They did not have in stock the gift I was looking for and when I tried to order online with the associate...it took 45 minutes and the system never completed the order

Was recently in store with my husband to look for an annual Christmas gift. Upon entering the store we approached an employee who did not appear to be serving anyone else. I was going to request to have my ring cleaned and inspected while we shopped. I asked the gentlemen (Niel) working if he could look my rings up as I did not have the paperwork with me. Niel then told me that he wasn’t sure they would be able to look them up. After having another employee come to assist and me refusing to believe that they did not have record of any of my items purchased there the other employee was able to find my husband’s account. Niel took the rings and completed the inspection/cleaning process. Once completed he tossed the ring carelessly into the basket on the counter and set the receipts next to it and began to walk away without a word. Needless to say my annual Christmas gift will no longer come from Zales. Lucky for us we were able to go right across the hall to another jewelry store and were treated with phenomenal customer service. Save your time and shop elsewhere if customer service means anything to you.
Do not listen to the sales reps at this location. They are self serving liars. I purchased my wedding band here. It is a black tungsten ring that put me out over $300. I asked them if it was a coating or if the metal itself was black. They assured me of the latter. I am sitting here, not even a week after the wedding, and the black is already rubbing off.
The staff was very helpful me with my selection! The prices were pretty reasonable and there were plenty of discounted pieces.
I had an awful experience at this store. My boyfriend and I walked in looking for an engagement ring. No one approached us to help. The woman working actually seemed annoyed. All of the signs for Black Friday were still up and we asked if the sale was still going on. We got a reply of I dont know and the woman walked away. We asked for the price of one ring and we recieved an eye roll as she walked behind the register to check the price. We obviously will not be giving this company our business anywhere.
This place is awesome! I love the excellent customer service and the ability of the staff to answer questions and help me find exactly what I need! The staff are very helpful without being pushy. They run great sales and best of all they have a fabulous warranty that protects all of their products. I could not ask for more from a jeweler than this! If you are headed there ask for David! He is the best! The man is a walking encyclopedia for all metals and stones. He can help you make an informed decision.
So, Ive gone to Zales a few times and always really liked it. Theyve got pretty good prices. I was there a few days ago and David helped me find some extremely beautiful pearls well within my price range. They were much better than the ones I was originally looking at. Everyone at this location is very helpful. This really is a nice place for your jewelry needs.
I just love this place! My husband and I bought our wedding rings here when we got married. I went in recently and all the staff were so friendly and helpfull. David and Donna helped me find exactly what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. Im definitely going to be back soon and I highly recommend this place. ☺☺❤❤
Im what youd call a Zales for lifer. My wife and I bought our wedding rings a few years back and have been going there ever since. I was there the other day and there was a guy named David that helped me out. Really great customer service here. I love Zales. Its just a great place.
Zales is a wonderful diamond/jewelry store. A wide selection of diamond rings and fashion pieces. The Vera Wang and Disney bridal and fashion collections are awesome. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help you with your purchase or repair. They specialize in genuine diamonds, no created ones here, which is important.
My wife is a big fan of jewelry so Im always looking for a place thats helpful and has good prices. This place is both. Ive been to a lot of jewelry stores and this one makes me feel very welcome. David was extremely friendly and helpful when I was in the other day. This is where I plan to go for any future gifts for my wife.
Gave Zales my jewlerly for sizing a week before Covid. I was told my ring was in the store but I couldnt pick it up as the location was closed. The location is now open and was told by customer service my ring was in the store. Went to the store and was told it was showing sent back to them but they werent sure where it was at. My husband was told to call today and he would be told where it was at instead he was told they couldnt get ahold of the repair shop. However, the store is still sending off repairs and sizing. This is the assurance I have that theyre taking care of my jewlerly. I am beyond livid and expected this to happen after the purchase when I found out that Zales, Kays, Jareds are all owned by rhe same company. I bought a ring from Kays and it came back missing stones and with black Rhodium that wasnt there when it was sent off. And I was told basically too bad. I even told this to the Zales sales person who assured me all would be fine and they had this process.
Loved this place. I stopped in a few days back to find a gift for my cousin, David helped my find the perfect set of ruby studs. Great place, highly recommend.
Bought a ring from them but was told to call back in 2 weeks to see if I could get it resized. So Monday I call and someone answered and said yes but it will take 4 weeks, tried to go up Friday and online it says they are open so tried to go up there it was closed. Two people from customer service told two different stories and now I am stuck with a ring that can’t get sized and I am out the money
I have been working with the Valley West location, but I thought I would put my message here as well because this is mostly a complaint with the company! The staff in the store at Valley West, as well as Zaless corporate customer service, have been very unhelpful! Ive been fighting with Zales since early May. A piece of my engagement ring snapped off after a year of me wearing it. We took it in to be replaced. We were told 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, we called for a status update, and they had none. We called again the next week, no update. Another week after that, we finally got a call that it was in. 2 months later, I look at my ring and realize that 8 stones were missing from it after their repairs!!! The local store said they would put in a custom order for a new one and that it would take 4 weeks. I wanted to verify, so I got ahold of corporate, and was told custom orders take 2-3 months! That all happened in mid-August. It is now a month later, and I still havent managed to get anywhere with them! Terrible company! Do not buy anything from Zales! You are better off going to a local jeweler, and spending a little more!
I stopped in tonight looking for some gifts for family members. There were a lot more options than I initially thought thered be. David and Rizan helped me pick out the perfect items. Very nice place and definitely worth checking out.
Bought another wedding band to be put on existing ring. After two weeks they said it was ready.... upon pick up none of the rings lined up and were crooked. They looked at it and said “looks good” no, not good. Employees seem very very inexperienced and have no clue.

