The staff was very helpful. Sometimes it could take a little while tot track someone down but they are very helpful once you get them.Primarily came to frame a canvas picture. The price was great and the quality was awesome. Associate helped me pick the frame and mat and design it the way I wanted. Price was good enough for me to spring for the museum quality glass too.

Really...GEEZ!!! Again...its a very DIFFICULT STORE TO JUST WALK THROUGH LOOKING FOR ONE ITEM....Meaning, good luck on that...I wanted one...ONE ITEM...NOPE...WALKED OUT WITH 7 ITEMS!! Oh heaven help me...So I was looking for some candle Stakes for a centerpiece, the only store I knew that sold them was in DTLA in the Flower Mart...well they were closed...looked up online it said Hobby Lobby sells them...OMG!!! Yes, they did!!! That other Craft Store doesnt sell them but HOBBY LOBBY DID!!

Covids impact on the lack of imports has taken a toll on Christmas inventories. Add the petty lawsuits that have brought an end to weekly coupons; the attempt at sporadic 40% sales dont do much to entice shoppers. Still, its a good alternative to another craft store competitor.

Best place for everything hobby and decorating. Great prices lower than other hobby stores and an incredible selection. Very helpful staff especially in the Burbank store.

This store is awesome for guys. Other store focus mainly on women crafts and paint whereas Hobby Lobby has supplies for scale builders, diorama, and model builders as well as kits.

They have everything and many items are 30-50% off listed price. I could have easily spent hours in that store but then I would have spent even more than I already did.

Always well stocked. Always clean.But service is so so slow, especially in the fabric Department.I always see a handful of employees standing around at the front of the store next to cash registers/entrance...how about opening up more registers guys?

Employees dont wear masks properly. When I adjusted my mask bc it was falling off, cashier Lindsay said Oh whatever, its fine, I dont care. Really, I dont care!. Clearly not. But some of us take our health seriously and are considerate of those around us. Christians are supposed to care for others, I thought. Im sure she thinks covid is political, so no use arguing. Wont be back.

If you are into Christmas and the other holidays you will find everything here to make your holiday a spectacular event. Their prices are amazing and you can always get a 40% discount coupon you can use on any non sale item emailed to you if you sign up. Just a word of caution! Schedule a lot of time to go there because once you are in you do not want to come out.

I needed a frame for a pic of my mom who just passed.The man working the custom frame counter was a great help to me.I asked him how long would it take to make me a frame? He said two weeks.I told him I needs it in 3 days!!He helped me pick an off the shelf frame, and made a custom border so that the picture fit properly. It was an odd size.He did a great job! Made the pic look great!!I didnt I regrettably didnt get his name! I wish I would have.But this man made all the difference. And Hobby Lobby has my patronage from here on out because of it..

Dont get me wrong..love hobby lobby. But when you ask a worker where to find an item and they point you in the wrong area and place it really stinks. I assume she was new but she just said over there in the paper area.... Really..rows and rows of paper products. No help at all. I looked it up on my phone and found it myself... In the sewing area...If youre not sure, just say so or ask another worker. Whewww

They have so much stuff there, that its easy to forget the reason for visiting. It was my first visit at this location but it was simple to see that the employees need a bit of friendliness training.

A Michaels on steroids. I brought my daughter here for her craft supplies. This location has all kinds of cool signs for your man cave and bar. We will be coming back. I have not been to any other locations but this one is much bigger than a Michaels.

They did not have a good selection. Looked like they were going out of business.I could not seem to find any store employee help for long moments at a time.When I did get help, they werent very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me.If it wasnt for the one employee that helped me at the end, they wouldve gotten less than 3 stars!I would recommend trying a different location, or try Michaels.

Love this store. We shop here for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and any other special holidays or occasions. Store is well organized. I can ask any employee at this store where a certain item is that I am looking for, and they can direct me or walk me to the aisle I need to go to. Five stars all the way. I also like that they close on Sundays, so their employees can be with their families.
