All Ladies were fast, knowledgeable and super supportive! I drove from East Los Angeles to here as I always do because the service is that superb and great! The past 30 years Ive gone to multiple locations and this is the best place for all my shipping needs. Why go anywhere else. I highly recommend this store in the eastland mall by Sprouts Market. I recieved all my tracking information printed out, it was a painless process thanks to Ruthy shes very nice, she even asked if I needed any other products or services, which reminded me I needed to get packing tape and a unique size box. I came for fingerprinting twice and they weren’t very helpful, the technician apparently just leaves whenever. I made several calls the next day and they consistently didn’t answer. Poor service. If you want fingerprinting, definitely go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service! The assistant manager was no help. Documents were sent internationally using UPS next day, paying $114+ for the service, it has been 4 days and the package is not at the destination. When I called the store and asked for status/update her answer was that is a problem with UPS not us. WOW! I asked for some sort of refund and they said the package is not our problem it is UPS.... so my question is they are THE UPS store shouldnt they be dealing with the issue since us the clients are paying them for it. I wouldnt trust them ever again with any shipments

I went there for fingerprints and the service is really bad. The employee who works there is really rude at customer . She has curly hair with glasses, probably about in her 40s .

Went to drop off some packages and they were closed 2 hours early?? Change your times on google if you close early. Not okay

I needed a notary to notarize documents for a real estate transaction. I look up online for a notary and find this UPS store. I arrive at the location where they have a large window sticker listing NOTARY on the window. I go inside and am told by a snarky female employee no we dont notarize here. If you dont offer a specific service, maybe dont advertise that you do. Very simple.

Always ship and email here...87 miles away from home.. anyway Caroline Rocks, she helped me copy over 300 pages, while being courteous to everyone that walked through the door, assisting while working!!!!!

Kellie provided amazing customer service! I was mailing a family wedding cake top to Texas for a wedding next week. Thankfully she noticed that I spelled the name of the city wrong or it would have never reached the destination on time. She carefully printed a new label after placing the package in a plastic envelope to ensure nothing liquid from another package accidentally damaged mine. I REALLY appreciate her great service!

I walked up to the store at 9 am on a Saturday morning, saw that the lights were on, and the sign on the door indicated that they opened at nine. I opened the door and stepped in, and was greeted by the woman behind the register barking at me that the store would open in three minutes. I waited outside until they allowed me in at 9:05. I explained that j needed help trying to send a return via UPS, and I was having an issue because the UPS driver at my work would not take the package. The OWNER of the store, Robert Forrest, told me that my I had to deal with UPS, not The UPS Store and that there was nothing he could do for me. Better service shipping via UPS is available from Office Depot in the same shopping center.
