I’ve been coming to Elite Eye Care for several years now and have always been extremely impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of the staff. From the check in, to the exam and to the follow up, the quality of service is exceptional!

Been a patient for a few years. Always have had great experiences except for one poor one today, but hoping it’s just an anomaly and we will be back to great service and eye care after this.I just think waiting 30 mins past an appointment time is a little much. I get it, things happen but just not a great experience today. My time is valuable too, and I REALLY needed to be seen today, it wasn’t just a routine check up, so to have that experience when I really needed the care was just additionally frustrating.

Everything they do here is excellent. My visits are always fast and helpful. They have the latest technology which really enhances my experience both from a provider care standpoint and an ease of service standpoint. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! Dr. Huisman is also really friendly and takes an interest in my life!

Dr. Bell, Teeanna, & Marie are gifts from god. Our experience was amazing. My 7 & 3 year old were treated wonderful. We weren’t rushed & we left actually understanding what was found during the eye exams. We won’t go to any other eye doctor. I promise you this is the place ! Hands down. Magnificent people that go above and beyond to meet all your needs. So thankful to have been referred to this practice. 10/10 would recommend !

Dr Huisman and the entire staff at Elite Eye Care are amazing. From the warm greeting when you arrive, the examination process and the selection of eyewear my experience was 5 star. Besides Dr Huisman, other team members that stood out were Erin, Jennifer, Tyler and Brice. Brice was extremely helpful in my choice of new glasses. I would recommend them hands down for your eye care needs.

Dr. Huisman and his staff were not only inviting and friendly they were wonderful with our son ( 3 yo), thorough and informative. We feel lucky to have found Elite Eye Care!

The optometrists are great. The technology they use goddess you a really interesting 3D view of your eyes. I will definitely go back for my eye appointments. I will not order my glasses there ever again. Through a series of weird events, I realized at the end of the appointment that I didnt have any way to pay. They said theyd call my husband and he could just pay over the phone. 5 days later my husband called them finally wondering if theyd placed the order and what was going on. They claimed to have called him 2 days after my appointment. My husband looked on his phone and there was no record of an unknown number for that day, but even if there was why did they wait 2 days to even attempt to finish my order and why wouldnt you follow up the next day. It will be more than 2 weeks before I get my glasses which in my mind is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they entered the wrong prescription for his glasses so he had to wait almost 2 weeks also. For goodness sake, get more organized!

We have never been to this establishment as patients. We are on vacation and my husband lost his contact, with no replacement in hand. After calling several eye doctors in the area, and I mean several, this was the only place will to help us! Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help when it felt like no one else would! We cannot thank them enough!!!

Absolutely fantastic, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed while at your appointment. Have been going there for years, and will continue to go there for all my eye care needs for years to come.

I can honestly say this was my best eye appt to date. Everyone I’ve contacted in office - phone calls, techs, Dr. Kelsi, have been friendly, knowledgeable, & very clear about each step in the process. I love that they have great technology & services available, and Dr. Kelsi explained each step, showed the photos and scans and educated me on what she was seeing. I have certainly found our new Eye-care office!!

Great customer service and location. Dr and staff and very kind and responsive. However the pricing is a bit high for glasses/lenses. . . . will be shopping around.

Love Dr Bell! Got a major concussion in November left symptoms and needed new glasses couldn’t afford them due to income she hooked me up to ease my symptoms and be comfortable and be able to see again!! She’s a saint!! Not only have my symptoms cleared up I can see again!! Thank you doctor Bell. I’ll recommend her and her staff to anyone

I am a Medicaid patient and I am in college. I specifically asked before coming in if this was going to be covered by my insurance. I was risking my exposure to COVID since I am immunocompromised by taking a chance and coming in. I do not appreciate Elite Eye Care telling me that normally Medicaid patients are completely covered, and turning back around to tell me that it is ALL OUT OF POCKET! $300 plus $125 a month? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I do not appreciate being lied to and manipulated for marketing purposes.

