RUDE RUDE RUDE all cashiers/managers/shift personal i met was so dam RUDE! Why work when your going to mistreat your customers? There are so many people who would love to work that are actually GOOD with customers!

Need to do more training for their employees towards customer service. To greet their customers and have patience when being placed at the register.

I have had nothing but good experience there. People there little upset at night but during the day there are good. Understandably they close early due to safety with homeless in the area. Police were notified via manager telling me and nothing was done. Prepandemic .... they could do better on restocking some items but understand those items might be hard to get during these times

The employee told me she doesnt take things out of the basket when I put the basket on the conveyor belt. its literally her job to pick things up and scan it but she couldnt put it up out of the basket guess she doesnt get paid enough

I looked up the store online and it says the store close at 10pm. When I showed up one of the Employee was very rude and said we close at 9pm. I kindly told online it say 10pm. I was going to tell her maybe the company should change the time online. 4 people showed up thinking the same thing as myself. Before I even try to suggest anything she cut me off saying that has nothing to do with is all mad and with her hand jestersVery unprofessional! 👎I usually dont write reviews this time she was so wrong.

Good atmosphere when we went in. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Products were fronted and organized, found what was needed easily and had no issues at the checkout

Fix store hours! Says it closes at 10pm online and showed up at 8pm and it was closed.

Asked the manager for help with balloons, she send me to the cashier, which the cashier was helping another customer with balloons, the cashier had to run back to the register to help customers waiting in line, the cashier asked for help, manager went to where the balloons were at, so cashier asked me do you need help, I said yes with balloons, she says oh the manager is there to help you, so I go get the balloons from the manager, no words to me. I choose the ones I need, sled do I have to stand in line. She says yes!! As I walked to the register the manager decided to open a register so I go to her, she tells me, he’s been waiting on line, the guys says it’s okay, just charge her, manager says, are you sure?

Very rude employees. And the store is a pig pen.

Fairly clean and friendly staff. My go to Dollar Tree store as everything is always organized and easy to find.

They need to update their closing schedule time from 10pm to 8pm.

Lately the line has been a 20 min wait one cashier the last 5 times I went within the last few weeks. Customers complain to the cashier where is manager and tild she is in office but sge never comes out. Last night 15people in line not even moving. It was not like this before I really like this location I hope it changes if line is to long the manager or another employee help out. Customer service everywhere is horrible these days.

Extremely rude employees, especially the manager named Mino. I called to see if they had clip boards in stock and I was greeted with an employee stating Are you serious? under her breath. She told me to hold. I could further hear her telling another employee in the background - this b----- wants to know if we have clip boards in stock and could hear the co-worker stating Thats so random. Then laughing about it.Furthermore, another lady picked up and asked how she can help and I said, I believe someone is checking if you guys have clip boards in stock. I could HEAR her sigh and then ask me who am I speaking to? I tell her my name and she puts me on hold to go check to see if they do. Despite everything I am calm because I need to know. I then hear a click. I was hung up on.At this point, I call back furious. I ask to speak to the manager and she claims she is the manager. I tell her VERY calmly I just want to know if you have clip boards or not. She then asks who she is speaking to AGAIN.. I tell her thats not relevant. I ask her for her name, at first she wouldnt give it then said its Mino. I went on to tell her how unprofessional she was being and her staff needs to watch what they say. She gets super defensive at this point. I dont get an apology, just a bunch of nonsense that she wasnt being unprofessional and her laughing and denying things.Ive never felt so disrespected. It was a simple question, as Ive drove around to many dollar trees to find out they dont have any in stock at those locations. I decided to call around instead.I highly suggest avoiding this location on Vincent in West Covina. I will never set foot in this location. Im truly hurt and EXTREMELY upset by the actions of their staff members here.

Website needs to update their store hours. Drove to the West Covina location because website indicated they closed at 10. I arrived at 9:30 & it was already close & posting on doors indicated they close at 9pm.

EVERYTHING is a dollar. Not like the .99 cent only stores where some things are $2.00 or $3.00.

Crowded with a small parking lot. Lots of homeless hanging around, both near the entrance and by the bus stop

This store has the most rude cashier ever in my life came in to get my sis birthday balloons but the cashier all rude and everything said they didn’t have any when they had all the boxes full of balloons i will never come back to this store
