Unfortunately no drive up units here but was able to get a first floor unit for a good price! I like that it’s climate controlled and safer than an outside unit! Thanks for the great customer service ladies! Do recommend!

Beware renter !! Im moving as soon as I find a better deal with a fix rate contract. The good prices are the bait just to get you signed up... 3 or 4 months in and they will increase the rent!!Another thing I rented a 10x5 and as advertised So I order 4 big heavy duty metal shelves to maximize space I find the perfect fit shelves within measurements just to find out they wouldnt fit like they should of when they arrived I had to return them and compromise in space ordering smaller shelves . Make sure you actually bring a tape measurement and check out your unit because is misleading!(((measurements are not accurate) ))

Great new storage place! Brenda and Jenna are super friendly and helpful. Place is safe and clean. Did have a rate increase but not as bad as Public storage. Definitely worth the safeness, cleanliness, and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

This place is so down to earth. The customer service is great. Brenda takes pride in training her staff to help customers with a smile. Facility is extremely clean! Only down side is parking. They do recommend coming earlier tho! Other then that highly recommend! Safe location!

We rented a storage there for exactly 3 days and our storage was broken into. Then they did not notify us until 3 days after that. And they refuse to help us out. I bought the insurance that covered about half of the stuff that was stolen. And read everything when you sign up because they increase your rate after a few months

Everyone in office is so nice! The girl told me I hv climate control cuz thats what I wanted. She fibbed, I dont hv it, so I sweat if I dont hurry. That girl isnt there anymore. Wish more restrooms cuz ppl are knocking & Im constipated. It says occupied but they knock anyway so I will hurry. I ignore them.

Customer service is awesome. Staff is very helpful and friendly make moving process so much easier.

The lady that works there was very rude she accused me of kicking her cart that wasn’t the case I moved it a little with my foot so it won’t hit the door she accuse me of kicking her carts this morning I went and my code wasn’t even working I told her that my code wasn’t working she said whatever I don’t remember the ladies name but very rude I’ve never had a problem there before I have one now

The ladies at this place are so sweet and professional. They made us feel welcomed and no stress! Moving can be so stressful and they made it so easy. I will be letting all my friends know to go there and the prices are great as well. We feel our things are in good hands. Thank you again ladies for your expertise!!

Its clean and staff are very nice.A thing you should know and they wont tell you is that, is not a fix rent price. They have the right to increase the rent once you move in so I dont think thats fair anyway another thing they dont advertise is that all the units dont have true measurements that theyre advertised with...all will be shorter for a couple of square inches! which for me was a big deal for me because knowing my unit size, I order specifc size shelves that were supposed to go all arround the walls to maximize space wich they didnt fit properly like they were supposed to because of those few square inches missing.lesson lerned dont trust advertising bring your measuring tape and ask those questions before u move in

Clean! Only thing is just the one way entrance in and out for the elevator but its highly recommended because of security reasons!

I think Ive reviewed this place before. Its clean affordable and accessible. The hours arent too restrictive.Spacious units with accessible carts. Thanks for a good design.

It has one elevator which creates a back log of people trying to get to their storage if you are not on the first floor.

Highly recommend!One of the better storage facilities I’ve been to. I move around a lot so it was nice to have this place close to where I recently relocated. Just recently downsized from house to apartment and I felt like my belongings were very safe being stored here!

Great location! Highly recommend!I just moved out of my parent’s house and I didn’t know where I could put all my extra belongings. Then this place is just right around my new apartment and it was such a great experience moving some of my furniture and old stuff animals here. Super clean and safe!

This place is great addition to the neighborhood! I recently just helped my mom put her antiques in storage here. The staff was super nice and I felt super comfortable. Most importantly they were very nice to my mother and I really appreciated that. Highly recommend!!

I came today on Saturday, January 02,2021 to pick up merchandise to ship out orders for my business and this place is closed. How does a self storage place close on non holiday days keeping people’s belongings locked behind closed doors. That is very unacceptable coming from a business. I drove about 25 minutes to pick up my belongings only to drive back empty handed. It is ridiculous to pay a business to keep my belongings locked away from me.I will be removing my belongings as soon as they decided to give people access to their personal belongings again.

I I am very disappointed with the way this Ill cut it out West Covina store operates access hours are from 66 I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier before 6:00 and they already closed it down and it has on the door that at 59 minutes prior to 6:00 its closed but it doesnt have that on the announcement but theyre verbally telling you and that is not right I have to travel 40 miles to come to my storage and because of traffic and that is not right you know I mean I feel like you know I should be compensated for my gas for traveling 40 miles when you guys have false advertisement if you guys call me back bye

Brand new building, not even a month old. Building is nice, clean, fair priced, and staff is friendly. Recommend if you need storage.
