The store clerk Heather was so helpful and knowledgeable about sunglasses she helped me pick out a perfect pair for my wifes birthday gift. Heather even model some of the glasses so I may get a womens perspective of how they will fit on my wife which was a great help because shopping for sunglasses as a gift can be challenging but Heather made it a wonderful experience. I would recommend to go see Heather when you need a pair of sunglasses. If I need sunglasses in the future I know where to go again. Customer service was an A+

As a sales men myself my fiancé and I didn’t feel welcomed at all .The moment we walked in we were not greeted or even asked if we had any questions. At one point we were literally alone in the store and as you know it’s a small store and still no greet, mind you there were two females employee’s present . I did find a pair of glasses i actually liked and I would of bought them but I’m not going to spend my money at a location like that. In all honesty I’d rather have someone that has the curtesy to make an effort for the sale and welcome us. I’d be happy to make them commission. My glasses can wait I spent my money somewhere else. Tune up the staff management team!

Walked in expecting to purchase TWO pairs of ray bands only to be turned away at the first step in, there was still guest inside the store no clue why she turned me away literally walked in front of me and put her hand out, wish I would have gotten a name. What a way to get a sale in to met your sale goals.

Ordered glasses for pickup and when I arrived, she said someone had put them back when I still had 4 days to pickup and my card was already charged! She then offered me the pair on display that was previously dropped by someone else on the floor.

Both ladies were very helpful and informative about the product I was purchasing. Customer service was above and beyond.

They “claim” to be the only sunglass hut without a toolbox don’t go there

All the workers there are very respectful and when you enter they greet you and they help you to see if you need any help

They were a little busy when I walked in but when the customers walked out I was left alone with two employees they totally ignored me not sure if theyre profiling although I look a little bit like a businessman certainly not some looking to teenager once Id start asking questions they took the time to answer detailed information
