I rented a 10 by10 storage. the representive had a costumer that was very rude but she had called and said she be there in 10 minutes. Nicole Craft was attending us when the costumer came in and Nicole told her she was with a costumer it just take 5 to 10 minutes very polite. The lady that came in was upset and said she called and said she be here in 10 . Nicole told her you came in 20 minutes and these customer came in right after I hung up. The lady was rude and kept making comments the internet was slow . Nicole apologize for that. She handle the lady very professional because I think anyone would have gone off on her. I was impress how she handle the customer.

Good prices, and never really crowded. The staff are kind and are doing their best. Sometimes need to communicate more about paying in cash or card to avoid inconveniences. But they’re kind people.

My wife saw your special for a 10X10. Told me to call and ask. Daniel is a really nice guy. He took me to look at the space, even though he was really busy. He got my space close to the elevator which was superb. It is a little hot in there but your in and out anyway. Space was clean, door works a lot better than other places I’ve used.

Elyse was really helpful. Good move in specials, with a free moving truck for a 100$ a deposit. Site is clean and dry. Great soft rock in the hallways. And... Free coffee! Elyse is hot too. Theres nothing more to write!

Provided notice in advance that I would no longer be needing the storage. Monthly fee were still deducted from my bank account and the never refunded me until now.

When I first rented back in March I loved it here!! I’ve always dealt with Jennifer and she’s been great BUT just recently I met the manager (so she said) Elyse OMG that lady is rude!!! She was rude to the guy in front of me, myself, and another man that kept coming in she kept rolling her eyes directly at my face! She had owed me credit for a recommendation I had got a month prior then refused to give it me till the following month. Told me “to bad I already did it for the following so you have to pay the full this month” I couldn’t even ask her questions all her answers were no! She locked the gate on me I couldn’t get in! HORRIBLE LADY WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
