Iowa Lumber & Construction build a patio and 4 Season room on that patio for us. At the time of a sale and making a decision with which company we should use, Iowa lumber & Construction have assured us to go with them because they are local company and that they will provide the best warranty. We recently discovered spots on our door glass gass leaked out, exterior walls vinyl is braking and rotted plywood on outside of the walls. I called them to explain issues and concerns, but their response was that they dont have any records of that job done. I scanned all of the paperwork, receipts, plan and warranty card with their stamp on it and emailed it to them. After a few days passed and no return call from Iowa Lumber & Construction I called them to follow up on my email sent and at that time they said that they cant help me because company that was manufacturing 4 season patio rooms went out of business this year, and they suggested to me to hire a handy man for wall repairs and to replace 20 year warranty glass doors at my own expense.Company that dont honor their warranty, and dont keep records of their sales and installation jobs is not reputable and dont deserve anyones business.

Used ILC to install new siding and trim on the recommendation of a friend and we could not be happier. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. Gary the sales rep made sure all our concerns were addressed and everything we wanted was on the work order. GREAT JOB!

Negative stars product was junk the installation guy didnt care that windows where in terrible condition. Treated my father awful 😢!!!!!!!

I has 8 windows installed in my home in Pleasant Hill. I found the installation service number 1. They took their time and was very detailed. They had to cut out a section of wall in one room for a bigger window and did a great job. Clean up after the job was excellent. Highly recommend this service.Bruce Sullivan, Pleasant Hill

James and his crew really helped me out in a time of need. No surprises in pricing as everything is quoted up front. Anything from doors to windows to roofing to encapsulating all of my old window trim with Aluminum. The house looks like new again! The owner was very responsive via phone or text any time I had questions or ideas. He even turned down a few jobs and recommended others who were more specialized in them. I would highly recommend Iowa Lumber & Construction for any home repair or improvement project.

Mistake to buy replacement windows here. Salesman knew we wanted more energy efficiency than whar we currently had. What we got was much worse! Called to resolve. Installer was sent to apply a little caulk outside. Advised that was all that could be done. Room is very cold even with a fireplace.

Great crew that got right to business each morning. Very pleased with their work ethic. Will probably have them perform other services in a couple years so will definitely keep in touch.

Waited 2.5 months for product that was never ordered.. would not recommend.

Great product, OK install process. We love our Hayfield window and door, but the final fit and finish from the install leaves some to be desired. Mostly small complaints dealing with the install process and a lack of attention to detail.
