We have had MANY positive experiences over the last 3 years with Pearl Vision at Valley West Mall! Absolutely NO negative experiences. Just yesterday we stopped in and had Greg, store manager, adjust a pair of glasses for my mother. He is always very professional and very courteous. We have also had Jamie serve us on other visits; shes great as well. This is the only place I would recommend for purchasing glasses. We much appreciate their service and will continue to be long term customers!

Refused to share my pupillary distance with me after purchasing glasses, in an attempt to make me purchase prescription sunglasses at their location as well. Thats their right, by I wont be doing business with them again because of this.

Had an amazing experience. Staff was SUPER helpful! My exam was super fast and the dr even explained everything to me as he did the exam. Ive never had anyone explain this is where we see the power or this is how I see the impacts of your astigmatism. VERY HELPFUL

I wish I could add 1000 more stars. .after a very bad experience with another eye doctor....I decided to take my prescription to Pearl Vision at Valley West mall. Upon entrance to the store I was greated by a beautiful lady named Jamie...she assisted me right away❤❤ her customer service was Amazing and highly appreciated...the process was so effortless and fast....needless to say Ive been without my glasses for months...Ms. Jamie made sure that I got the glasses I selected and they were back in 6 days...I feel truly blessed to have encountered this store...not to mention the super cool guy Troy who also made coming into the store a delight....they were both so friendly...like Ive known them for years.Thank you Valley West Pearl Vision your service is beyond Amazing!!!!!!Very, very satisfied customer❤❤

GO somewhere else! The place smells, the service is nonexistent and everything is overpriced. The representatives looked terrible and were incompetent and uninterested in their job there are many options dont bother with here they really need to update their staff or the store its depressing ugly and awful

This place used to be the best. But now? Im not so sure. Theres only one person running the store, they dont have a doctor, youre paying almost 500 for your glasses and the customer service needs improvement. It seems like theyve went downhill lately which is sad. They are being bought out by competitors like vision for less!

What a rip off. Worst place ever. Customer service from the time we scheduled appt. till appt. time is very poor. I wanted to r/s, the hubby insisted to give them a shot.The staff are sloppy and look like slobs, both times I was there. They have Messes everywhere; Im talking about the glasses side, but they also help the doctor too, so idk. The doctor was great, that I can say. After appt. we sat down to talk about buying the glasses, each one was gonna costs over $600 dollars!!! with discount. Never in my life have I ever purchased glasses at that price, for single vision w/transitions. Wearing glasses for over 20 years. Frame only cost 150-170. They over charge on the regular lenses, everything other places give you as add ins, they charge you. When I questioned her re: price/discount she was stumbling on giving me a sound firm price and then finished it off by telling me, well she doesnt set the price, the system/office does. Well that may be true but I too, have the choice on purchasing them and we left. How can the price be only 10-20 dollar difference with a 40% discount added. Ummmm, something is really wrong with their math.

Very friendly staff. I walked out with a pair of prescription sunglasses for $133.00. Its called vision insurance people who are complaining!
