It was such a pleasure working with her. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses! The store is top drawer as well, modern, immaculate, and well stocked!

Carrie at The Jordan Creek LensCrafters does an amazing job!! We had an issue with a pair of frames and lenses that were bought at the Valley West LensCrafters so decided to look elsewhere as the customer service at Valley West LensCrafters could have been a lot better as well. After our first visit with Carrie at the Jordan Creek LensCrafters we felt a lot more comfortable. She was able to correct the issues and has done excellent job making sure that all is correct!

Jordan Creek LensCrafters has the best optical stylist….Carrie Nelson…is ahhhmazzzing! We have been working with her for quite a few years now and there’s no one better. Carrie is so knowledgeable in sizing, colors, lenses etc. and listens to your needs and concerns about glasses. Ohhhhhh…and her patience is great!! 😂🤷‍♀️

I went in for an eye exam the doctor was very friendly and then i had the pleasure of working with Emily on finding my first pair of glasses and i did not feel rushed she gave her options on what frames looked good.and explained what i needed to protect them. As a company i think she is one that you should keep i am now a customer of hers for life.

Better make sure you set up an appointment. I went in on a Monday and they have 4 employees sitting doing nothing but they say they are booked out. Would probably find somewhere else where people are motivated to actually work.

Please realize that there are other options for customers if you don’t treat them well. I was in shock how I was spoken to over the phone. In so many words, the gal on the phone said I have customers waiting, I can’t answer your question I need to help them. How about putting me on hold or taking my number to call me back? I won’t ever buy another pair of glasses here. Apparently I am not a customer. (Even though I have bought glasses there.)

I love love love the lenscrafters at Jordan creek. I usually dread picking out new contacts or ordering contacts. Especially after a new prescription. They were so patient and helpful. Especially considering my absolutely cranky wild 4 year old was not into being there and waiting for me. The staff was so kind and understanding and very friendly towards my son. I really appreciated the service I received here. Kudos to them!

My son went to his appointment alone and they told him they couldnt locate him on my insurance so he paid out of pocket. I called my insurance and he was listed no problem. They advised me to call Lenscrafters to have them resubmit and refund us. It took them over a week to respond and I still havent seen my refund check of over $185 which they said they would send. I will more than likely have to file this myself and only get reimbursed for an out of network doctor. I am livid.

I just took my 2 daughters (6 & 4.5) in for their first routine eye appointment. It was a new experience for them, and the front desk ladies and optometrist helped my kids feel very comfortable. We got through the entire visit with no tears. (which is a big deal with new things for our family) We are very thankful for the care and attention that were given to both of our children!
