Wow!!! This Public Storage has been the best experience Ive ever had with storage and I have moved my equipment from 3 other local storage places to this one location and couldnt be happier. The units are bigger than any Ive had anywhere else, the service and how friendly Vicki and April are anytime I see them around. They smile wave and even cleaning the doors on the units because of all the ash going on is incredible! Finally the best parts to me are the prices (cheaper than anywhere else.), The hours of operation 6am-9pm (compared to 7am-6pm at my old locations.) And the best part for me personally is its less than half a mile from where I live. I truly couldnt ask for a better location. They have a better security system than any place Ive been too and two of the three places I last was at got broken into so I feel very secure here. Hurry and get your storage today before they reach max occupancy. Thanks again April and Vicki☺️

They are very pushy and rude...I was very polite and asked if I could have a few days to decide if I want to rent from them,since I was shopping around for prices,thats when their attitude changed and now theyve been harassing me nonstop! I never should of gave them my phone number!! At least I saw their true colors up front! Beware!

Just wanted to share how helpful Vicki and April were. Theres not many places you go now days where you find smiling helpful and courteous people.

This is a very clean storage facility in a very convenient location (right off of the 10 fwy) but its gonna cost you more then other simular facilities.

She is always helpful and even when elevator is not working always trying to help, she even helped me take something up the stairs since my hands were full and had one more small thing to take up!!! 👍👍👍April is very professional. She has great customer service skills and knows what she is doing. She got my sister and I the right fit during this crazy time of renovations! I would recommend coming to see her. The property is clean and I feel secure with our belonging here!

My experience with this property has been very positive. It is very well maintained and always clean. The restroom is always open...this is important! The customer service I have received from all is great however I have to say April is the best and has made my experience above and beyond the best! April was very helpful, even when the elevator wasnt working... She was there to help me find another way to get up and down the stairs so i could get to my unit. She always has a positive attitude, and is always helpful!

Came in this morning and was greeted by a very welcoming Thalia. She was very enthusiastic to help me figure out what I needed to get to set me up and all ready for my move in. She went through all of the merch with me and explained all the insurance plans with me so I could pick which one was right for me. The process was quick and pain free all thanks to the wonderful Thalia. I’m excited to be staying here. She made it feel like home.

I was a customer for three years, and have nothing but good things to say. The staff, Daniel and Cynthia (after she joined) were consistently friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile, if needed, to meet my requests. They are great representatives for the company. The facilities are clean, well lit, and ventilated. Overall, its a great place, the customer orientation and service are very high, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Cynthia was very helpful and contained much knowledge about the property and regulations. Her work ethic was amazing throughout the entire process of signing up.The signing up process only took less then 10 min. And that is quick compared to most places. I went from a 5x5 to a 10 x 5 because of her qualifying questions.
