This Boost Mobile store is the best! I just walked in and was helped by the nicest and smartest employee. I bought a new Samsung phone and she transferred all my data from my old worn out phone to the new one in just minutes. I highly recommend this store and I will never go anywhere else.

Shes a thief..... been with Boost for 10yrs till this lady took over... Dont fall for her 25.00 Tower merging fee BECAUSE according to Boost Customer Service theres NO such charge, but she bagged me and others for it, her phones are over priced and wont last very long, any phone your thinking about purchasing at her store, remember which and go a few store fronts down to Metro and just ask about the same phone and youll save about 75+ dollars with activation, shes very rude and ghetto on the phone, its funny how shes able to look up your account with your number and pin, be able to see EVERY payment made, but allllllll of a sudden when I complained about her 25.00 extra charge she needed a receipt? Then when I called the REAL Boost mobile they were able to see allllllll account activity, refunded the 25.00 I was charged for her THEFT, theres plenty of cellphone providers,,,, BUYER BEWARE

Went in and attempted to purchase just a phone to keep as a spare, and was charged a 25 dollar activation fee. No prices were listed on display models, and when I asked why I was charged a fee for a service I neither requested, nor received, I was told it was non refundable and that is just how it is. After leaving, I found the serial number on my receipt did not match the phone I received.Will be complaining to boost corporate about unethical business practices.
