Customer service was good at first but after they “fixed” my blown shocks and struts, problems and broken metal clanging persisred, so I took it to Midas and they commented that the new strut on the right side hadn’t been seated all the way, putting dangerous strain on the front end steering and making my car unsafe to drive. So the $1000+ south street charged me was basically wasted. Pretty sure they never even gave me an invoice. Also they didn’t want to wait for me to pick up my car so they left it unlocked with my key in it, easily could have been stolen. Do not recommend their work at all

These guys are experienced, honest, professional and efficient. Kevin and his team explain what they notice and will let you know if you should hold off a bit on a service that’s not yet necessary to save you a few bucks. Sometimes they show you the issue with the car under the lift, so you see for yourself what’s needed. Wide range of services. Great go-to spot.

Out of all the mechanics Ive gone to, these guys are the most honest and efficient. Kevin knew what was wrong with the car right away, and told me how much it would be, which was not at all as high as I was expecting. He told me what I could and could not leave undone depending on my budget. In under 40 minutes, my car was fixed at a cheaper price than his estimate! Incredibly nice guys, awesome service. Kevin and AJ are extremely professional!They take the time to actually listen to you about your issue and communicate during the process if they need further information. My experience was excellent. I would definitely go back again in the future. They even washed my truck which had bird poop all over it from when it was broken down. Much better experience than any Stealership Ive dealt with. They kept their word about what they were doing and when the vehicle would be done. This was my first time going to this shop and Im grateful to have found them. I highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a clogged AC discharge that was causing water to leak on my floors. Not only did they see me late in the day on short notice, he unclogged it in less than 5 minutes and didnt even charge me anything. I will be back. Excellent service, friendly people, and honesty. A good mechanic is hard to find!

I brought my car here just to find out if damage to my front bumper was reparable without replacing the bumper. Kevin, the owner, was extremely friendly & reassuring, and re-attached my bumper perfectly right then and there. Thank you so much Kevin!

In todays current economic climate and that assumption you make when you need the service of a garage, that you are about to be ripped off!! you need this Sir/Madam, you need that Sir/Madam .......WELL!!, This NEVER happened to me when I took my Mazda in to be fixed at South Street. I phoned one day my car was fixed the next day before lunch, part fitted and replaced. The quote was acceptable compared to the Steal-a-ships in fact it worked out to be a few dollars less than the quote...AJ was spot on with his customer service skills and knowledge of what they need to look at to see what is wrong with you car. Basically, South Street will not rip you off and the price is acceptable....and I am a happy customer that will return.

Lugnuts nearly all off and tire shaking on 91 North. Im from out of state and after looking over reviews they appear to be exactly what i needed. .actual cost 300 vs quoted 500...quick serviced next day.

I was not impressed. A simple oil change seemed to take hours, they stripped my oil pan plug and tried telling me that it came in that way. I had no signs of an oil leak, but I did later that day. They installed a larger plug that did not seal properly. Thankfully I was able to take my vehicle to another repair shop and it was fixed correctly and in a timely fashion Waiting for the oil change was brutal the desk clerk complained none stop about other local repair shops, Its a poor quality. My first time to South Street Automotivee was my last time.

My mom brought her car in and left it. She was billed 197.28. They diagosted the car and found it was a gas cap. A 23 dollar gas cap and the rest was labor. Saw that poor 78 year old woman coming. My guy would of used the thing you plug in the car and found it out in less than 5 minutes.
