Not a happy camper after todays visit with my wife. Our three year old son was doing the potty dance and holding himself. We asked if he could use their restroom and got told not for public useI get it, but its a three year old that doesnt know how to hold it all so well. Instead, we checked out, got on the road and ended up with a pee soaked car seat. Be more patient and considerate for toddlers! Next time I will let him pee on the pillar in front of the store.

A wide variety of quality scents of body care items as well as candles and room fresheners. Full priced items are expensive, although very fair with coupons. Always great customer service and clean store.

Bath and Body Works’ returns and exchanges policy is amazing. I had quite a few items that I brought in, and an incredible employee, Shelby, worked tirelessly and patiently to help advise me which items to exchange, return, or take in store credit for. Eden and Bridget were also patient and helpful employees. Will absolutely be back to this location.

Got some spooky season scented hand soap and stuff. Everything was priced well. Staff was really helpful.

I went to this location to get some stuff for my wife. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were out of two of the most popular scents of lotions and werent sure when it would be back in stock so that was disappointing. Overall great location.

Went out there 3 weeks before Christmas on a Saturday evening. The store was very nice, clean, smelled great, all of the staff were super friendly, even my 9 year old the birthday girl mentioned to me, hey mom, the lady at the counter is so friendly and super nice.We had a wheelchair and it fit (sort of) between the displays (it fit the bags on the sides did not so much) so the chair got parked and the mobile ones of us did the walking around shopping.The staff was great. Excellent store. We we happy to find out when we got to the register that it was buy 2 get 3rd free on the lotions so we left happy girls.Will be back. Thanks everyone!

Plenty of good bargains to be had when you get the emails or coupons through the mail. The quality of the products is awesome though and so many flavors to choose from. Easy to get lost in here with so much variety. Staff are super helpful without being in your face.

Great visit! The person that helped me was wonderful. I didnt know exactly what scent to get for my daughter. When I told her what scents my daughter likes, she knew exactly what to get. And she loves it! Very friendly staff.

Very sweet sales girls

I am a long time user of Bath and Body Works products, they last me a long time and they always seem to have a sale going on. However I have to reapply the fragrance mist often throughout the day, it doesnt seem to last super long. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They stock well and they keep very up to date on seasonal fragrances too.

I go into Bath and Body several times a month. The Jordan Landing store has the nicest and friendliest sales staff! Im always greeted as I walk in the door. They are knowledgeable about the products and items in stock. Heather is always willing to help and the staff is awesome! Love shopping there!!!

Its a great store the staff is great, however they need to work their aisle and lines better at the register because I wanted for over 30 minutes standing at lane 3 just for one item and I understand it is Black Friday but someone cut in front if me holding the lines up its frustrating, its not fair to me nor is it fair for the customers behind me.Not worth the wait for overpriced items.

Love when they have deals and just love them point blank period. Never been to this one on Jordan Landing but good experience. However, the Hyaluronic acid hydrating cream was all sold out which is why I really want for the one day deal so I settled for this mini cactus cream.

The girl with the dark purple hair was extremely sweet and gave me all the answers and helpI needed on the candles. However, the cashier who rang me out wasn’t the friendliest and when I was trying to ask her about more room spray options she brushed me off and told me curtly “I’ve been off for 4 days so I’m not the one to ask” and told me my total and sent me away quickly. I buy from this store all the time and this is the first I’ve ever had someone not be friendly.

We had a very fragrant time. I was looking for a new line of delicious smells & I found it. The associate that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. Came out very happy!

Bath and Body Works is always a great experience. Youre bound to be greeted with a friendly consultant who helps you navigate the current promotions and latest fragrances. Their new mens fragrance Graphite is really good and we always have fun sampling their latest candle varieties.

Lizzie is absolutely amazing!! She helped me find candles I absolutely love that I never would have tried if she didnt point them out to me. Everyone at this location is amazing and should probably get a raise. This store is always clean, well stocked, and the people are so knowledgeable!

They are the best. The staff is amazing. They know their products and are extremely helpful and accommodating. They check back often while Im shopping but never pushy.

Friendly staff and decently well stocked considering I went later on a sale day. Clean and organized environment, with a quick check out. The cashier even noticed one of the bottles of soap I purchased had a broken pump and replaced it.

Did just leave the store. Felt like their coupons were misleading and just was not in the mood to buy at that point. I do feel like I am ignored most times. However that can be a good thing.

This place is kryptonite to my wallet. The quality is great and my wife is happy. My daughter would buy half the store if allowed. I like the addition of stuff for men. The freshwater and ocean scents are awesome.

Sales staff have gotten pushy. Im happy they greet me but please give me my space to enjoy the shopping experience. I know your around if i need u. You dont have to hover and start selling me on stuff. I know why Im there. Older lady doing the register is chipper with the customers in front of me but the moment we step up next, complete 360! Very dry, not friendly, just complete opposite. In any retail setting, all we ask for as a customer is respect. We dont need to be best friends but while Im shopping in YOUR store and giving YOUR store MY money, you should be descent and have some respect, your in a customer service industry anyways.

Ive been a fan of BBW for a very long time. Excellent products, especially hand soaps. My wife adores the creams and candles.If for some reason youve never been hurry up and check it out.

Very good place to get soap and lotion and bath bomb and perfume. The sale assistance is very knowledgeable on everything in the store was very nice he was great.

I dont know if its a good thing 😉, but I always end up getting more than I went in for. Whether its a good sale or a yummy new scent (or old favorite), I always come away with more than I meant to buy. But it always goes to good use! 🙂

Horrible customer experience at this location. I did not happen to have any coupons so looked online and found some that were printable. I went to the Jordan Landing location since I wanted to go to Kohl’s and a few other places nearby and walked up to register 3 after standing in line (which by the way is very confusing - hard to know where to stand because they have a display right where a line would usually form). I presented my basket of items and my coupons. Cashier #3039278 loudly said “These are fraudulent coupons and cannot be accepted. We only accept the coupons you receive in the mail.” I was shocked at what she said to me and explained I found them online. She again loudly said they are fraudulent and asked if I still wanted to get everything in my basket. I said yes. I am Christmas shopping. It is the Christmas season and there were many people in line behind and next to me who heard what she said and how she talked to me. She was so rude. And I was mortified. She made me feel like a criminal. She assumed I would not want to purchase all the things in my basket. She didn’t bother asking me if I receive coupons in the mail or attempt to say anything that could make me feel less uneasy. But she sure took my credit card just fine. Luckily I had coupon sitting in my email that she claimed “was acceptable.” I should have walked out. I know some people are scammers but I am not and don’t deserve to be treated like one. Customers like me are what give her a job to keep coming to each day. This cashier needs a major customer service lesson. I will never go back to this location again. Happy Holidays.

The product is nice, but I refuse to buy from here anymore since Bath and Body Works donates money directly to Planned Parenthood. Frilly candles and lotion aren’t worth the idea that the revenue they make off me could be going towards the killing of children.

My boyfriend and I went here last night to get our last minute Christmas shopping done. We felt like the employees were rather rude, when they passed none of them said excuse themselves. They were salty when we asked questions. And to top this off, the cashier, Zoe, had the worst attitude I probably have ever seen. We asked for the clear gift bags and she gave us so much attitude as if we were making her go out of her way. My boyfriend asked her to print the receipt instead of emailing it to us, that caused her to be even more salty to us. We were getting ready to leave and we needed to grab two more of the clear gift bags, so my boyfriend went and asked her. She then said to another customer, “they are back again. They won’t stop coming.” I don’t think I’ll be back to this location again. I felt so disrespected.