Recently went to buy my bridal set and husbands wedding ring, and Sara did an excellent job staying within our budget. Didnt feel pressured to buy but left with my dream ring and within budget. Great deals on Black Friday!!!
Friendly service. I was in for a warranty check and cleaning on a ring and the staff was very friendly and fast.
1 star for having a relatively decent ring selection.1 star for trying to reverse some bull crap charges they tried to apply to the ring but only after I fought the charges.I went in to pick the ring and the price was decent. They said it normally takes 2 weeks to get a ring back. I needed it one day early so they they said they would see what they could do.It took them 2 and a half weeks to finally get the ring done. When I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me 175 dollars.35 for expedited service, 140 for sizing. Mind you, this is a new ring and was not done on time.So I fought the charges and recluntantly dropped the charges. Not happy and will look for another ring place for the next ring.
Ill never buy Zales again. I bought a bridal set for my now fiance and when I went to pick it up the clerk was SUPER pushy about the replacement plan. Like annoyingly. Kept saying its woooooorth it just like that. After I said no multiple times.I didnt take the time to inspect the ring which I guess I should have. I just assumed, there wouldnt be any mistakes. Wrong on my part. The ring had a sticky residue in several places and there was a lump on the band, like the gold wasnt smoothed down or its some other imperfection. Either way, it should have been caught. I know I could bring the ring back and have them fix it but theyd probably have to mail it away to some kid in China so Ill just deal. In 6 months or so when it gets a little worn, Ill bring it to a local jeweler to have it fixed.I will never buy from Zales again.
I had such a terrible experience with Zales that I want to warn anyone who may be considering buying a diamond through them. I have been married for 7 months. 3 of the months I have been married, I have been without my ring. A diamond fell out of my $5,000 ring on our honeymoon-they replaced it since I was up to date on my cleanings but it took 6 weeks to send it in. Then I had to send it in separately to be soldered. They told me this would be an additional 4 weeks and that these two processes had to be sent in separately no matter what. For the first 10 weeks of my marriage I was without a ring. Recently my center stone,1.5 carats, cracked. They sent it in-4 week process-and sent it back with a carbon mark in the new diamond. They said they may not replace it but have to send it to be sure-it will be 6-8 weeks. Now I am without my ring for 6-8 weeks and dont know if the diamond will even be fixed. I did not buy a diamond with a carbon mark and should not have to be without my ring for 6-8 more weeks!!! I was in tears today and am thinking of suing if they do not replace my diamond in a timely manner (2 weeks MAX). This has been so ridiculous. My husband did not pay $5000 to have people question our marriage and be without it for half the duration of it. That would be like buying a house and not being able to live in it for half the time....ridiculous!!! Consider this your warning.... DO NOT BUY A DIAMOND FROM ZALES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zales....well what can I say besides a bunch of crooks. Bought a sterling silver necklace with the warranty. Its broke 3 times now and my wife doesnt wear it to bed. Everytime they send it in to get it fixed and it breaks again. Called customer service they say to have the store exchange it with another, oh and then I have to purchase the warranty again on that new item. Id rather have my money back, but they wont do that either. Therefore crooks thanks for stealing from me and I will never do business with you again.To the Zales employees at Jordan Creek if youd like to take care of my problem dont hesitate to look up my contact info in your store and call me.
Terrible customer service at the Jordan Creek location! My daughter was sold a wedding band to fit with her engagement ring that cannot go together. One year later and a month before the wedding she was told that she should have NEVER been sold this ring. We also found out that EVERY employee knows this! The Assistant Mgr of 12 years did it to us for a COMMISSION check! While trying to rectify their were numerous instances where the store never followed through with their promises and time frames. In the end my daughter got a beautiful ring but never needed this stress. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Zales location where they service you and dont tell you they have zero empathy for this situation/problem. I am appalled at how this store treats customers.
Our engagement ring surchI an my girlfriend went first to herzberg diamonds. First a foremost worst sales woman. There didnt listen to what we wanted. Didnt listen to my girlfriend at all!. An put a 7inch round ring on her said thats fits right. She saying no an wouldnt come off. Saleswoman said o no thats what you want. No..no..no. we left after that they went to kay jewelers an greenburgs. Same thing both were pushy an wouldnt listen. Then Zales..an I highly recommend!! We meet a gentleman named Denny Thompson. He listened told things like the 3 cs and the warranty provided was amazing. He made us at home like family. An I found what I want to give to my love with his assistants. If you want the best an clearest diamonds see denny Thompson at Zales. There selection was amazing. And he found the best size for my very lucky lady. Stop reading look no further go to zales

The only reason this place deserves a star is because of the decent selection and relatively friendly people. However, if you are looking for a ring for the first time, this place is not very helpful. If you plan on buying here, you better make sure you know everything about what you want. The engagement ring I bought here was decently priced, and when I mentioned I needed a 7 1/2 I was given a 7 and nothing else was said to me to have it resized. I had to scramble to have it resized before I proposed and the date they quoted me it would be done is not the date it was actually done. On top of everything, the several times I had been in I was told by different employees that they cant do this or that without their manager. He is very nice, but doesnt seem to know whats going on either. The point to this, unless youre an experienced jewelry shopper, go somewhere else.
This place is a JOKE !! They have lost my necklace and pendant twice and had to replaces it. 4-6 weeks for a repair and minimum of a hour and a half for them to find it every time and thats only if they do find it. I was there 3 hours one of the times.. No one has any clue what is going on!!! All this in less than a year... There selection is horrible!!
Zales has been fantastic! I have taken my rings there for years to have them cleaned and checked. I have bought all my jewelry from them. 💍💍💍💍