Such smart, knowledgeable and respectful staff. My 8 month old went in for his first eye exam and every person we saw was incredible. From walking in the door, seeing the doctor to leaving; all the staff was great to work with. Only eye doctors office I trust 100%!

Staff really cares about the wellbeing and satisfaction of their customers. They have a huge selection of glasses and people willing to work with you to find the right fit! Their Vision Therapy program has been super helpful for my partner who has had trouble since birth and has had multiple head injuries. Great place for anyone who has any sort of vision needs!

Wonderful doctors and staff, always seem to be running right on schedule, great with all ages of kids, and has up-to-date technology. Couldnt be happier at Elite!

I just returned from another visit for one of my kids. All 3 of them and I have been going here for the last 2 years. We see Dr. Bell and Dr. Sakowsky (sp?) and they are both wonderful with children and adults. The appointments we have has have been on time, they are personable and actually caught a problem with my eye early on. The selection of glasses is excellent -- many options for frames in different price ranges. Fortunately we have insurance. The consultant who helps pick frames has been helpful and has our insurance pulled up and ready to check for benefits pricing.Theyre way across town for us and probably not the cheapest option, but for the experience we will keep going there.

Dr Bell and all of the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They have the latest technology to get you the best eye exam. (Pretty cool seeing a laser scan of the interior of your eye!) And the front office staff helped me pick out a great pair of glasses, from a huge selection! I dont have vision insurance, and am used to paying full price from my former eye doctor. Elite Eye Care, actually gave me a discount off the list prices! I highly recommend them for you eye care needs!

Not sure what to think yet. In a months time I went here as a new patient. Have since had 2 exams, lenses I couldnt see out of, a second set of lenses to replace the first ones and 5 adjustments. Yesterday after more adjustment was told that Id have to wear them longer for my eyes to get adjusted. 10/10 late afternoon received yet my 3rd set of lenses were installed. By 8:30 today 10/11 one had fallen out already at work. Had to make yet another trip back and have it put in again. Ill let everyone form their own opinion.

Dr. Huisman went above and beyond for me! I had an eye emergency and he offered to see me immediately. Everyone who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elite Eye Care! Amazing customer service that did not go unnoticed. Thank you!

Argued with me on my insurance policy, I attempted to inform management whom did not resolve the matter. I checked on my past due glasses and they stated they did not order them. After a month of waiting, I have to start over elsewhere. Ethan Huisman acted in a manner that is not becoming of a physician. I would not recommend this place of business.

I didnt feel like we were treated very well. I felt like the staff was condescending and that they did a horrible job fitting my sons glasses. They decided for whatever reason to not bend them at the ears so they constantly slip down on his face. Its too bad since I loved the doctor we went to, but the several times I had appointments there, I felt unwelcome and that I was treated poorly. I feel their treatment and care reflects in the resulting glasses my son now has to deal with.

They use the latest eye technology so you dont have to have your eyes dilated. Quick courteous service. Good selection of glasses.

Excellent service and products. Everyone is very friendly and willing to work with any schedule. For me they are a provider on my insurnace. The staff were able to maximize my coverage so I could afford glasses and contact lens.

This was my first visit here. Dealt with 4 different staff members and each one was helpful! An overalI good experience.

I agree with prior poster regarding the comfort of childrens glasses. I wont go in to full details but four years of trust disappeared when my doctor was switched on me, an incomplete exam provided and the full visit felt like a money grab.

I have had appointments with both Dr. Huisman and Dr. Bell. Both provide excellent service and provide an overall outstanding experience during appointments. Their staff has always provided attentive service and taken excellent care of myself, my wife, and both of my daughters. I would highly reccomend Elite Eyecare to anyone in need of eye care services.

Not elite. I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews of this office. Walked in to set up an appointment, was treated rudely and unprofessionally, walked back out of the store. Not recommended.

Their service has changed compared to my first visit. The doctor hastily did her examination. The opticians didnt even do fitting with my new eyeglassess. He just gave them to me. Not going back there anymore.

I was not pleased with how my insurance benefits were overlooked and then my materials order was not not placed. I will not return.
