I love this store clean and organized all the time.And the Manager is the best I have ever seen. Great at heart very kind. It was just amazing to see how well she is with her tremendous customer service skills. Shes a keeper and that store is lucky to have her there.

Unprofessional and inaccurate information relayed. Spent 3 hours in the store and still havent received products because they will be on back order for 3 months. They cared about their commission more than customer satisfaction. And had charges on my bill that I wasnt aware of.

This location always has new staffing. The current employees are rude and lack customer service skills. Definitely not a good representation of the T-mobile brand.I recommend visiting the Orange location that is about 5 minutes away

Teresa is so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with my upgrade. I also wanted to buy an Apple Watch as a gift for my anniversary coming up she told me about a great promotion I was qualified for and ended getting one for myself as well! I needed help pairing my watch to my phone and I went to THREE different locations.... no one wanted to help or figure out what was wrong. I was told “I don’t have service on the watch” when I know I pay for it... Anyways Adon took the time to help me out! I would recommend this location to all my friends and family members!!

The best customer service Ive received in a long time! Luis was extremely patient and helpful because he was so knowledgeable about the variety of phones I was interested in. He kept it honest with me and it was through him that I was able to make my decision. If I had the money, I would have been persuaded to buy 2 phones! Glad I came to this location.

He is up to date on technical and promotional information with his honest opinion of actual user experience (both Android and iPhone) and the best deal (plus alternatives). Added to that, he prides his above and beyond service approach. Time is money, and he knows what to do between T-Mobile service center (how many of you have wasted time being putting on hold and not getting any results!), your T-Mobile account in PC, your old phone and the new phone. I am grateful for his kind and helpful service. No wonder so many of his customers are faithful to him.

Its not the store or the workers its the 611 customer service say that they will wave your fee $20 store refurnish phone that you only this is my third time arguing with customer service I am so tired of these phones refurnished and new phone which I did purchase and the camera stopped working for no reason paid $100 for the phone its just getting to be a bit much with T-Mobile and Ive been a customer over 10 years they sent a new phone to my house that I didnt have to pay for it as of yet that I know I hope this phone that I have I dont want to say the name of it but I hope this the last time it acts up whoever reading this have a great day be blessed

I must have went to the wrong rep. Daniel did me dirty. I thought I was getting a deal on accessories. The only one who made out was Daniel misleading me to think it was a good deal. He told I was purchasing a bundle for $34.99. He failed to tell me my service was part of that bundle. Over time Ill end up paying over a $130 on accessories when I could have gotten them cheaper on the internet. Shame on you Daniel. 😡 Desperate for a buck.

I went to t- mobile today for my 9 year old daughter to get her a phone. This was only my 2nd time since i changed to them. Its only my 2nd time cause everything was perfect exactly how they spelled it out to me. Today was exactly the same. I had the pleasure of having shekeem and tricia help me today and i cant say enough good things about them. Once again they did everything they could for me and my daughter. I changed from sprit to Tmobile, delivered two iphone 8+, they said they would give me the money to pay sprint and they did it was that they added that money to my tmobile account and I never received that money.
