Cashier was very friendly. Attendant dispersing yogurt did a great job handling people who started to serve themselves. Particularly appreciated she politely asked the woman to wear a mask. Both great workers.

My friends and I were in the area and we wanted to get some sweet frogs. We’ve been to Other sweet frogs before but never this one. I think because of COVID-19 they are doing deals now instead of Weighing the frozen yogurt. Now they have like deals, so my friends wanted less toppings but they still were charged the same amount. And some of the toppings tasted very old, my friend said the strawberries tasted moldy. The customer service wasn’t that good the girl serving yogurt was really nice! But the lady at the cash register was not nice. My friends got the cookies and cream and it tasted nothing like cookies and cream they said it tasted like strawberry. And I definitely think it was a little pricey for what we got.

Wanted something sweet. But customer service isn’t top tier. Girl threw her arms down when I was taking too long to decide on toppings. Like, if you not tryna help a sis get her sweet tooth on why bother working. 2 star cause this Mango and pineapple mix is about to go hard. No stars for customer service. Also, I wanted peanut m&ms and she gave me regular then got upset as I told her “wrong ones.” Like I should’ve made her pick them out one by one, but I didn’t. That’s growth.

Have been there a couple of times. There is both diary and diary free options. I liked the diary free chocolate and raspberry pomegranate sorbet. Well I’d give it a 4.5 star rating but sometimes, the experience is not as good as other times. I’d say it’s an average place.

The frozen yogurt ice-cream is a 5 star it’s tasty, but very expensive a large was $19. You could probably get a large for way cheaper somewhere else. I was unhappy with the reward system too!

Appalled by the lack of attention of cleanliness in an establishment of this level in the area of West Hartford which caters to families with children. I understand things can get busy and even overlooked at times however, this bathroom seems to have gone an entire weekend without being cleaned and at least a quarter of the year without repairs. Sweet Frog, your customers deserve; require, better.

Ok Im completely upset with todays service, i asked for original, the guy insisted of putting the cup on the green tray and go around for strawberries he took the cup walked with it pass the cash register, yup 100% cross contamination. Then I got charged almost $5.00 and the cup was almost empty, if the place was busy I would understand but I was the only one there. Why was he in a hurry. Extremely bad service. This happened at around 5pm 11/6/2020. Im sure you have cameras there take a look. I will not be visiting this location no more. Hire folks who actually want and can work with people. I suggest Sweet Frog at Manchester they actually care about customers. Im sure I will never get a reply from anyone at Sweet Frog

I usually give this place a 5 star rating. It is always clean, yummy, stacked with great ingredients and great customer service from the employees.Just so you know I frequent this establishment because it is Christian owned. The frog is an acronym meaning: Fully Rely On God.Today when me and my children went in we were greeted by skeletons and witches. I was unpleasantly surprised. As long as I have been going I have never seen them observe Halloween. The employee said someone else bought the store so maybe that is the new thing.Otherwise it was still nice.

Great place for frozen yogurt with a lot of toppings. Would have given it 5 stars but my 4 year old accidentally dropped her yogurt and it would have been nice if someone could have helped us clean it up.

Absolutely love coming here!! The environment is very friendly and open, the staff is always eager to help customers, and it has the best froyo in town. My favorite flavor would have to be the Nutella. Taste just like the spread, so rich and flavorful. Its always a pleasure stopping by.

Frozen yogurt is my weakness. And this Sweet Frog location always has new and interesting flavors to try! They also keep a well stocked toppings bar. Only downside is the plastic spoons so just remember to bring your own!

This place will be the delicious, sugary death of me... and Ill go down smiling! Tons of toppings and several dairy-free and gluten-free sorbet options! Nothing vegan, so minus one star for that, and they claim health benefits on wall signage that I just cant get behind. Go go go!

I believe young adults like this place more than older adults. That said, if frozen yogurt is your liking, this is your place. Variety is always good.

Employees where great. Yogurt is good but for what you pay to fill your own cup and top it is a bit over the top..that said,it is good,the kids love it and when you live in West Hartford and go to the center/blue back..you expect the inflated price

It is upsetting that sweet frog is open until 11pm everyday because kids should be home and getting rest instead of working long hours when is no one is there, the hours of service are way too long and should be shortened
