Great pawn shop, very friendly

I just had my engagement ring resized at Aces Jewelry and Loan, and they were fabulous! Gregory and his staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so pleased with the quick turnaround time and the price was very reasonable. My partner also had the ring cleaned and appraised here before our engagement, and loved how Jamie took the time to explain how gems are classified and showed him some of the differences on pieces from their showroom. I definitely recommend them!

Great people, very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional staff and they know the most recent laws and changes about firearms.So far I had several transfers with them and zero issues.One great thing about this place is that they are open 7days a week and that makes it very convenient for someone like me with full busy weekdays. I always pick Sat 9am and that always worked for me pretty well.Kudos Guys

Great staff. Bought some electronics there a while back and prices were fair. Chop it up with the staff after my purchase and they are very knowledgeable about weapons. When I want to do out of state transfers I’m going to them.!!! You can’t beat that price! What is this?

Been doing business here off and on since their opening and they have been a great help when needed and popular with other family members because of their great selection of used items at a fair price. Yesterday on my visit with my family I noticed a wrist watch at a very fair and reasonable price to me but left without purchasing it but I had to return before closing to get that watch I had to have it. I brought the watch home and prepared it for a battery replacement and on closer inspection it was damaged. I read my receipt and they do not provide refunds but have a warranty and store credit policy. I wasnt too happy at the time but returned after opening the next morning with my receipt with the intention of returning the watch for store credit towards another one I saw at the same time but was at a higher price and PAY the difference but fully set to hear a reason after their inspection for them not to honor the return policy but after inspection and explanation of the circumstances of my purchase he asked me to show him the other watch I was willing to pay the difference on if I received store credit and after close inspection by who I believe is the owner he gave me a original receipt for the first watch a return receipt and a receipt for the new one and said paid in full no extra charge for the price difference. Thanks for great service and great people there and asset to the community really !

Seems like a nice place, but without even researching or anything, they offered their best 20% loan on a $1,500 selling for on ebay item. Dont waste your time here.

These guys are the best!!! $25 transfer fee + $25 DROS, absolutely the best prices around and the staff is knowledgeable and fast. If youre looking for a no nonsense FFL for all of your needs. Great guys to deal with!! My online firearm purchase and transfer was a breeze with these guys!!! I dont understand why somebody wrote these guys were racist especially towards Mexicans thats a complete lie!! Matter in fact the 2 times I went there, the guys behind the counter were in fact of Hispanic descent... the guy who wrote that is full of chit! Hes most likely their competition and is mad at how great customer service is provided at this location. My FFL guy from now on without a doubt!!!!

Great services and the employers are great helpers

A waste of my time coming down here. I went to get a loan with my Levian watch as collateral and they tried to rip me off. Its worth $2000 + and is rose gold with diamonds, they offered me $50, what a joke! Then when I visibly scoffed at the offer he tried saying well when theyre used... I didnt even wait for the rest I just told him I knew of a better place and left. Its a brand new watch btw, no blemishes or scratches whatsoever. The inside of their store is also cluttered and dirty/dusty. I went somewhere else and got a $600 loan.

Ive been to this pawn shop 2 times and both times they have tried to rip me off. First time I went i was trying to sell my stock volkswagen passat rims that were brand new and the tires were like new. After talking for few minutes with them they wanted to buy the set of rims for 50$ cause there were supposedly not in demand and not worth buying.I ended up going to Santa Ana Rims and got offered 300$.The second time I went to the pawn shop i was trying to sell my used Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Which was in its otterbox case the whole time with no scratches n looked like new. I only got offered 45$ because supposedly the batteries explode and there not in demand. I ended up leaving and I kept my phone.These people will end up ripping you off on anything you bring.They dont even offer you a fair deal like the other pawn shops around them. Ill recommend trying nearby pawn shop to get a rough estimate of what your selling. And if youre selling gold go to a gold buyer.

Idiots here tried to rip me off for my gold, they tried to say my full 14k pendant wasnt real when I had it tested at a jewelry store the day I bought it and they tried to tell me it was gold plated, do not waste your time with these morons.
