If you want quality exercise equipment and excellent customer service, go see Zane at the WDM Push Pedal Pull store. We traded in our 95 treadmill for a Precor recumbent bike. The exercise bike provides a good workout while keeping the back comfy and happy. The bikes instruction manual wasn’t detailed, but Zane came to our rescue! Zane is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and genuine. He is a good listener who cares about his customers. We will definitely be contacting Zane for our future exercise needs (e.g. flooring for our exercise room). Go see Zane today - he will take care of you!

I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Push Pedal and Pull in West Des Moines. I purchased multiple different pieces of equipment across multiple months here and the customer service has been second to none each and every time. Zane Christensen was responsive to emails, usually within minutes and even after hours, and made sure everything was correct from the purchase to installation to even a small problem I had after the purchase with one piece of equipment. There is probably cheaper gym equipment out there but if you have a problem with any of it you are on your own. The responsiveness to questions and problems is worth a few more dollars here. It is rare that you find a place with this level of customer service, friendliness and helpfulness. I will plan on purchasing equipment here for a long time.

During this extreme time of uncertainty due to the virus, they were able to order me a complete set of home gym equipment with one trip to the store. Furthermore, I am not sure how exactly, but they were able to get all the equipment in within a week of ordering. With most online places having 3-4 week processing time for orders, Push Pedal Pull was able to put ALL the equipment in my hands in less than a week. Hi, I am a 61 year old professional single woman, having lived in Chicago, NYC, and now Des Moines. I can honestly say I have never encountered customer service the likes of which I experienced with Zane at Push Pedal Pull. I am an extreme exercise enthusiast and a bit hard on my at-home exercise equipment. When my stationary bike broke, he gave me a loaner to tie me over until my new machine could be delivered, and went out of his way to expedite that delivery. Not only did he go way above and beyond in researching bikes to find one that would fit my needs, but he was immediately responsive to all emails and phone calls, even when out of the shop on personal time. Then, even after the sale, he was genuinely interested and concerned with ensuring I was happy with my purchase.Prior to Push Pedal Pull, I purchased my bike from 2nd Wind. Not getting into details, the two experiences were polar opposites.
