I personally would like to thank Daniel, Brittany, and Maciel for your knowledge, professional service, and excellent customer service that you all provided. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, so I am truly grateful for all your help.
I was very pleased with the customer service at this location. I stepped in the ask questions about changing my plan since it was outdated and I was spending more money than I needed to. Both store manager and his assistant, Leo, helped me through my many questions and concerns. They guided me through it all- I am a person of many questions. They were very patient with me which means a lot to customers like me. Many places do not have good work ethics or customer service but I always return to this location. I would recommend this location for anyone especially those transitioning to new plans and are still learning about technology.☺️
Lia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, A.P. was also helpful. Both had my interest in saving the most money, as the top priority. They met all my expectations.

Terrible terrible experience at the store. Asked to speak with the store manager and was told Ill have to wait about 10 min to finish with the customer hes helping. I said OK and waited. After he finished with that customer, the associate that was helping me came and tell me Ill have to wait another 10-15 min cause the store manager is helping the other customer. There were 2-3 other associates just idling around. The so called the manager A.P did not even come and explain whats going on let alone come to apologize for waiting. I asked for the store manager business card to make a complain with the ATT corporate but attached is what I got as his business card from the associate. 😂ATT corporate store manager dont even have proper business card?
This is by far my favorite store. I had the pleasure of being helped out by Anthony with no problem or hassle at all. I went in to switch from my previous carrier and ALREADY I am having faster connection. If I can give this store more than 5 stars I definitely would. Anthony was so great I even gave him my number. This store is the best. They really know how to talk to others in a respectable manner.

This store is absolutely the best store I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been to the Baldwin Park store, the Montebello and the Eastland Center store and none of them compete with the staff’s knowledge, and friendliness. Everyone is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help! I’ve been going to this store for 5 years now. And I won’t bother going anywhere else. Management if you’re reading, keeping doing what you’re doing! And same with the staff! When it was closed because of the pandemic I suffered. But it’s back open! And I was thrilled! I was able to get my iPhone 12 and a few accessories.There are a lot of great employees but my top go to employee I always look out for is Lia. She is very friendly and always super kind. She knows a lot and if she doesn’t know, she is always willing to take the time to find out for you. You guys rock, keep up the good work!

I went in Saturday morning to switch from Verizon to AT&T. I was helped by the manager Claudia who told me about the service FirstNet for first responders. I had no idea about the service provided, she explained everything and she accomplished what I came there to do which was lower my bill. The process was smooth and quick. I ported my phone over to the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and got a free Apple Watch Series 6 through their promotion. They have a display for FirstNet in front of their door, which I was thankful to see being in Law Enforcement. Thank you, Claudia for all your help. This store deserves 5/5 for the great customer service I received.

Do not go to this Att Store.The customer rep Leo... dont know what is customer service means..Do not know how to treat customers....Even I been a loyal customer for 10+ years, he didnt care when I said Im going to go with a different carrier.Then their manager Elaine is not a responsible person promised to call me back on the situation, never received a call, when call back the store to check, nobody answered. Since they see my number.....Leo And Elaine play your small game, If you get this, we will get you what you want....Im glad I spoke to AT&T Loyalty and they helped me with situation...Just FYI Leo and Elaine youll be hearing from your ATT corporate....Good luck.....Hope both will stop this bad practice and follow what ATT normal Culture....

