I’m switching to Verizon . T-Mobile been tripping all week & customer service don’t answer the phone

So I walk in to this phone store and a sales man welcomes me. Than I told him I was interest on getting a plan. He ask me what company do I currently have... I responded METRO PCS . Than he said JUST LETING YOU KNOW ALL OUR PLANS STAR FROM $60 AND UP. lol this guys is assuming something or hes just selecting people. Go to spring or Verizon. Then hire more cool people and train them better.

Second time going to this store. Unable to use phone to call, kept disconnecting. Staff is wonderful, got phone going. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

Came in to start up a new prepaid plan and port over my existing number. Was told everything was confirmed and that my number will be ported over in 3-5 minutes. 50 minutes later I didnt have my number I wanted ported over. I called corporate and they said the same thing that it its confirmed and will take 2 hours. 3 hours later and it still wasnt transferred over so I called again for tech support but level 2 tech and said it wasnt confirmed and errored out. So I gave the exact info written on the paper that I gave the T-Mobile rep to Port my number to text support and it finally transferred. If they person in the store were to do their job correctly I wouldnt have to deal with this issue.

Very helpful and professional staff, added a line to my plan very quickly and answered all the questions I had.

One of the better T-Mobile stores around. Although this store can get crowded it usually has plenty of employees so that I can get in and out relatively quickly.

Dont never go here for a phone its extremely bad service and they dont take the time to listen and understand there customers the right way to help them customer care over here to them is a joke !!!!!!!
