The West Des Moines Peloton staff, specifically Susie, went well beyond the call of duty to correct an issue that the corporate Peloton customer support failed to remedy four times. After I was told by customer support there was nothing they could do to help, I called Susie and she fixed the issue right away. She didnt need to do this - the sale was already made. But she and her colleague, David, worked overtime to get the job done. Well done. Corporate HQ could learn a lot from these workers and their Iowa common sense. Thank you.

Purchased a Peloton bike in January and was given a delivery date of March 8. Received a call on February 28 confirming delivery on March 1. I called customer service to ask what was going on as we were not notified of the change and we were out of town. They told me I would receive a call within 48 hours to reschedule. Delivery driver called the next day stating he was 15 minutes away from our house. We told him turn around as we weren’t home. Didn’t receive a call from Peloton within 48 hours so called them. Was basically told by Peloton rep that I was lying and didn’t have an email from them stating March 8 delivery. I was also told that the delivery was now scheduled for March 5 without again contacting me. Again told them nobody would be home so rescheduled to March 12. March 12 came and no call from delivery company so called customer service again and was told it was rescheduled to March 15 without me being contacted yet again. Cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Shame on you Peloton for have customer service reps that are rude to customers and for using XPO shipping company when you know what a mess of a company they are.

I will never recommend Peloton again. I bought a Pelotom back in November of 2020 and was given the confirmed delivery of 1/15/2021. Which was very delayed but gave the company the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with my order. It was a day before my delivery date when I checked online and saw there was a new delivery date... 3/26/2021. Nobody from Peloton reached out to me about this delay by phone or email.I was very upset, disappointed, and horrified that this company [which Ive been a memeber of for years] would do this to me. I called the customer service number and was on hold for 30 minuges. Once someone answered they trandered me to their manager.She was very short with me and give me a round back answer about the delay. Said i should have gotten a email early this time. I checked my inbox, junk, spam and didnt get any emails from Peloton since 11/2020. I also chatted with a customer service rep online and i told my situation- than got disconnected. I could not believe this customer service and the lack of empathy towards my situation. At this point - I called back and canceled my order.This was a horrible experience with Peloton and their customer serivce. Dont waste your time with this company when there are so many options for exercises bikes.

Peloton the company is great but the employees at the mall have been unresponsive to my emails asking for help with repairs. Finally just called company HQ in NYC and they had my problem fixed right away. It’s been 5 days and no response back to my email to the peloton at the mall
