Bad experience from this location even manager have no idea what she is doing iam suprise that she didnot help me out and who makes her that store mAnager unprofessional dealing with customer very disappointed with this location only for better customer service manager need to replace i wait like one hour for nothing havent solve my problem the lady wearing a lots of diamonds rings. She deserved to be manager she easy help with any problem and she is nice recommendations for people going there is lady wearing lots of daimont rings in both finger . Better to go in outlet jewelry very helpful and extremely satisfied customer service easy and convenient...??? I would give 0 star for this mall location replace manger and front worker the guy and the lady try to help but she need more training thanks

Unless you dont need your jewelry for 6 months or are completely okay with a company that cant communicate with you dont go to Kays. What should have been a happy process (getting my engagement and wedding rings) I have spent 4 months hounding the store and corporate for even simple updates. My rings are fantastic, but the process to get them was torture.

My now fiancé had purchased my engagement ring from another Kay location closer to him so naturally Kay was our first stop to look at wedding bands. We both found rings we adore and Kimberly was so sweet and helpful especially considering all of the precautions that are being taking due to COVID. I never felt as though other customers were getting too close and Kimberly made us feel like we had known her for years as we trusted her recommendations and she made sure to get us the best deals possible. We will be going back for future jewelry needs!!

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude.

During the time of COVID-19 the store manager, Chelsey Smith, has been nothing short of amazing. She was able to work with other stores to assist my fiance and I in getting our rings ready for our wedding, even though their store was closed. During the entire process from engagement to leading up to the wedding they have been truly wonderful!

This place is awesome at customer service we went in and they even helped watch our kids while we looked at jewelry very helpful and friendly would recommend to anyone!

Had one of the worst experiences ever until I came into this store. The young lady that was helping me did an amazing job. The manger even took time from doing her inventory to come check on us. She did everything she could to make take us comfortable and not nervous. She picked out the most amazing brilliant diamond. We were able to stay in our budget so I just had to buy a set of earrings.

Please don’t go to this store. They scammed me. They put a 50 percent off clearance on a necklace . And got me to sign up and open a Kay’s credit card. After my account was open Kimberly the sales lady said the discount won’t apply. And she talked to the manager and the manager’s excuse was that somebody put the wrong sticker. They scammed me! I warn you they will scam you too!

Kay jewelers is absolutely wonderful! All staff are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I bought my boyfriend a watch (I know nothing about watches) they helped pick out the perfect one, he was very happy with it!

Always a pleasant visit very helpful staff and love my new ring if they dont have in stock what I want they are more than willing to order it in for me and make sure that I am fully satisfied with my purchase

Reagan fixed my grandmothers wedding ring. It was thin, picked apart and almost unsalvageable. Her shop restored it like new! I couldnt have asked for better service. This ring is invaluable to me and Reagan treated it as such. I am so grateful to Reagan and her amazing staff!

I bought a beautiful necklace with the word MOM on it for Mothers Day. The chain was super thin and it broke easily. I bought it back in and Reagan suggested I get a rope chain. I was very hesitant because I dont like the rope chains. Reagan insisted that this is what I need. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. I will be returning to her again when I need something special.

Absolutely amazing! The only jewelery store well go to! They went above and beyond to help me find and custome make the perfect wedding band!

I was very disappointed with this store. I gave the manager my budget and she pulled rings that were 2-5 times my budget. She asked another worker to help me and that girl told me that with my budget, my diamonds in my ring would be dull.
