First of all, Riley was outstanding from start to finish! My father was visiting from out of state and wanted to see what Johnson Fitness had to offer. Greeted as soon as we walked in and there was zero pressure from the sales staff. As Riley was answering some questions from my dad, I decided to try out the Jin 2.0 Inner Balance massage chair. As a person that suffers from chronic neck and back pain due to a previous car accident this chair was my own personal miracle. Riley explained everything about this chair from top to bottom. Sold!!! Lance was very helpful and informative. I was looking for a treadmill but didnt have a way to get it to the third floor of my apartment building. Luckily they offer delivery and assembly at a very reasonable price with a trusted company who knows what they are doing. Will be purchasing fitness equipment from them in the future!

I purchased a Nordic Track approximately two months ago. I did extensive research prior to coming to the store so I had a great idea of what I wanted and the features that were important to me. Matt was super nice and knowledgable of the treadmills. We could have saved several hundred dollars by purchasing the same treadmill from amazon but made the decision to purchase from the store as he was a great guy and he promised great service. After our purchase, I also referred a friend to their store for the purchase of a piece of equipment. Since that time, I have had 1. a question about downloading the if it app 2. a problem with my ifit not properly syncing my stats. The first problem I called the store (that promised me great customer service and then told me to call ifit directly . The second situation I went into the store for assistance and they handed me a yellow sticky note with the ifit number and informed me IFIT does not give them information or ability to support the customer on these issues. Are they great people? YES. Have they provided me support? NO. Do I wish I had purchased from amazon instead of supporting a local store? YES Will I purchase equipment from them in the future? NO I gave them two stars for the people. Otherwise it would have been one.

This weekend, I stopped into Johnson Fitness & Wellness store to look for cardio equipment. I was greeted energetically by Andrae Delaney, who was an avid listener to what I thought I wanted - but ready to also lead by experience. Truth be told - if I followed my research online - I know I wouldve purchased something that was an absolute waste for my goals. Andrae made a terrific recommendation, and empowered me to get to work! He even helped me load the new spin cycle in my car! Thanks Andrae! Tier One Experience, here in the Metro!

I was looking for some strength training options and found it right here, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, great pricing for good quality stuff,I would buy from here again.

They have a decent amount of equipment here but prices seem pretty high. They also spam Craigslist which is not cool, I type in any word in the dictionary and 500 of their ads come up for their equipment. I understand posting ONE, I repeat ONE ad for that specific piece of equipment, but then they have to put multiple ads for one thing and also add a million keywords and other stuff that just spams Craigslist. C’mon guys not cool.....I just reviewed my review and lowered it from 3 starts to 1 star due to the amount of Craigslist spam, they haven’t changed anything to lessen that issue since my review so they obviously don’t care about their customer’s feedback.
