After walking by this place so many times last night we decided on a wimp to go in. As excited as I was, Laura also made this experience even more great. She didnt make us 30 year olds feel odd for wanting to build a bear!! When you walk in there is a wall to choose what stuffed animal. There were many choices from bear, monkey to Yoda. Then after you pick out the animal you can also pick out clothes. Which was so cute they really go all out with shoes and head bands! I choose the Denver Broncos jersey for my bear. After you do that you get to name your animal and then go on to stuffing it. She made it so cute and fun watching us stuff our bears! In the end before she sewed them up we got to pick out hearts for then, which was absolutely adorable! We loved it and highly recommend if you havent built a bear to definitely check it out!

Build a bear is a fun store to visit if you love stuffed animals. They have so many stuffed from different movies and its great. The only downside is the price of them. Its all expensive. You cant get a bear with an outfit for under $40-$50. The bears also seem to be getting smaller. That being said, I still need a toothless for my collection and they definitely still have him!!

Great staff. My kids love this place. I love that if something happens, like the dog gets ahold of one of the bears, they will sew it back up. I wish they would open the hospital in CA back up. I have a couple that need to be sent there for some extra TLC, but for now they are stitched closed.

We had a gift certificate for my nephew for his bday, so off we went to build his bear. The store is cool. One of the ladies working was very helpful and nice. The other.....pretty crabby.Masks and distancing required as you pick out your stuff in store. They have about 40 different animals to choose from to start. Overwhelming for a 7 year old with ADHD! When he finally had his 2 picked out, crabby lady helped him to stuffing area. Picked out a couple of sounds. Went to add heart. She wouldnt let him have the bday heart until I said it was a bday gift. Weird.Anyway- we were there for 3 hours! Too long! It cost $115 for 2 animals with an outfit for each. Too much!He does love the animals. And they are cute. The one lady was super nice.

No selection of skins! Available clothes were left over from christmas and valentines day! Speaker placed in bear so soft cant even hear it. Would give them a minus if I could!

Lady who had done my kids animals was great...however I was very disappointed there wasnt any bears staff had told myself and husband she mentioned it few times to corporate to order more bears ect since state fair was going on by time the event is over they run out of all bears and have very slim choices she said shes told them more than once they just dusted it off ignoring the situation i was looking forward to doing bears for my kids since my town doesnt have built a bear and was excited to do bears since I take my special needs boy to des Moines every 5-6 months witch is 3 1/2 hr drive maybe corporate needs to start listening to their workers! This would been a 5 star the lady was very professional and was extremely patient with my boy but since higher ups dont feel its necessary to listen to staff maybe this might get them to start!

My husband and I stopped in after a Jawa caught his eye. This was our first experience at a Build-a-Bear, and even though we are adults, the two ladies made it such a magical and personal experience for us! Thank you for making such a great memory for us kids-at-heart!

The kids enjoy getting to pick and help stuff their furry friend and the staff and definitely the right crew to work with kids they made it extra fun for the kids experience

We took the kiddos here to build a few bears. There was a wait time, due to them having a limit on how many people are allowed in. The wait was about 7 minutes. The reason for 4 stars is they barely have bears. A lot of things were sold out, leaving us with limited options. The staff was friendly and the environment was neat.

We had an awesome experience at Jordan Creek yesterday. The new set up is so much better. It was like we had the whole store to ourselves. We waited about 40 minutes in line. No big deal at all especially when you dont have to be in a crowded store.

Great experience, but seemed to be out if a lot of clothing options.

I love being in this store.

The employees are super friendly and welcoming. The store is set up in a way that allows an easy flow of traffic and the employees do their best to keep the line moving during busy times. The store for the most part is clean and well kept (except for a little extra stuffing around the machine). They never once judged my friend and I (over the age of 21) for entering and purchasing items from the store. Overall I love this place and the employees who are always willing to help their customers!

Cute store. The process is fun for the kids. Need to watch how much gets added on to the price as you go through. Gift cards are sometimes on sale at Costco for $80 for $100 worth, so that makes it more affordable.

Very friendly staff! We went on a Tuesday evening for our son’s birthday. Both staff members were friendly and good with our children. Our son later realized that his Chase dog had too much stuffing for what he was hoping for. I called first, and Laura was extremely friendly and understanding. She said to bring him in, and they’d fix him right up. Laura ended up being the one to help us and she was great!

Oh my goodness I love this place! We came in the day after my daughters surgery and bought a bunch of stuff! We got home the wheelchair was broken!😢 I called and talked to a lady named Laura she was amazing! Said she would send a replacement right away! We got it two days later with a new build a bear friend! Made her whole week! Thanks you so much!

Actually I only walked past this store as it was in the mall. But all the kids in there seemed to be having fun.I will remember this place for the next time my young grandkids are here.

My little ones had a great time! The staff are really helpful and nice. There are a lot of options and additional things you can buy...kind of made me feel like a cheapskate to keep saying no, no, no. I thought $40 for two stuffed animals was plenty to spend.Also, the workshop is temporarily moved to Jordan Creeks lower level across from the Apple Store, FYI.

Kids had a great time here and the staff was very kind. We bought a rainbow bear and a rainbow sloth. My kids are older but they enjoyed the experience.

A family favorite! My daughter loves coming to this store when visiting the mall. The staff is always so friendly and caring, which makes it even more special!

We just left from a girl scout party. All 13 girls picked their own packages and bears. It was crazy to say the least but the staff handled it like champs. We got in and out as fast and as smoothly as possible.

Loved it. It was our kids first build a bear experience. We had just recently lost our home to a fire and it was the first toy they recieved after the fire. They made the moment a very special one and emotional.

We love build a bear workshop, but not this store.We homeschool, and when we have come in during normal school days, we get dirty looks and loud sighing when we say we homeschool (from the staff). At one point the lady (same lady each time) rolled her eyes and walked away from us to help someone else who came in after us.

Was fantastic! The workers there were amazing and friendly! Will come back to this one even if its a bit away!

The whole bear builing process is extremely cringey and childish. Which is perfectly fine since its a store for children anyway, but if im in my 20s and i walk in i dont want to be treated like a child. Just need to get a bear for the boo and get out yknow. Other than that its a great store no complaints.

Brought my 3 year old neice into the store. My neice didnt understand that she had to build her own and wanted the one that was already premade. My neice started crying because we told her she could not have the premade Marshall. We told the lady with short blonde hair to just start stuffing one for us and the lady looked at us and said I dont think she needs one. Im going to put it back on the shelf. Who says that!? She just turned three and has never been to a build-a-bear. She knew what she wanted but did not understand what she needed to do to obtain what she wanted!
