At Toogood Built Homes, we are extremely selective when it comes to the products we put in our homes. When it comes to function, efficiency, durability, and design, Windsor windows are hands down my first choice for our custom homes! From the way they are put together, the 18 standard color options, and the quality of the finish, it is my go for windows and doors!

Two winters in a row, wet and frozen windows in a brand new home. I’ve owned many homes, two of them being brand new, and this is my first and last experience with Windsor. I feel like I was completely laughed at when I inquired about this. One of my windows cracked and had to be replaced. Thankfully the local vendor took care of it. Now again, ice on the windows. The humidity is at 23% in the house to attempt to help with this, however we are still having the issue. I’ve now talked to multiple neighbors and they are not having this issue and do not have Windsor Windows. The windows only ice where they move, so it appears the seals are poor. Very frustrating but looks like we’ll be working to find a solution that does not involve the extremely poor support at Windsor . I called and spoke to a older woman, who tried to explain everything away.. The interesting part was how defensive she was, as if this is not a new issue and she was sick of hearing about it.

Our contractor, whom we trust, used Windsor for the Doors and Windows. After looking at the specs, Everything looks great. it looks like quality products.

Had a problem with water leaking where it shouldnt. Customer Service stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Before taking my issue straight to the window manufacturer, I tried working with the home builder but they stood around with their hands in their pockets ignoring me for a year. Thanks to Windsor, and Jeff the semi-local glazier for handling what the builder failed to handle for me.

If I could give them a negative star review I would. These people have been nothing but unresponsive, and unsupportive of their products. Unfortunately our builder used their products on our new home, and they have been leaking from day one. I have had to re-insulate and use 3m film on the windows from the first day because the windows leak. My windows leak air and are moldy. After numerous attempts to have the warranty department come out and fix the issue, they sent someone to tell me that WINDOWS LEAK, and thats just the way it is. They denied any claim for warranty. I have had a few companies come out to check on window replacement, and they all told me that these windows suck, and Windsor should replace them because they should not leak like that.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I tried contacting you to set things right. You wouldnt stand behind your warranty and told me and my attorney to go pound sand. I am now replacing your defective windows out of my own pocket. And yes, the new windows work much better at keeping the heat out.

When we purchased our town home they were Windsor Windows and we love them so when we built our 4 Seasons Room we wanted Windsor...the GS had not ordered the Windows for the room so Windsor came to the rescue and got the Windows delivered in 2-3 weeks...GREAT JOB...