By far this is the worst most unprofessional team I have ever experienced with AT&T. Their names are Elaine, Mathew, and Brittany. I do t believe the customer is always right however I do expect a level of professionalism from a business. My family is in the military and we had purchased an iPad and phone boho promotion. Unfortunately the phone was over heating, because of their policy you cant exchange for the exact same phone. We simply asked to return the bundle, because of the defective device. This is where the lies just start pouring from their mouths. First we have to pay a restocking fee I understand this fee, under regular circumstances. This however was because of a defective device. This is a corporate store with a manager on duty who refuses to take the device back under DOA(dead on arrival) which would have waived the fee. Then proceeded to show me the policy stating the two instances which it could be waived. Then when we fell into the category Elaine (the manager) said that we needed to call customer service and have the account notated so that she can waive the fee. We do call and it is notated. Mathew begins changing the note settings which the customer service instructs is to ask for the proper note page (account all numbers not a specific number). Finally he acknowledged that it was set in stone all he needs is the code from Elaine. Everything seems like we are on the same page. When she walks away he says, look this is how its going to happen then proceeds to tell us he is going to do the return then have customer service on his phone credit our account. Which meant we would have to spend more time waiting. When we were unsatisfied with this we asked for Elaine she then denies every statement from before, says that she cannot waive the fee. Then after three hours of waiting they refuse to help us and try to make sales. I know its $45 dollars per item, however the phone was defective. They refused to give us cards they refused to give us proper information for their district manager. Incredibly unprofessional. To finish the worst experience they begin to add fees to return our device and refuse to take the device as defective so that we can call Customer Care to credit. I would never give my business to them. San Dimas AT&T is a complete step above this store. Take the extra 25 minutes to deal with courteous salesmen and women.Under the breath Muttering and chatter it was below how I wanted to be treated as a customer.
Can I just speak for everyone when I say when something happens to our phones and we have to go through the painful process of buying a new one? It sucks. There is always an issue in store and it’s never pleasant. This time, we were sooooo happy with our service! Our rep Jehu was amazing! He was so sweet, helpful and friendly! Thanks for making it an easy transition into my phone iphone and answering all of our questions! Super knowledgeable. He’s a keeper!

The rating is for the store services only.The signals are really bad in my area. I live in El Monte. Especially in my room, I can not send and receive texts, phone calls, use data. I have to do these by stretching my phone out of window. If in my room, not a signal at all. My phone shows Cellular network not available.I remember that I had logged into my account to cancel Auto Charge. I remember doing the cancellation. But I was still charged for next monthly fee automatically. !!!!??? I remember that I do cancel the Auto Charge.Again, the 5 stars is for store services.

I WAS IN THE STORE FOR A TABLET LINE AND THAT WAS ALL I NEEDED. BUT NEXT THING I KNOW, I SEE A ATT DIRECT TV SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE AND INSURANCE CHARGE FOR THE TABLET, AND A EXTRA LINE! I TOTALLY NOT AWARE NOR WAS TOLD ABOUT ANY OF THIS. THEY WILL TELL YOU INSURANCE IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLY AND YOU CAN REMOVE AFTER 30 DAYS, COMPLETELY BS, INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL.. STAY AWAY. IF YOU DONT WANT RANDOM SERVICE OR LINES TO BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Was super busy. Was 7th person to get helped. Wait was about 30-45 min. When it was my turn, I had an awesome employee help me. I think his name was Miguel A. He was cool!! It was worth the wait.
Several employees here and no one was getting helped. They even have one employee who is just checking people in with no other purpose! Shes getting paid to just hold a tablet so basically theres a walking kiosk in this store! Completely inefficient. Ridiculous that I came in for a phone that was purchased online the day before; I thought it would be a simple ID check and walk out with my product but instead it was over an hour and 15 min wait while watching a bunch of useless employees with their backs turned at the counter. Then when we finally were helped the employee was literally the most useless person Ive ever had to deal with. David had no idea how to start the transaction, struggled to connect to the WiFi and basically wasted 30 minutes of my life. Im pretty sure he was just messing with us because theres just no way an employee could be this incompetent and not be supervised. Zero professionalism. Will not be coming back here ever and I hope no one else does and finds a store than runs efficiently with people who know what theyre doing!
They never answer the store phone, two days in a row I tried calling them repeatedly for a couple hours and no one ever answers. I understand that there may be guests in the store but they should at least have the decency to answer and ask you to be put on hold.
I am big on Cust Service and Richard at the at&t store in the West Cov Plaza is 100% Customer Service. He took his time helping my mom and dad transfer from Metro to At&t. He even went so far as to drive to another location 30 min away to pick up my parents phones due to his location being outta stock, he is amazing and made our Customer experience the best! Thank You Richard!!!!
