Its okay, the staff were nice but it does need a little cleaning.

Inside the store was clean and organized. The parking lot was scattered with trash, papers, even the entrance needed tidying up. Very sad.

Big lots has changed so much. I like it better when it was Pic & Save. They have more furniture than a. Barely any clothes at all. I would rather shop at Ross dress for less.

This Big Lots by my Moms in West Covina. It is average size. They had a lot of items the store was nice & clean. And everyone was friendly and helpful.

Ahhhh, Big Lots.I bought a nice toaster and ended up with $40 of impulse items, all of them things that I needed but I hadnt planned to buy that day.I had to skip at least 1/3 of the store because I knew that I would keep shopping.Big Lots is a gem of a store.

The store is clean and well stocked. It was an easy and stress free experience.

They send e-mails about great deals but when you get there, they have no such items and they try to find them in other stores but every store says they have non for over three weeks...It is just disappointing.

Layout was a little confusing and the employees werent very helpful when asking for help with the location of an item. But the store was very clean and seemed like it was well organized just not into categories that made sense to me personally.

Unsafe shopping conditions, safety concerns with the fiberglass insulation hanging from the ceiling. Big lawsuit concerns if it were to fall on someone. I alerted a worker and they said so what its been that way for years...

When I go here I can get in a lot of trouble because I always buy stuff I dont need. But it is a good discount place and that is why I end up spending money here. They have great finds and the customer service here is excellent.

The people in the furniture department are really nice. I have always received great service from that department. The customer service people in the front...not so much. I made a purchase in the back of the for over $650.00. I was walking out of the store with my receipt and and pack of sheets. The lady in the front who could hardly walk chased after me for proof of purchase after I had just informed her that I had just made my purchase in the back. I showed her my receipt anyway but found it rather insulting especially when I showed my receipt to her from afar.

Never going back again the ladies there were giving my wife attitude! The store was trashed!! And very drity, there was alot of shopping carts with merchandise that needed to be stocked!! Very pricey!!!! Big lots its not like it was back in the day

We go here every week and the staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Theyll l even carry the cases of bottled water out to your car for you if you need the help. Great service, great store.

Clean, bright and well organized. Have not been in this location for some time, so the layout has changed from what I remember but was still easy to walk around and find things. One disappointment was that their office supplies section was significantly smaller.

Waited to pay for my $1300.00 purchase, but the cashier kept taking others and putting them ahead of me because their transactions were quicker. I patiently commented about his actions, and all he continued to say was, Im sorry yet would do it again. Turns out they werent faster and, after nearly an hour, I decided to disregard my large purchase. The look of surprise on the sales staff...should not have been.

Big Lots has come a long way since its Pic n Save days! The place looks clean, its quiet but still had the same feel of its former self. Kind of like a small-time big-box store trying to compete with the likes of Target® and Walk-Mart®. Itll never be. Hopefully it stays that way. Staff keeps to itself and is never spying on you as if I were still a thief.. Lol. BIG Lots is simply BIG Lots....

Not All That

Nice clean store many name brand items reasonable prices. Just got to know your prices and some items are a tiny bit smaller.

First time there. Had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. They have a little of everything! Actually, I dont think I saw any clothes. Its like a superwalmart without the crowds...and smaller. Sorry, didnt take pictures.

When for a pick up order. Around 2 pm, not much people there. Only one cashier and 3 people waiting took a long while to get to the front. Look to me like the computer cashier was slow.

Big Lots has changed a lot! There is a large selection of home furnishings and there are cool toys here for my grandaughter.
