Jenn and Laura saved me! Twenty minutes until they close, I walk in with broken glasses and am supposed to leave for a motorcycle trip tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Theyre the only place open that carries my brand of frames and I prayed the whole way there they could help. They not only put my lenses in a brand new frame (and these are drill mount frames with a risk of lenses cracking), they stayed 39 minutes past closing time to be sure they were fixed and fitted! Ladies.. you made my heart sing! Thank you! My next eye exam will be with you. You have a customer for life!

My son needed vision therapy and I was skeptical at first, but after working with Alex I could see great improvements in a short time. Alex was very professional, punctual, and my son really enjoyed his sessions. I would recommend Vision Park Vision Therapy to anyone who is looking for a great place for vision therapy.

My son was referred to Dr. Billings and her staff for vision therapy. We weighed the pros and cons of following through with this extensive program, and chose to proceed with the treatment plan of V.T. The time and effort my 7 year old (who turned 8 during treatment) put into the program was definitely worth it and has paid off. The V.T. staff (in particularly, Mr. Alex) was very knowledgeable, patient, and in-tune with the needs of my son. Ongoing communication was presented throughout the process, and he was quick to respond via email or telephone.During the newness off the pandemic, we were able to continue V.T. sessions virtually. It took close to a year to complete the treatment plan, though I am sure the pandemic did play a part in this. The billing staff presented numerous options to help us plan for the expense. What you put in is likely what you will get out of this experience. We were very diligent about the daily vision therapy exercises, and are very pleased with the results. When an exercise wasnt working or not going well, Mr. Alex and Dr. Billings found a way to adjust them to the likeness of my son. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Billings and Mr. Alex for their dedication to my sons success. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Des Moines is very lucky to have you in our community to help our children succeed.

My daughter and I had our eye exams With Dr. Shepherd who was very professional and thorough. She was very kind and and listened and was very easy to talk to. My daughter and I both had to pick out new glasses and the Technician was just the same: professional, thorough and friendly. An overall pleasant morning- thanks so much!!

I have been to other eye doctors, but have never felt as comfortable with them as I did with Vision Park. From check in to picking out new glasses, every step of my exam was explained to me and why. The gentleman helping me pick out new glasses was engaged in helping me pick the right frames for my face shape. I truly cannot say enough about Vision Park, and if you are looking for a good eye Dr and practice, go to Vision Park.

My kids really liked Dr Shepherd, she was very kind and patient with them. Staff was nice and did not have to wait long. The kids frames were really nice, I just wish they had a bigger selection.

Everyone was really friendly at the WDM location. DO Larson was very patient and went over my Eye exam and what he recommends. The best part was they didn’t try to up sell me for unnecessary add on for my glasses. Definitely recommend Vision Park which I have already referred my boss.

I changed eye doctors recently, due to being tired of dealing with a company that made everything a pain. I decided to try Vision Park Family Eye Care, after a bit of research. Im always hesitant with new doctors, in any regard, but these guys were awesome! Not only did they make things quick, easy, and painless....but they also helped me find a pair of glasses that I LOVE! This is a big deal for me. I had always felt ugly when I had to wear my glasses, and was teased when I was younger, so I hated wearing them. I was helped to find glasses that not only looked nice on me, but that are very comfortable. Ive gotten so many compliments and Ive worn my glasses more now than I have in years, confidently. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Shepherd is easy to talk to, has a great personality, and does a great job figuring out exactly what I need. My eyes have become difficult to fit (I think), but she gets it. I will continue to go to this office.

I have been using Vision Park for years. In 2019 I was in a car accident and totaled my car. Suffered TBI. Went to Dr. Triebel who is outstanding in this field. Over the past year, with her direction and Melissa administering my vision therapy, we have made great strides. Dr. Billings was fantastic! Very knowledgable and really personable which made for a great visit. Best part is that she spent considerable time answering all my questions and working w/ me to get comfortable in a solution. Other places have just pushed me out the door and charged me for services & products that I didnt ask for. Highly recommend.

Scheduled my yearly appointment last week. Showed up at the scheduled time and was told my appointment was last month. I went to another optometrist because of similar issues in the past but decided to give it another go because of convenience. Poor service and a lack of respect for peoples time. Go someplace else.

Left my last review at the wrong location. Figured I would post here as well! After 2 years of wearing the wrong prescription from a previous eye doctor, I decided I should go to a new eye doctor because I knew my prescription wasnt right but things werent changing. Dr. Larson made sure I got the right prescription and after about two months it still amazes me how much better my vision is! Thank you for allowing me to see again!
