Don’t go here. They follow you around like you are stealing. I had a question about the difference between 2 swords I was looking at. The owner said “the price”. Extremely rude. If he would have simply said one is longer and made with better steel. I would have bought it. The owner needs to know how to not be rude.

Went into this store with family and we were poor shamed. I asked the employee how much an item was behind their display cases and he asked how much money we had. It made me uncomfortable.. so i asked the price again ignoring his inappropriate question. His response was just hundreds of dollars not wanting to give me an exact price then he directed me to a cheaper version of the item that he stated was in my price range. Never coming to this place again and i HIGHLY would not recommend this store to anyone.

Do not support this business! I was intrested in buying a replica sword but was my first time looking and had some questions. The man did his best to ignore me and instead only had questions about my family (they were present) and absurd comments on which ones I wanted to dismember. Despicable and not funny in the slightest. He also said everything in the store would double in price by next week. Absolutely avoid this business.

Yesterday was my first time going to this store and I am really satisfied with the service and really like the products they have. I got a few things and went back the next day to get a few more things. Love the fact that I don’t have to drive far and the owner was very helpful explaining the meaning of the merchandises.

I just went into the store and was told that everything must go and that the WHOLE store was 50% off. So I started getting things and asking for the price just to make sure that it still was 50%off from the sticker price. The guy who was helping me got a phone call from his boss and had me waiting a long time. Mind you I was purchasing a lot of stuff. Not little things either. Finally, I was ready to pay, but I couldnt see how much the guy was charging me. Once he was charging me he told me the amount and I knew it wasnt the right amount. I asked if I could check on his screen because I couldnt see it. He said he had a lot of customers waiting. Al of a sudden hes in a rush. I told him that no on there was more important than me. Plus Im purchasing a lot and I was there first they can wait. Well, he tried to steal from me. He finally gave me my discount saying he hope he doesnt get fired. No! He has signs and I was told the WHOLE store was 50% off and ever time I asked for the price checked from sticker price he said 50% from that sticker price. Im never going back there again. Theyre moving to Montclair plaza Ill make sure people know what kind of business their trying to do there. Check your receipt!

This place needs to be saved! It’s such a beautiful place and what they sell is beautiful and I am so sad I discovered them right before they are supposed to go out of business 😭. On top of amazing products the owner was super nice, I went to the mall with my mom and on our way out some guy was fallowing us so we popped into Elements of Earth, when we told the owner he offered to walk us back to our car, but we bought a taser instead. Great service, and great people.

This place shouldnt be called elements of Earth is should be call PLEASE DONT TOUCH NOTHING.. Cheap Chinese stuff from Alibaba. And be careful they follow you around like If youre stilling something .. Typical stereotype Asians.. Just like the movies..

A Wonderful shop stopped by today and the staff is very friendly and I would recommend to try this place out! Its very cool something that a blade geek would drool over and I think that this place needs some recognition for their wonderful shop! The owners in there were following me and my family around wondering if we were going to steal there items. Clearly we were not, I dont get why some people automatically think just because a couple of minority people walk into the store and look at items they think that they are going to steal some stuff. Worst customer service ever
