Great family friendly store workers work with enthusiasm and great merchandise! Would definitely come back again!

First time here I saw a couple of things here I liked with the Hello kitty character. They also have a wide salection of cute pens. I purchased some Hello kitty socks as a gift and a loungefly wallet with the twin star its so pretty alittle overpriced. Not a friendly store the workers could be little more social with customers. Over all fun store.

My daughters love this place

I asked the lady for an item to see it as it was In a box and I couldnt see what it consisted of and she declined. She also couldnt tell me the price. Very unhelpful and its no surprise the store was empty.

VERY COOL GEMS IN THIS PLACE

I love the selection of items they offer but the employee (a young female) at the counter seemed like she was absolutely miserable being there. She was difficult to get answers from regarding a product, she barely said a word and just ignored when we thanked her after the transaction. She just couldn’t bother to display even the most basic level of customer service.I’d love to support a Korean owned business (I’m assuming based on the majority of products being Korean) as another Korean-American but I won’t be returning based on my unpleasant experience here.

The store felt a bit crowded and tight. The selections here arent that interesting.
