Contact information is a complete joke, I have been trying for 3 days to contact this company via their companys email and no such luck at all. I try and send the message and it bring up another page saying there has been an error that has occurred every single time I try and send a message, tried via my laptop and my cell phone and I get the same result every time and does not matter which device I try same error comes up and the phone number its just rings and rings and rings then goes to someones voicemail!! if I wanted to leave a voicemail I would not be trying to call!!! guess I will look for a door else. and with the 2 reviews on here does not look like these doors are very well made anyways

Cheaply made for the price and it was 3 months late getting to us. Love the look hate the quality!

Never again will i buy any doors from Ashworth or any door company with out researching the company.. first my door was supposed to be here in 3 weeks, at the end of the 3 weeks (which would have been NOV 14th )they called and said it would be early January, then they called and said it was shipped Dec 7th, I thought O.K., note we are building a house and we cant close it up to insulate/drywall, cant turn my water on...etc...,Then Home Depot brought it on Dec 14th..and it damaged.. SO ASHWORTH & HOME DEPOT----NEVER AGAIN!
