These guys saved my day. My charger port got damaged on my phone but I wasnt worried because I had insurance on my phone, the only thing is I was under the impression that I could come into the store and just trade in my phone for a new one because the lady that use to run the store made it seem that simple but the nice and very helpful young man that works there Dennis let me know that the store is now under new management, Parix whom I had the pleasure of meeting and he was very precise and detailed when explaining to me how the insurance process works and even offered to call the insurance company together and walk me through it. Long story short I couldnt wait the required time for the insurance claim to go through but they told me that I had a promotion on my account to upgrade my phone for a fraction of the price on the price card which I took advantage of and also gave me a great deal on a case and screen protector. Theyre the best. THANKS GUYS!

Parix and his coworker were very helpful to me and the other customers. I think that might have been my fastest experience at Metro. I love coming down to this store. Great employees. And he was able to get me a promotion from back in February!

Well we came in and got a good price from Dennis. Got a phone and a case as well as a screen protector for about thirty dollars cheaper. He even gave us clean wipes just incase I need my phone cleaned. He also saved the phone I wanted when I needed to get the money. HIGHLY recommended.

Dennis got me the absolute best price on a new phone, case and pop socket and Parixs customer service and personality was awesome. He kept us smiling and laughing the whole time lol and his knowledge of old school music is impressive. Definitely the best Metro Ive been to. I will definitely be coming back.
